This is kind of a non-story, but many of us can’t get enough of the LeAnn Rimes-Eddie Cibrian-Brandi Glanville drama, and this latest story is just another interesting piece of news for us. This season, Eddie joined the cast of CSI: Miami, and now his costar Eva La Rue is wading into Eddie’s uncool Bermuda Triangle. Eva tells Us Weekly that LeAnn hasn’t visited Eddie on set once, and but there’s a possibility that LeAnn could guest star. I don’t watch any of the CSIs, but they do “ripped from the headlines” stories like Law & Order, right? How about a story “loosely based” on Eddie’s drama? I can see it now – a guy’s estranged wife murders the guy’s mistress in some bizarre, horrid way because the mistress was “Single White Female-ing” the wife.
Eddie Cibrian’s personal life might make headlines in the press, but on the set of CSI: Miami, his costar tells Usmagazine.com that he keeps quiet about new girlfriend LeAnn Rimes.
“I know he’s going through a lot of personal stuff right now, but he’s super-professional and doesn’t bring any of it to work,” Eva La Rue told Us at an ESPN Deportes event for the Miami Dolphins’ Latino owners in Miami on Sunday.
La Rue, who plays a DNA analyst on the CBS drama, previously worked with Cibrian, 36, on Third Watch, in which they played a married couple.
“I know he’s a great guy,” she told Us of the star, adding that it has been “really fun” working on the series’ eighth season.
Will Rimes guest star on the show?
“I don’t know,” La Rue said, laughing.
Although La Rue, 42, told Us Cibrian hasn’t yet brought Rimes to the set, the country singer, 27, has gotten closer to his estranged wife Brandi Glanville, who is mother to the couple’s sons Mason, 6, and Jake, 2.
“I have a new neighbor, and her name is LeAnn Rimes,” Glanville, 36, told Us last week. “She’s moved in a half-mile from my house and a block from my son’s school. So she is completely space invading me at the moment, so things are not cool.”

Ten bucks says that Eddie’s next conquest will be Eva La Rue. She thinks he’s “fun” and a “great guy” so they’re almost there. Bonus points if he dumps LeAnn for Eva. Seriously, though, I’m a little surprised LeAnn hasn’t camped out at the CSI set to mark her territory. She’s that girl, you know.

I don’t get why it’s a big deal that LeAnn isn’t on set. Significant others don’t camp out there. Besides she may be touring. She was a week or two ago. I don’t know people are saying she gave up music. She’s just not as big as she used to be. I think Eva is married or dating somebody seriously. I just don’t find her the type to get involved in this mess.

She looks like Beavis or Butthead…can’t remember which one.
Maybe LeAnn doesn’t go to the set because Eddie can have his space and do whatever he wants and as long as she can compartmentalize it, and she has the space to do the same, it might work for them. My husband and I have very defined boundaries (he doesn’t go to my work, I don’t go to his, we call only when urgent, perhaps 10 times a year, if we’re showing up at home unexpectedly, we call the other on ahead of time (going home early, business trip cut short, etc) and in fact when either of us do travel, we don’t talk during the interim, we call only when we’re on the way home to let the other know we’ll be arriving.) It might not sound like most marriages, but we are faithful to each other and it works for us. (I know 100% I have been faithful, equally disease-fear and commitment related, and I am 100% sure for him for the same reasons, but can we ever say 100% anything about another person’s future? Usually we can’t even say it for ourselves.) Lots of things work for people that aren’t necessarily mainstream, but aren’t out of the bell curve for normalcy.
I hear Eddie isn’t fully adjusted to being away from home. Last year Brandi organized the family around his schedule, i.e., work, play, pleasure, and buddy time. Brandi prepared meals at his convenience, cleaned the house so as not to disturb his tv, and insured the kids were available when he found time. Well, Eddie abandoned his family for sex and money and now Brandi organizes her life around the needs of the children as well as her own. Eddie is a secondary concern. If Brandi remarries, he will be even less of a consideration. Deane babied LeAnn 24/7 and Eddie will have to do the same. Before long, Eddie’s relevance will be akin to a dog scratching at the door to take a pee. Enjoy the money and fame! This is your life Eddie!

She has been touring and on the road for the past two weeks. She’s had concerts, visited mom in Dallas, did some humanitarian work and is in NYC today doing a musical contest of a sort with Randy Jackson, Jewel, Pete Wentz, etc.
And probably having dinner and visiting with Deane there.
Eddie was at the N9ne Steakhouse in Las Vegas with buddies on Saturday while she was performing on the East Coast so I giess she doesn’t have Eddie on a leash afterall.

Leann hasn’t visited the set because Eddie hasn’t invited her. Eva gave the same interview at the ALMA awards while Eddie was standing in the background on the red carpet. Eva is engaged,but Leann and Eddie were married when they met on the set and started an affair. I’m sure Eddie has adjusted to being away from home but Eddie isn’t Dean. Dean was a lap dog , Eddie is just a dog. Even with restraints a dog will break away.and this is Leann’s fear. Why all the negative comments about Eva? Must be Leann fans. Are you defending Rimes in all this with her making the whole thing public from the start and then publicizing it day in and day out as well as taunting an innocent woman with two children facing an uncertain future? LeAnn has showed us who she truely is as has Eddie.

I read the People article and it illustrates one of my biggest problems with Rimes. People is her most favorite mag and yet she is not forthcoming. She used the exact words six months ago about writing her Family album with her husband Deane, her “Best Friend” and the therapy bit. She feels she must maintain the “happy gal” image and yet she talks about therapy. She wants to portray an “image” of thoughtful reflection, happiness, and someone who has life figured out but her behavior directly contradicts her words. I wish to God that I could find some authenticity in this gal but she seems empty of heart and empathy or conscious and clings desperately to the “image” of a Margaret Rimes who has come of age and whom we all loved.

What Eddie and Leann did and how they handled it, was DELIBERATE.They just couldn’t lay low. Oh no not them. They had things to promote don’t ya know. So they shoved op after op and comments made by “sources”,down the spouses and the public’s throat over and over again.
How many picture’s did we see of Leann shopping almost EVERYDAY. How many frying pan’s does this woman need!! Now she is laying semi-low. They can’t so what they do is release stories in People and the various tabs to try and bury it and hope people forget the Leann is MENTAL. GOOD LUCK WITH THAT LEANN’S A LOON.
Le Ann has been gone from SoCal – land of the paps – for nearly two weeks now and Eddie wasn’t on her leash. He showed up in Vegas last week while she was in concert in Ma. for example.
The kitchen wares were bought by her girlfriend. That was clear from the photo – besides from what Deane says – Rimes cooks absolutely nothing and has no interest.
If I choose a bad husband or parent or whatever I’ll accept it as some kind of karma. Something to learn from and grow wiser about.
We can’t claim Brandi is free of karma here and if something bad happens to someone we dislike point the karma finger. Double-standards don’t really hold up.

Eddie just gave a laughable interview to US about how protective he is about his kids….Really Eddie and when might that have been, in between photo ops or cheesy comments about “false future” and “unfair fishbowls”. I don’t believe it has been 2 weeks since EC did the appearance on Regis show. A celebrity spotter, or whatever they call themselves, reported seeing EC and LeAnn at a restaurant in NYC. Does that indicate someone was touring alone? Who is right?
