Khloe Kardashian convinced her ex Tristan Thompson to get a vasectomy

Khloe Kardashian has a podcast, and this week’s guest was her ex and baby-father Tristan Thompson. Tristan and Khloe were absolutely chaotic when they were romantically involved. He loved to cheat on her and she loved to take him back every time he cheated. They welcomed two children together, but Tristan has several kids with other women, and at least one of those children was conceived when he was with Khloe. At some point, Tristan and Khloe’s romantic relationship ended, but he’s still pretty involved in their kids’ lives – like, he probably spends more time with True and Tatum than any of his other children. Well, on the podcast, Tristan revealed that Khloe convinced him to get a vasectomy.

Khloé Kardashian convinced her ex Tristan Thompson to get a vasectomy. The 41-year-old reality star invited her NBA star ex, 35, onto her Khloé in Wonder Land podcast on Thursday, May 28, where the former couple revealed that Thompson went under the knife at Kardashian’s request.

“Do you wanna have more kids in the future?” the Good American co-founder asked Thompson.

“I think I signed off for two embryos,” Thompson said. “So, I mean, if I do have more kids, it’d be coming from you. I already have enough baby moms. Don’t want no more.”

In addition to sharing daughter True, 8, and son Tatum, 2, with Kardashian, Thompson is also the father of son Prince, 9, with his ex Jordan Craig and son Theo, 4, with Maralee Nichols.

“And who helped you fix that decision? That was me,” Kardashian said of Thompson’s vasectomy, adding, “Tristan may have had a little ultimatum from me.”

“What? Getting neutered?” Thompson asked. “Sometimes you gotta lay them nuts on the table.” Thompson implied that he was initially against the idea, admitting, “I’ve been a little hardheaded at times … I wish I wasn’t as stubborn.” However, Thompson appeared to have come around to the idea, saying, “Sometimes you have to get forced into the right decision.”

And while he’s had the vasectomy, more kids aren’t off the table for Thompson. During the podcast interview, he revealed that he legally signed over the rights to his embryos with Kardashian.

“You signed them over to me anyway, so I legally own them,” Kardashian confirmed during the episode.

Thompson added, “No more kids, unless it’s coming from Khloé’s embryos.”

But Kardashian said that she also ensured another option for her ex and a future partner.

“We saved sperm because I said, ‘What if you get married and your wife doesn’t have kids, and you wanna do that?’ ” Kardashian explained. “So we did that. Because you could also reverse it.”

But Thompson insisted, “No. I’m not, no. I’m not laying down on that table again.”

I mean… I wish more men simply got vasectomies, in general. Especially after they’ve had multiple kids with multiple women. It was smart for Khloe to convince him to get a vasectomy, especially if he truly doesn’t want any more Thompson kids running around. It’s interesting that she got him to sign away his rights to the embryos too. Would Khloe have another kid with him? I wouldn’t put it past her.

On the pod, Khloe also asked him what he’ll say to True and Tatum if and when they ask him about his infidelities and what he put Khloe through. Tristan said, in part: “I’ve definitely thought about that… Like you said, it’s not about if, it’s when. I think it just depends on which age we have this conversation. When I have this conversation with the kids, I think it’s just more leading by just being accountable and [it] depends on the age bracket of wherever they were at, then dive into it, how I see fit… The most important thing is that, you know, accountability, how much I, you know, love Mommy and go from there.”

  1. Yup, Me says:

True looks like Tristan and Tatum looks like Khloe. I hope Khloe can learn to love her old face (on her child) and not pass on the trauma and harm Kris gave her.

  2. Right says:

Oh, so he can now cheat without leaving any physical evidence such as a little human being. Good to know 🤨.

  3. gaffney says:

She’s thinking of his possible future wife and I love that (he needs to stop though). I don’t watch anymore but when I did, Khloe was my fav.

  4. CatGotMyTongue says:

Those are some very adorable kids!

I got my tubes tied years ago. My then husband actually offered to get snipped, because it’s quite a bit simpler, but I wanted it for me. To not get pregnant, no matter what happened.

I think it’s a smart decision regardless of gender. Unless you actually want babies, it’s pretty simple to ensure you won’t get them.

  5. Megan says:

What is Khloe going to say when the kids ask her why she stayed with a man who cheated on her constantly?

  6. Peggy says:

And what is Khloe going to say to the children when they ask about her cosmetic procedures?
