Donald Trump ‘feels very badly’ about Andrew Windsor’s ‘tragic situation’

One of the craziest parts about everything that’s happened to and around Andrew Mountbatten Windsor in recent months is that the biggest reveals have come straight out of the US Congress’s efforts to release the Epstein Files. Because of the congressional inquiries into Jeffrey Epstein, Ghislaine Maxwell and their associates and victims, so much sh-t has come out about Andrew and Sarah Ferguson. The congressional inquiry is far-reaching and rather all-encompassing – while they would love to know all of the dirt Epstein and Maxwell had on Donald Trump, they’re looking into everything and everyone. They’ve got flight logs and some of Epstein’s financial records and all of these old email caches. Well, Donald Trump feels sort of bad that Andrew had to go straight under the bus:

Donald Trump said he felt “badly” for the Royal family after Andrew Mountbatten Windsor was stripped of his remaining titles over his links to Jeffrey Epstein.

The King also evicted his younger brother from the Royal Lodge in Windsor, with the former prince expected to relocate to a smaller property on the Sandringham estate in Norfolk.

Speaking to reporters on Air Force One, the US president said it was a “terrible” situation for the Royal family.

“I feel very badly. I mean, it’s a terrible thing that’s happened to the family,” he said. “That’s been a tragic situation, and it’s too bad. I mean, I feel badly for the family.”

Mr Trump has long faced questions about his own ties to Epstein, a convicted paedophile who killed himself in prison in 2019. He has always denied having any involvement with the New York financier, but this year questions were asked regarding his links when Elon Musk, Mr Trump’s political ally, accused the president of being in the Epstein files.

[From The Telegraph]

Remember when, in July of this year, Trump half-accidentally confirmed that Epstein and Maxwell “stole girls” who worked at Mar-a-Lago’s spa, and that Virginia Giuffre was one of those girls? It was the first time Trump tied Virginia to MAL, Epstein and Maxwell. It was the first time Trump admitted that his dear friends used his club as a hunting ground. Remember how Andrew went down to Palm Beach to party with both Epstein and Trump? Yeah. As Trump says, a tragic situation. The only thing that could ease the tragedy is the release of the full Epstein files.

I can’t help but think that Andrew is the sacrificial lamb for the whole group. I do believe Donald gave all the men immunity when Epstein died, which is why no new names have been confirmed. Andrew is one of the few men whose accuser has been public and with receipts; they have photos of her in the UK for goodness’ sake.

Andrew can’t be charged because his accuser is conveniently dead, and you can punish Andrew without actually punishing him. His new prison is a 5-bedroom mansion on a vast estate. – Poor thing.

I do feel like there are a lot of people who are being shielded by all the attention on Andrew. Do I feel bad for Andrew about that? No but I do feel like there are others that should get equal treatment. So yeah release the files and all the names. Wonder why the president won’t do that/S. I cannot believe Trump is out here having sympathy for Ghislaine and Andrew. Like seriously wtf. I hate being lectured by Trump supporters about child trafficking when this is who they voted for. It’s Twilight Zone beyond the pale type of stuff.

I doubt he gave Clinton immunity. Clinton was great about appointing women, saying the right things, and being a charming, decent guy. But he was still a rapist. And we need to accept that.

  2. Eurydice says:

Sure, and I look forward to Trump feeling very badly about his own tragic situation.

  3. Lady Digby says:

The family I feel sorry for is Virginia ‘s as they have lost a wonderful mother and sister. Andrew has lost status but Virginia lost her life. Why feel sorry for anybody but Virginia, the other trafficked girls and their families.

  4. Tn Democrat says:

He knows if a blood born prince can be taken down by the Epstein files, a presidency and political movement can also be taken DOWN by the Epstein files. RELEASE THE EPSTEIN FILES!

  5. Isabella says:

Melania looks complicit. When you appear publicly with an abuser, smiling, you make them look okay to impressionable young women, who then fall into the trap. Interesting that Telegraph puts Trump’s own involvement way down in story, Way to bury the lead. But at least it’s there.

    • sunnyside up says:

Kate was also smiling when sitting next to Trump, she must have known that Trump was connected to Epstein, yet she ‘shudders’ at living a mile away from Andrew.

  6. Jennifer Chaos says:

This revolting human has sympathy for a pedophile/predator/rapist, but no empathy for the millions of American’s who are afraid of food insecurity, losing benefits, housing costs skyrocketing? And he’s supposed to be a representative of the people??? This is beyond comprehension. I am so tired of getting up every day to a WTF feeling. Can we please go back to having representation and not greed/corruption? I know Washington has always had a bad smell and is a bit crooked, but now it’s just rotten. Lining pockets of billionaires. Just my 2 cents.

  7. aquarius64 says:

Dollar/pound bet Epstein came up a lot during the UK state visit. Trump may have told Charles and Starmer the FBI will not pursue Andrew if he can get trade deals for the US that would be personally benefical to him. He may have promissed he’ll pressure Congress not to release the Epstien files for the same deal. Trump would have the Windsors wearing his collars.

  8. Lover says:

Andrew certainly hasn’t gotten all the punishment that he deserves regarding his relationship with Epstein, but Trump has gotten absolutely no consequences with far more photographic and video evidence and out-in-the-open communications and rendezvous with both Epstein and Maxwell.
