My old lady irks up with these cell phones at concerts. Between people watching it through a phone and throwing phones up on stage. Or worse, at the artists gotta stop.

    Just enjoy the music!

I don’t even think that’s an old lady thing. It’s crazy to spend a concert recording videos you will never watch. You can’t bottle and save the amazing experience of seeing a favorite musician live. You just have to savor the experience and build memories to treasure.

I’d hope that the younglings would discover that after wasting even one concert behind a phone and never do it again.

I will film my favorite songs and I do rewatch the videos I’ve taken over the years. I make sure I’m off to the side and not blocking someone’s view. There’s is more than one way to enjoy a concert.

Yikes! I was about to confused Luke Bryan with Luke combs. One of them deserves to slip on a phone.

  3. Kittenmom says:

I don’t know anything about Luke Bryan as I don’t listen to country music…but his reaction to this was pretty awesome. A tantrum would have been very understandable here! But urging people to make it go viral…😹 Hat tip, sir.

    • InVain says:

Yeah, I do give him (some) credit for just responding like a normal human and sort of laughing at himself. But who in the hell are these people that just throw their phones around? I need my phone. I’m not tossing it around a concert while surrounded by thousands of total strangers.

    • BeanieBean says:

No doubt would have been a different story had he slipped a disc in his back or broken his tailbone or something.

  4. Normades says:

I do not know this guy but what a great sport. He could have seriously hurt himself. I would have been pissssed.

    • Christine says:

Same! I don’t know him from Adam, but he really handled that perfectly. I kinda love him for wanting it to go viral.

  5. bettyrose says:

HOLYCRAP! I don’t know this guy and wasn’t planning to watch the clip, but I’m glad I did. He’s hilarious. He handled that so beautifully, but he could have been really hurt. He still could have delayed back pain. I appreciate his humor but the person who endangered him needs to be held accountable. Not cool.

  6. tealily says:

Yikes! He handled that very suavely. Seems like a good sport. I hope he’s okay!
