Prince Andrew’s alibi for Virginia Roberts’ rape is crap, claims a former protection officer

His Royal Highness Prince Andrew, the Duke of York, is still under a cloud. Even though the Queen (Liz of House Petty) has done the most to protect her favorite son, to do photo-ops with him at church and to shield him from everything. However he’s still wanted for questioning by the FBI for his associations with Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell, not to mention his (alleged) crimes in association with Epstein and Maxwell, like human trafficking, sexual assault and rape. So far, Andrew has only paid lip service to his “cooperation” with the authorities and has done f–k all about actually submitting to questioning by any authority. But that’s not all – now Gloria Allred is on the case, and she’s doing her Allred Stunts to bring more attention to the issue (Allred is representing several of Epstein’s victims). She hired an American-style school bus to drive around Buckingham Palace last week:

The message on the bus is an appeal for Andrew to submit to questioning by the FBI and for people with knowledge of Andrew to contact her office and: “If you see this man please ask him to call the FBI to answer their questions.” Allred also gave another press conference on Friday, appealing to Andrew to come forward, and appealing to other victims out there to speak out. She said in part:

“My clients deserve the truth. They have been denied justice so many times over so many years, and there will be no justice without the truth. And there will be no truth unless Prince Andrew stops hiding from the FBI and from the public. This is unacceptable… I implore you, Prince Andrew. You must do the right thing and stop shaming your family – the Queen, your children. If you have done nothing wrong then just talk to the FBI.”

[From The Guardian]

I’m actually happy that Allred is on the case, and she knows how to keep these kinds of situations in the public eye.

Meanwhile, a now-retired Royal protection officer has given an interview to the Daily Mail about how Andrew’s “alibi” for the rape of Virginia Roberts is likely crap. Andrew told BBC Newsnight that he knows for sure that he was at a Pizza Express in Woking (with Beatrice) early that evening, then he returned to the palace alone, but of course no one believed that. Now this ex-RPO says that from his memory, Andrew was out that night and didn’t return back to the palace until the early hours of the morning, which would line up with Andrew raping Virginia Roberts at Ghislaine’s London property. What I hate about this is that… we all know that Andrew is lying, it was so obvious already. All of this talk about how this RPO’s interview “shatters” Andrew’s alibi is kind of dumb, imo. The alibi was crap in the first place. And Virginia’s own testimony means more to me than this ex-RPO.

Yeah, the RPOs recollection is helpful, but I think most people already knew the whole Pizza Express story was BS anyway.

I’m glad this isn’t going away and that there are people like Allred who are doing their best to make sure it stays in the public eye.

    • Snazzy says:

Yes exactly. We know how difficult it is to prove these cases, especially with rich wealthy men, so the more corroborated evidence, the better

      • (TheOG) jan90067 says:

You can be *very* sure that ALL entry/exit logs and ALL security cam footage from BP guard gates have been shredded/deleted long before this. There will not be ANY record(s) for this RPO “refresh” his memory.

TQ, of House of Petty, would’ve made sure of this long ago, when Epstein was re-arrested. She will let *nothing* stick to her favorite Pederast (which is really a more apt term for Randy Andy, as he sexually craves TEENAGE victims, not little children).

      • C-Shell says:

I am so sorry @OGJan to be that person this morning … pederasty is between men and adolescent boys, not girls, but you’re absolutely right that paedophile doesn’t describe Andy’s practices as he doesn’t appear to have a thing for young children.

Gloria Allred bugs me sometimes, but I love what she and Lisa Bloom are doing to keep Andy’s feet to the fire.

      • Where'sMyTiara says:

@OG: Yes, but this ex-RPO is using FOIA laws to demand his own shift notes.
If they are not made available, they have to own up as to why, and if they’re destroyed, well, that will implicate others in a Conspiracy To Protect Her Maj’s Darling Diddums.

The questions will start rolling: why are these records not available, were they destroyed, why, when, where, by whom, and on whose orders?

That’s a lot of very uncomfortable questions right there, pointed right at Lilibet’s door.

    • whatWHAT? says:

that yellow school bus stunt and similar ones will make sure people keep thinking/talking about it, for sure. as Kelso would say, that’s a pretty sweet burn.

also, I believe the term people are looking for is hebephilia. sexual interest in pre-teen/teen age.

      pizza express … how common

  2. lana86 says:

How can anyone remember what anyone did on a specific day 15 years ago

    • Lurker says:

      @lana86 my thoughts exactly!!

    • Guest2.0 says:

Eidetic or photographic memory? Some people possess extraordinary memory capabilities.

      • Some chick says:

        Oh. Stahp. Just stahp.

If he has “eidetic memory” it is of raping unwilling teenager(s).

        You really believe that tripe?

Epstein and Maxwell trafficked those girls. They all knew exactly what they were doing.

      • Guest2.0 says:

@Some Chick. I was speaking of the RPO officer, not Andrew.

    • Ronaldinhio says:

This is his new ‘iron clad’ alibi. Created with enough shade in it that gullible people will believe it.
Terrible bait and switch – look it disproved his alibi – oh no – look it gives him a better one

    • dota says:

Detailed logs that profession security types keep. This would be a daily log.

    • Mira says:

I don’t even remember what I did that whole year.

      • Lady D says:

You remember nothing of the year? Can I ask how old you are, Mira? In ’99 I was 39yo and know where I was living, who my friends were, where I worked, my kid’s school schedule, what I did with my spare time, the volunteer work I was doing, family interactions, etc. While I don’t remember what I did every day, the what I did during the year is pretty clear.

    • Digital Unicorn says:

He’s a trained security professional, these guys are trained to pay attention and takes notes so I would imagine he’s checked his notes/logs whatever for what he noted on the night in question.

      • Snazzy says:

yes plus I think in the article he also says he remembers because of Andrew’s particularly bad behaviour that day, which stood out (compared to his usually bad behaviour)

    • Alisha says:

@lana Sometimes things like that tend to stick in your brain. My very first job was working for a shady boss that did all sorts of unethical things (like having me fudge numbers while doing data entry in their bookkeeping system). One time I had to lie to their insurance company to cover to their fraud, I remember that day and many others there very clearly and that was over 20 years ago. It is completely possible that night something felt wrong or he got a whiff that something happened that night, and it stayed with him.

    • AnnaKist says:

I take your point, Lana. My sister, 10 years older than me, has a trunk full of those calendars some businesses used to give out at Christmas time, as a little gift for our patronage throughout the year. (Did/do they do this in America?) She’d get at least 5 or 6 each year. Throughout the following year, she writes or wrote down things that took place on each day. She has a record of all sorts of things. I’ve lost count of the number of times I’ve asked her to find a date for me. We can all recall certain particulars when we relate them to a more significant personal event. For example, “I know it was around the time Jane started high school…”, but the actual date eludes us. Using this concept, she’ll dig out the calendars, and, bingo! there it is.

I chatted with my best friend about this yesterday, and commented that if you’re like me, a digital hoarder, text messages can serve much the same purpose.

Sad to say, but some people are staunch in their belief of his innocence. And he looks like a massive creep with a proprietary arm around his victim. Ugh. He and his protectors are sickening and beyond contempt. Peculiar how he rigidly maintains his innocence to a TV programme, but won’t talk to the Old Bill. I’m sure the police will be as believing as his interviewer was… *smirk* Have they found that Maxwell madam yet, after she scarpered? There’s another vile creature.

  3. HK9 says:

    That bus is everything.

  4. Jen says:

I absolutely believe Virginia more than the former RPO and way, way more than Andrew, but I am thrilled the guy spoke out. It is keeping Andrew’s crimes in the headlines.

And love Allred’s stunt. Keep dragging him.

    • Tessa says:

Yet the DM and others still go after the Sussexes and Andrew is a sort of “sacred cow” IMO.

      • Spikey says:

@ Tessa Exactly. Who will they throw to the wolves to cover for Andy when Harry and Meghan are out?

I still c a n n o t believe that the gloves are still so firmly on. When Charles and Diana had their drama the press was *all over* it. Come on, Prince as part of a global sex abuse scandal – they should have three extras a day. That’s the story of a decade. If the Catholic Church couldn’t stop the story why can BP??? (Apart from throwing a young family under the bus and exploiting the racist tide across Europe) Yet here we are, waiting for Gloria Allred to engineer a publicity stunt so the story stays in the news.

My head hurts from all the shaking.

  5. Gil says:

I’m sure Prince Andrew prays every night so her mommy doesn’t die soon. As soon as the Queen is gone I bet two cents Prince Charles is throwing him under THAT bus

  6. 10KTurtle says:

Do the royal protection officers do “pre-sweeps” or whatever it would be called when they have to go places ahead of time to scope it out for security? Pizza Express probably never happened anyway- but is there a record of them sweeping Ghislaine’s house? Some kind of activity log when they sign out after every shift? Hmmmm….

    • (TheOG) jan90067 says:

As I said above, you can be SURE any and all logs have been shredded long before this, when Epstein was first arrested this last time. Mummy (of House of Petty) will NOT allow her pederast babykins to be asked to come in to “help with inquiries” (isn’t that how the very polite British police phrase it 😊)

  7. carmen says:

Took a quick glance at the Fail article and sure enough – unlike articles about M&H – comments are moderated in advance. Funny how that works.

  8. Emma says:

What I found weird about the ridiculous pizza express story was that he said it was Beatrice’s friends birthday party – if that was true then the parents of the birthday girl would be able to confirm it surely?
I’m sure we will never know the full extent of crimes relating to Andrew but I do think he is gross

    • (TheOG) jan90067 says:

I would do a forensic search of that friend’s parents’ bank accounts, as well as see if any “perks” showed up in any other facet in their lives.

      • pottymouth pup says:

If Bea’s friend and/or their parents vouched for Andy, they’d need to provide actual old photographs (preferably with negatives) of him at the event that shows others who were there and at Pizza Express

  9. Sarah says:

I don’t know one person who believed that joke of an alibi. And even if it was true, even if Prince Pedo was at Pizza Express in Woking with Bea, that doesn’t disprove Virginia’s claim.
    1) Nothing proves he was there the whole night, children birthday parties are rarely night-long affairs.
    2) She is not sure of the exact day of the rape anyway, which is understandable given the amount of stress she was under.

  10. MellyMel says:

I don’t like Allred, but I appreciate her doing what she does best and that’s being attention seeking & public as hell. She will not let this go and I love it cause Andrew deserves to be punished for his “alleged” crimes.

  11. CatWomen says:

i’m curious, did anyone at BP see this before it aired, it’s being called the worse interview of all time.

  12. June says:

After reading about Andrew and his chasing teenagers for years and years and then learning that he must be a rapist, I have just always believed that he is another rich criminal who will get away with his crimes. I always felt he was very arrogant just from stories I read about people who knew him. I would like to see him go to prison, but I am sadly pessimistic about that ever happening. People like that never pay. I hope I am wrong.

  13. Mrs.Krabapple says:

If it looks like authorities can prove a case against Andrew, the Queen will announce that he was her emissary at the time, and give him immunity from prosecution.

  14. Ames says:

The absolute WORST thing about the pizza-with-peasants “alibi” is not that it’s laughably ridiculous. (Even though it is. It is laughably, utterly ridiculous.) It’s that Prince “That’s Not My Hand” Charming actually dragged his KIDS into this.

There are not-so-great guys and then there are capital-B bad guys. He’s a BAD GUY. Just looking at him makes my skin crawl.

  15. It's a dry heave says:

Would a BPO’s notes be sealed under a non-disclosure agreement? You’d think that if Andy’s story were true about Pizza Express, he’d be parading those records about…

And I’m STILL bewildered as to why Brits aren’t screaming with outrage over his behavior???!!!
