Camilla Tominey: Prince William is no longer ‘petulant,’ he’s ‘the People’s Prince’

Britain's Prince William speaks with service users during a visit to the Garden House part of the Light Project in Peterborough, England, Thursday, July 16, 2020. The Garden House offers information, advice and support to the rough sleepers in Peterborough.

This story is about a week old, but I only just saw it. It feels like it got purposefully buried? I say that because it’s an extremely obvious piece of pro-Prince William propaganda, so much so that I think Kensington Palace just wrote out some talking points for Camilla Tominey. Tominey wrote a piece for the Telegraph (via the Daily Mail, for this post) in which she posits the hilarious theory that William, after years of being vaguely keen and extraordinarily enraged, is now “The People’s Prince.” Kensington Palace desperately hopes to echo Tony Blair’s designation of Princess Diana as the People’s Princess, only this is William, the one with the charisma of a dead fish. But wait, there’s more! William is the People’s Prince because… Harry’s not around anymore. They always tell on themselves, don’t they?

Tominey says ‘A Planet for Us All’ showed William at his best: He showed ‘self-deprecating and candid’ side that many have never seen before, according to royal expert Camilla Tominey. Despite the tumultuous past two years, which saw Prince Harry and Meghan Markle quit as senior members of the Royal Family, she claimed the programme depicted a prince ‘at peace with himself’ and saw him keep his sense of humour while being bombarded with questions about his family.

Not petulant anymore: She remarked: ‘William’s calm and thoughtful demeanour could not have been more at odds with historical reports of the “hot-headed” Prince’s “petulance”.’ Ms Tominey pointed out that the Anfield school visit was a royal engagement many may have thought would once have been ‘better suited to fun-loving Prince Harry’.

The People’s Prince: ‘Surrounded by primary schoolchildren with worms in their hands, the visit to All Saints Catholic Primary School in Liverpool was full of potential pitfalls. Yet as the touching exchanges between the future king and these inner-city children revealed during Monday’s TV documentary on the environment, it is William – not Harry, who is taking on the role of the “People’s Prince”.’

Quoting Ingrid Seward: ‘William has always had this ability to connect with people,’ she added. ‘I remember from some of his earliest engagements how much he reminded me of Diana. He’s very natural and not at all fake. He’s always had it but I think perhaps he was overshadowed by Harry. Now he’s no longer on the scene, we are reminded that William has the same qualities in spades.’

Kate the Calming Energy: Ms Tominey observed that those close to the Cambridges have credited Kate and the Middleton family with helping ‘pull back’ and calm ‘fiery’ William over the years. She added that his documentary’s success is also a testament to the team around him who have helped him to realise his ambitions, namely his former private secretary Simon Case, who was recently appointed Cabinet Secretary by Prime Minister Boris Johnson.

William isn’t preaching: Ms Tominey pointed out that the Duke’s style of campaigning is ‘markedly different’ to Harry and Meghan Markle’s videos addressing racism and politics. ‘Those closest to him insist that the last thing he wants to be is a “preaching Prince”,’ she said. adding that the insider insists William has ‘no interest in telling people how to live their lives’ and is ‘realistic’.

[From The Daily Mail]

See what I mean about KP writing out the talking points and quotes? This is just William’s embiggening fluff. Of course William is more relaxed right now – he got exactly what he wanted, he successfully bullied Harry and Meghan out of the country so that he could have all of the attention and the adulation. It’s not that William is more charismatic than Harry, it’s that Will made sure he was the only one “left.” Anyway, all of this to say, Harry inherited all of his mother’s best and worst qualities and that’s what has made him the man he is today – he wears his heart on his sleeve, he makes mistakes, he loves fiercely, he’s emotional and passionate. I would take that every day over William’s controlling, jealous, petty, rageaholic bulls–t.

Toothless platitudes! That’s what a real Prince is for!

    Sure, Cam.

    • kelleybelle says:

Tominey is nothing but an embiggening paid liar. That is all. Oh, and she’s getting the face she deserves.

      • Elizabeth Regina says:

This gave me a big belly laugh. Isn’t it something that a prince of the realm, the FFK has to resort to an embiggening campaign, as he is running scared of the sixth in line and his wife. So far he has allegedly stolen an idea and thrown out massive prize money, used his children, done a TED talk and also his grandma for attention and clout and nothing is working. He was too stupid to recognise the potential of H and M and now they are no longer there to make him look good. I’ve said it a thousand times; he should swallow his petulant and entitled attitude, back pedal, apologise profusely to H and M and for once start working hard for a change. Then maybe the karma that is unfolding might not hit so hard.

      • kelleybelle says:

I’m glad I gave you a laugh. I have to agree, Elizabeth. Sadly it won’t happen, but it’s true. You can just see exactly how small-minded, emotionally immature and spiteful he is, can’t you? Cameltoe Meany does nothing but lie and embiggen. Remember Kate’s 5 Questions that “was eight years in the making?” LOL Harry is the people’s prince and it burns the hell out of all of them.

    • Kitten says:

So while Harry’s always been The People’s Prince, suddenly William’s trying to morph into Alain de Botton. Nope.

      • kelleybelle says:

It’s obvious that news of William’s true self is getting out there, otherwise they wouldn’t have Cameltoe Meany doing damage control. This whole article is complete BS … as usual.

  2. TheOriginalMia says:

William will never be the People’s Prince. Come on. I mean…this is a man who makes fun of delivery guys being frisked because they brought him curry. This is the same guy who shaded having multiple children while his wife was pregnant with their 3rd. William is and will always be a haughty jerk.

    • equality says:

Forgot about the 3 children thing. But he doesn’t preach to others about how to live?

      • Becks1 says:

Isnt that the whole point of his environmental work?? Telling other people how to live, because he sure as sh*t isn’t giving up his helicopter.

    • Nic919 says:

He joked about covid when thousands had already died in Europe. He will never be the people’s anything no matter how hard they try. Charisma is something people inherently have and Harry is the one who inherited that from Diana. No spin from the RR can change what people see with their own eyes.

    • notasugarhere says:

Now remember, TheOriginalMia, he was only telling POC *they* were having too many kids.

      • TheOriginalMia says:

My bad. You’re right, nota. That message was just for those brown people in Africa, not colonizers like himself.

    • Wiglet Watcher says:

William rebels against all the qualities that endeared Diana to the public. He wants all of the best credit while doing absolutely none of the work.
And that vogue cover article just reinforced that. William has issues with highlighting anyone, but himself and can’t do “work”
Which is how his Mother became the people’s princess.

      Harry will never go away.

    • sunnyn says:

Lol to Will’s the People’s Prince. Does KP even know how to do PR effectively? Legit no subtlety there.

All the examples of William’s problematic behaviour you listed are bang on. I know they want to frame him as having Diana’s qualities, and he does, her worst one.

As to the qualities that made her the People’s Princess, her empathy and her vulnerability, Willie displays neither. Instead it is Harry who has those qualities in spades.

And I am laughing so hard at the image of Willie at an inner city school. Well one thing he is good at is using people of colour and economically disadvantaged people as props so…

      • Tessa says:

Will has Charles worst traits, sense of entitlement and coldness at time–he lacks his best traits: the work ethic, genuine interest in causes and charities, real interest in world events,. William seems rather shallow.

  3. Belli says:

It feels as though KP are desperate to address a story that wasn’t really there again. The reporting on Lacey’s book became incredibly subdued once it became clear that it wasn’t just a smear job on Harry and Meghan.

It isn’t as though there were loads of articles in mainstream newspapers talking about how incandescent with rage William always is, but now they’re responding to it anyway (I think they call it complaining and explaining…)

It reminds me of the bizarre Richard Kay article yelling “William isn’t having an affair!!!” after there was one small story about Kate trying to freeze a friend out of her turnip circle.

One person gets close to a sore spot and they hit back, which makes people ask why they’re so sensitive about it if there’s nothing there…

    • Noodle says:

I wonder if this article is in response to Lacey’s book, in that the didn’t expect to be portrayed quite so honestly in it. I feel like FF was pumped up as this threat, and then ended up not being as controversial or revealing as it could have been. Lacey’s book arrived with much quieter fanfare, but revealed information about the courtship and the Harry-Will feud that perhaps was unexpected. Now KO has to Rewrite, or at least restate, the narrative a bit?

      • Belli says:

        I think it must be.

The royal reporters were heavily promoting Lacey’s book, but have stopped since extracts started coming out. I think the palace expected the Battle of the Brothers to focus on how evil Meghan tore the family apart and how Harry should just come home and it’s… not that. They’re on the back foot and trying to get control of the story instead of just leaving it alone to fizzle out on its own.

    • Becks1 says:

It says to me that the Lacey book is more true than not, especially about William, or else why would there be this pushback? It also says to me that KP pushed the RRs not to talk about this book.

    • Amy Too says:

They tell on themselves all the time. The Williams not having an affair article but also this one which describes him visiting a school full of “inner city children” (so, black?) as “ripe with potential pitfalls” or something. Seriously? He, the “People’s Prince,” who “reminds everyone of Diana” had to hold his breath and white knuckle his way through a visit to a primary school full of poor children of color in which he got to play with worms? What were the potential pitfalls? Saying something racist like “you don’t look like you’re from Liverpool? Are you sure you’re English?!”? Or maybe it was hard for him to avoid saying something like “Ha, all these slimy worms remind me of you guys! Peasants and scrap eaters, all of you!”

      • Noodle says:

Considering he is a dad and is into sport, I would think that a day at a primary school playing in the dirt with worms would be relatively stress-free. I am with you — exactly what pitfalls did he avoid? Was he worried he might have to show compassion to a child? Or – gasp – one of the little ones might try to touch him? I have kids of my own, and I can’t think of many more things as fun or as mood-altering as hanging out with kids and playing in the dirt. As boring and stuffy as most of his events are, I would think he would relish the chance. But that’s me — a COMMONER!

  4. Murphy says:

PUH-LEASE. WIlliam’s middle name is Petulant. It’s in his very core.

  5. equality says:

He answered tame questions about things like Charlotte dancing. Why would that have caused him to lose his sense of humor? He used the cute children and pictures and stories about his own children in the documentary to build himself up. It was an obvious piece of PR and not truly environmentalism in any depth. The children were building “houses” for insects, which is a fine project for children but insects are also threatened by use of pesticides, etc. and he addressed none of that. I guess, that would have been preaching and telling people how to live. I especially like that line since every article about William and Harry’s feud involves him attempting to tell Harry how to live his life.

    • Elizabeth Regina says:

Why are you being so rational and intelligent about his ‘love’ for the environment? I could not believe that the fluff piece actually got aired. No wonder Netflix and others turned it down and they were right to. The numbers don’t lie.

      • equality says:

It irritates me that Charles actually has implemented things in royal households and on his duchy and gets flak but William just mouths things and gets praised. For his faults, I see Charles’ environmental beliefs as sincere but William is just trying to take it up to get the credit.

    • Amy Too says:

And they’re talking about how well he came off in his own documentary which was edited. How well he took questions and how nice and calm and statesman like he was. In an edited documentary that he made about himself. It’s not like he live streamed every hour of his life for two years and that showed that he never once lost his temper or said something stupid. He put out a video about himself that he had 100% editorial control over and he didn’t include any scenes of him raging? OMG PEOPLE’S PRINCE!!

      • Noodle says:

@Amytoo — adding that his responses were likely scripted, and not by him. He knew the questions and his answers. How much easier could it be?

  6. tee says:

“documentary’s success” where are the receipts? it came and went without a peep. and that he couldn’t acquire a global platform to air this documentary highlighting a global issue and in support of a global and prestigious prize, does not inspire confidence in his appeal beyond UK conservatives.

    • equality says:

That’s because the focus was embiggening William and not anything in depth to aid the environment.

    • Snuffles says:

Yup. He’s the Tory’s Prince. He doesn’t represent the people by a long shot.

    • Harper says:

The ratings for the documentary were poor–the People’s Petulance pulled in less in that time slot than typical. His ratings were way lower than the audience pulled in for Harry & Meg’s Africa documentary last year. I saw these results listed the other day but can’t find them now.

      • equality says:

Their documentary was also picked up by a network in the US because it had depth to it (despite the whining of royalists that, maybe 5% of it was personal stuff about H&M) and, of course, Meghan and Harry instead of William.

  7. Amy Bee says:

All I’m getting from this is, William is no longer being overshadowed by Harry and William is not Harry. They can’t even write a piece about William without talking about Harry. He was successful in getting Harry out of the country but he’s still being overshadowed by Harry. Last week was supposed to be his big showing as a global statesman and in the end people were only talking about Harry and Meghan.

    • Feeshalori says:

As long as Harry’s and Meghan’s name are still in their mouths, William and Kate will always be overshadowed. This just reeks of desperation.

  8. 809Matriarch says:

” But wait, there’s more! William is the People’s Prince because… Harry’s not around anymore. They always tell on themselves, don’t they?”

Camilla Tominey wrote that drivel? No wonder she has such a white hot, malicious hatred of Meghan. Meghan runs rings around Camilla and the rest of the royal rats as far as articulate off the cuff speaking AND writing. How can she actually get paid for coming up with this nonsense?

    • lanne says:

This is the miserable cow who was mad because Meghan didn’t have enough white people on the Vogue cover. She’s also the one who linked the Hubbkitchen to terrorists and was thanked for doing that y a white supremist. She sucks.

      • Sid says:

Tominey should have received more blowback for that nonsense about trying to link the Hubb Kitchen to terrorists. Considering all the violent bigots out there, she really put those women in danger by doing that.

  9. S808 says:

He and Kate would step into H&M’s skin if they could. I’m sorry, but the desperation is hilarious to me. “The People’s Prince” isn’t some title that defaults back to whoever is left. Diana is and will always be “The People’s Princess” just as Harry will always be. It’s entertaining to watch William try though. He’s an asshole and every once in a while it slips out despite his best efforts to play a character he isn’t.

    • Myra says:

It’s like watching a bad comedy with all this propaganda. The guy that grimaces when he deigns to smile, punches down when he jokes, is flippant about social issues, is met by dead silence when he walks into an arena and is always incandescent with rage is suddenly the People’s Prince? The thing with charisma is you either have it or you don’t. He doesn’t.

      • Tia says:

The thing is, he could make up for a lack of charisma with hard work. The Queen’s father was massively overshadowed by his (Nazi sympathising, married women banging) charismatic older brother. He turned it around by having what we would today call his publicity people push the work he was actually doing (rather than trying to turn minimal work into maximum publicity like William).

      • Becks1 says:

@Tia – agreed. I also don’t think the Queen is particularly charismatic, but again, she works. We can argue about whether what she does is “hard” but by royal standards, she worked consistently right up until the pandemic. And really, it seems that she is beloved because of her actions during World War II. Charisma isn’t really a factor, and that’s okay, it doesn’t have to be. But again…..she works.

    • Lady2Lazy says:

Calling Wilileaks the People’s Prince make me The Queen of England!! That’s how far fetched this disaster out title is!!

  10. Becks1 says:

This just makes William look worse. Why would a visit to be a primary school be full of “pitfalls”? I feel like that would be one of the easier visits for a royal to do.

And the repeated insistence that he’s not petulant and full of rage anymore……just doesn’t ring true. Except, maybe he isn’t petulant now bc he got what he wanted – Harry and Meghan out of the country.

Finally, if the best thing you can say about William is that “he’s the people’s prince because harry isn’t here anymore” then…..I mean…that says a lot about William and Harry.

    • February-Pisces says:

I remember reading a comment about when William and Kate visited a high school, they went round one class room and everyone was awkwardly silent. The tried to make conversation with some of the kids by asking what football team they supported etc, and after they left the teacher said ‘well that was awkward’.

      • Becks1 says:

Well, fair point., I guess it would be a major pitfall if you cant connect/interact with the kids, LOL.

  11. OriginalLala says:

The People’s Petulant Prince – that’s what he is

  12. Mignionette says:

What a mess. We’re moving into a time where people are becoming more cognizant of hate and maligned press information. So much so that the co-conspirators facebook and twitter are now openly outlawing campaign material that misinforms on their platforms.

    – Harry and Meghan make a statement about rejecting online hate and misinformation.
    – Trump has a meltdown and a Republican Senator calls for their titles to be removed.
    – The Queen then publicly gives the press her seal of approval, thereby confirming that the daily Heil et al can be trusted.

The same shitty press pack that have been stuck up her anus horribilis for years. *Le sigh*

Now Betty’s trustworthy and wonderful press is attempting to ‘rebuild’ incandescent with rage petulant prince…..

So either the press including Two-Faced Tominey were lying before or they’re lying now ?

  13. aml519 says:

I wish he would just bite the bullet and shave his head!!

  14. vertes says:

15 or 20 years ago, William was good-looking. He’s growing jowls now. I that from overall weight gain? He doesn’t look fat but his face has reshaped itself.

    • 809Matriarch says:

He is getting a bit of a middle age tummy paunch.

    • Maggi says:

Yep, the bloom came off that rose (no relation) in a rather harsh and dramatic way.
The same thing happened to the hottest girl from my high school.
The early bloomers don’t always stand the test of time.
Not gonna lie, we late bloomers kind of like to see it.

  15. ABritGuest says:

This is hilarious. Are they not able to champion William without mentioning Harry? Do they realise they kind of make William seem like a budget People’s Prince as the other one isn’t on the scene anymore so now the FUTURE KING is stepping into the SIXTH in line’s place. I’d personally be insulted by this. They really should focus on his good qualities.

And whilst I don’t doubt the Middletons brought a lot of normalcy& comfort to William, I don’t recall hearing much of Kate helping with William’s temper whilst I remember Tom Bradby claimed at time of the engagement that Meghan had brought a sense of zen to Harry. Is this another case of them projecting something of Meghan onto Kate?

someone said that it’s ‘preaching’ on the environment when it’s not through the royal press is on social media. Otherwise When it’s press approved it’s a ‘passionate plea’ even though it’s saying the same thing. Have any other countries picked up his recent ITV documentary? I know the ratings were down from the usual slot but I did see some non royal watchers enthused about it.

    • notasugarhere says:

The household staff who leaked said it was Carole who dealt with the tempers of both Petulant William and Prickly Princess Kate. W&K are more alike than different, including both having anger issues.

  16. Sofia says:

Lol okay but things like “The People’s Prince” aren’t titles that are just given. You have to earn them and be named by, you know, the people. Not a bunch of royal reporters who are all permanently up your ass

  17. MaryContrary says:

Just wait until his own children are teens and young adults and don’t want to tow his line-we’ll see how quickly the anger narrative emerges.

  18. Snuffles says:

Question. Beyond saying that Harry has a temper (we been knew) and Meghan was basically too progressive to fit into a stale institution (again, obvious) what negative stuff was said about them?

This book comes across as endless shade towards the Cambridges and the institution.

  19. GuestWho says:

“historical reports of the “hot-headed” Prince’s “petulance” Historical as in (checks notes)…yesterday?

This is laughable embiggening of a man who will always be overshadowed by his charismatic younger brother. Poor Billy.

  20. MF1 says:

Has this documentary been released yet? I totally want to watch. You know that William, despite all his efforts, is going to come off as vapid and lazy.

    • Sid says:

It was released, and came and went. The ratings were down by a large percentage from the usual ratings for the time slot, in addition to being down by a large percentage from the ratings QEII got for her own environmental documentary that the channel apparently aired a few years ago.

    • Wiglet Watcher says:

Yes and it did poorly. It’s a William PR show with an environmentalist theme.

  21. Lizzie says:

Sorry, but temper tantrums do not disappear on their own. As he was incandescent with rage just earlier this year, and probably more we don’t know about, demonstrates this cannot be true.

  22. Digital Unicorn says:

Still riding on his mother’s PR I see – Diana really was a ‘People’s Princess’, William can’t even be a Prince let alone a ‘People Prince’.

    The Cambridges reek of desperation.

  23. Le4Frimaire says:

It’s boring enough dealing with the personality he projects to the public, now we have to be interested in his shallow depths as well. We already know he is motivated by jealousy and this craven need for adoration, while trying to pretend he’s too royal to notice. Even his fluffers admit he was overshadowed by his brother. That guy William sleeps with one eye opened, fixed on whatever happening on the West Coast of the United States.

  24. kerwood says:

William is the Prince the royal family and racist British people DESERVE.

And how ironic that William has inherited a title that a POLITICIAN made up, after Diana was dead, in order to score political points.

  25. LittlePenguin says:

I’m not sure as to why it made me spit out my tea this morning but the ‘charisma of a dead fish’ has me cackling.

William is a cold hearted, calculating person. If he had any redeeming qualities we would have seen them by now.

  26. Izzy says:

LMAO didn’t Keen Bill once lecture about overpopulation, meanwhile his wife popped out three spawn? How is that not preaching?

  27. Beech says:

Will he be patient in years to come? The queen is what, 94? Her mother died at 101 and Charles the heir apparent will be the next sovereign. Sovereign, what an odd word in this time in our history. What happens when his kids grow into adulthood? Will he be jealous if George is a charismatic figure when he becomes POW and worse has a mind of his own? Or if his children model their behavior on his personality with envy and backstabbing and intrigues and separate courts?

  28. CC says:

It’s clear as day that these articles have a clear agenda to tear down Harry and Meghan. Clear!! If the RF is not as dysfunctional as we think, they would have been clear about their support for Meg. Turn off the comments. Have Kate wear something from Smart works. A zoom call with the princes about environment. KP refuting articles about Meghan and Kate.

I never believed anything negative about the family until the commonwealth day. Then i saw everything. It makes me really angry.

    Side note..
You guys saw how the bots suddenly started attacking Megan for not wearing a mask even though the video was 2 years ago?? PLANNED!

  29. Zaya says:

He’s the last one standing. Guess he took that page out of the waity handbook.

  30. NotSoSimpleTaylor says:

My best friend is a royal correspondent for Berlinske and she covers all the royal news for Scandanavia and Belgium. We typically don’t talk shop especially since I’m out of journalism. Her colleague who covers the British royal family seems to think the best thing that can happen for the UK is there is no royal family for William to ascend to or that every prime minister who serves William is a member of the Labor party. She mentioned that the evidence is there that the British Royal Family AND the Conservative government have gone to some extraordinary lengths to cover for William.

    • RoyalTeabag says:

How do you mean? What sort of covering?

      • NotSoSimpleTaylor says:

I agree but I’m afraid to ask for ethical reasons (I used to work for Berlingske too and probably will again someday when my daughter is older). My theory is that William has a major problem with drink and drugs given what we know which leads me to believe the palace has been enabling rather than helping.

    • Nic919 says:

This is very interesting. I mean we know they are covering for his affairs. Rose wasn’t the only one. And the media constantly hint that they are champing at the bit to say more but this seems to imply the cover up goes beyond personal peccadillos.

      • NotSoSimpleTaylor says:

I used to be a political correspondent for Berlingske and despite my constant struggles to understand UK parliamentary procedure (I have NEVER been a UK political correspondent, I covered Denmark, Scandanavia, and the USA). However, the UK monarchy has always had a fallacy in being politically neutral. The royals are conservative. The Queen has shown a personal preference for conservative ministers. It behooves Conservatives to keep the royals happy and vice-versa so I can see them pulling the national security card to protect whatever is going on.

    • ArtHistorian says:

What the hell has William done if the government is covering for him? That sounds much more serious than extra-marital affairs.

      • blue36 says:

Yeah that’s really weird, it’s one thing for the press to cover stories that are embarrassing (but not harmful), but for the government to get involved?

      • Nic919 says:

Considering Charles was never protected for affairs and he is the actual heir, I agree this sounds more serious. Maybe the constant comments of being incandescent with rage mean more than we realize?

      • NotSoSimpleTaylor says:

I finished Battle of the Brothers early this morning and I think it’s what isn’t said rather than what is said that is interesting. This is only a theory I came up with this last night as I was reading this.

The book was abrupt as if the story had to be cut out in certain areas during editing. I know people are critical of what he says about Harry but I feel like when it comes to William, Lacey has a muzzle on him. Harry gave up drugs and alcohol
and went to therapy per Lacey. Harry has been open about this. There is no discussion of William giving up these things. I think we’re supposed to assume that William has matured beyond the partying, the drinking, and the drugs and with marriage and fatherhood. I don’t buy it.

My theory is that I think what they want to hide is that William still has ongoing problems with drink and drugs, which would explain a lot. I also have been looking at pictures and I can see the possibility of William being loaded on something. This starts to go into the area of medical which I don’t believe is appropriate to gossip about under any circumstances. However, it’s the only thing that fits. It explains his rage, the fallout with Harry, the affairs, the distance from family, meeting up with other mums and working out with them along with other odd behavior. It also explains Kate’s reticence too.

I can see why it would be a government concern that needs to stay hidden. I can definitely see Elizabeth burying her head in the sand, enabling him and coddling him rather than getting him help for fear of leaks. The last time there was a known addict as monarch was Tsar Nicholas and Alexandra who had opium addictions. So I can see why they don’t want that info out. At the same time the addiction runs deep in the Windsor it’s one of the ways they cope and is kept quiet.

The level of delusion required to write this is genuinely hilarious, I’ve had bowls of oatmeal that were more engaging than William is. The only time the public ever liked him was when he was a relatively attractive teen/young adult, now that he doesn’t have the Diana-esque hair to hide it behind, his barely concealed contempt and prickish personality ooze out of every photo of him.

That was all he ever had going for him, his Diana-eque beauty. And that lasted all of four or five years, tops. He went from stunning, to handsome, to average and basic looking, to downright weird looking.

Found this gem of a comment on the daily mail article after clicking on “worst rated” 🤣

…..William really is an excellent farter opps sorry I meany father he is really clever and kind and will make an excellent King and really knows what it is like to be a poor person. As for Kate she is really clever and kind too and so beautiful in fact probably the most beautiful woman that ever lived and will make a excellent queen and quite possibly knows how to do brain surgery as well as opening garden centers. What harm can they possibly do to the environment with their houses all over the place, fleets of cars helicopters etc etc we should thank lucky stars that our tax money goes to such wonderful kind caring lovely people.

What a pathetic miserable sod. Imagine feeling so jealous of your own sibling and actively bullying him and his pregnant wife till they left the country. God doesn’t like envy and I would never envy Meghan or Harry on their happiness knowing how much backstabing & heartbreak they went through. Karma will eventually come knocking on Billy’s door

  34. Marivic says:

“William’s very natural and not at all fake. He’s always had it but I think perhaps he was overshadowed by Harry. Now he’s no longer on the scene, we are reminded that William has the same qualities in spades.’

    Tell this to the marines.

It’s obvious that news of William’s true self is getting out there, otherwise they wouldn’t have Cameltoe Meany doing damage control. This whole article is complete BS … as usual.

Harry and Meghan are trashed for “rushing into” marriage and the Cambridge stans praise William for “seeing through Meghan.” They are in such denial. If William and Kate had married say after a year of dating it would be spun that it was “love at first sight.” And William “knew what he wanted.” Now the long wait for William to decide is spun as his “testing Kate” to see if she would “want the work as Consort and give her time to back out.” I guess the spinners have short memories. William wanted to see other woman and see if he could do ‘better.’

I have nothing to say, but I wanted to point this out: “She added that his documentary’s success is also a testament to the team around him who have helped him to realise his ambitions, namely his former private secretary Simon Case, who was recently appointed Cabinet Secretary by Prime Minister Boris Johnson.”

Why did they name drop Simon Case in particular? Moreover, why are they including the fact that he is not the recently appointed Cabinet Secretary by PM Boris Johnson?? Simon Case is a Tory Brexiteer, who worked for William for two years. He quit recently, to go back to work for the Tory govt, where he used to work in some capacity dealing with international affairs. He was also put on a committee to figure out how to make the Irish Border situation work with Brexit.

So now, suddenly, Simon Case is being mentioned in an article about William, and he’s mentioned as the reason why William’s documentary on the ENVIRONMENT is successful? Simon Case, Tory Brexiteer, working for Boris Johnson, is highlighted as the driving force behind William’s environmental advocacy? I’ll bet anyone here ten hundred dimes that Simon Case doesn’t give one single, solitary fuck about the environment. The same goes for all the other morally vacuous fuckheads who are in his party, who work for Boris Johnson. Camilla Tominey really means to tell me that Simon Case, Tory Brexiteer, Brexit negotiator, who supports an endeavour where one of the promised goals is the deregulation of environmental and conservation standards in the UK, is the one who helped make William’s documentary on conservation so successful? HMMMMMm.

There is no reason for this name drop. None whatsoever. I’m guessing Simon Case was the primary source for this article, in which case, LOL. But there is no reason to highlight the political credentials of a former private secretary to the royal family. The fact that William hired someone who was so so closely aligned with the Tories, particularly Boris Johnson, is something to keep an eye on.
