She has to have some sort of feelings about this engagement. Hailey was probably the girl Justin told Selena she didn’t “need to worry about” and then he goes and proposes to her. It’s normal to have some sort of emotional reaction to an ex getting engaged…especially when you were just dating each other less than 3 months ago. I’m sure she’ll get over it with time though.
Agreed. JB may have questionable facial hair but he was Selena’s first love. Through all he breakups and cheating, he probably told her that she was different – the one. Then he proposes to a Baldwin; a girl he said meant nothing. Then she wonders how many girls JB told that she didn’t mean anything. Did she mean anything? It’s a mind fuck.
Anytime somebody posts a “I couldn’t care less” photo right after an ex posts photos of a new girl/boyfriend I always think they really do care. I feel like drama is coming.
Yes, it’s gotta hurt a little knowing she put in so much time with him. They may not have been together in the end, but they obviously had a strong bond, and that may take a while to get over. It’s hard for me to imagine this “engagement” will last. I still consider him (and her) to be very young, not mature enough for a serious long term marriage. They feel it now, but will they feel it in six months? Ha…..

She is trying WAY to hard to seem like she doesn’t care. We all know she’s basically spent her entire young adult years chasing him. He was her ticket to fame. I wouldn’t be surprised if she has a meltdown.
You say that as if her youth is her currency. Like she’s worth slightly less because she wasted her “prime” years on him. She’s still incredibly young. I hate comments like this. I too wasted my youth on idiots. She’s still a young adult.
