These are just some random photos of the kids from Twilight and Vampire Diaries at the Teen Choice Awards. We wanted to post some more photos without doing individual posts for everyone.
First off we have Twilight’s Nikki Reed in an Etro maxi dress with a Ferragamo clutch. I love her loose hair with the braid around the hairline, her soft makeup and her complimentary accessories, if it’s possible to compliment that dress at all. The gold cuff is awesome. That dress looks like a tablecloth and would be out of place at a dressy Sunday brunch. It’s not a cute look for her. She’s gorgeous and could rock so many different styles so this is a shame.
Next is Nikki’s beady-eyed narcissist co-star, Kellan Lutz, looking like a substitute teacher who will kick your ass after school for looking at him funny. Lutz paired a button down shirt and tie with a cardigan, jeans and jaunty rope bracelets. He hilariously rolled his sleeves halfway up his arms and strategically left the bottom of his cardigan unbuttoned to show off his matching blue belt. Points to Lutzy for bringing his little brother Tanner along with him – and then demonstrating how he treats him at home.
Also from Twilight, Ashley Greene was rather demure in a black and white Givenchy dress with Neil Lane jewelry. I love her thick strappy shoes, which would have looked out of place on a busy print dress or if she were wearing too much jewelry. The dress seems too plain and isn’t particularly flattering, which is a shame because she’s hot. I like her straight hair and her dark but not overdone makeup.
Rounding out the Twilight people (R-Patts didn’t walk the blue carpet and K-Stew didn’t come, boo!) there was Taylor Lautner in an All Saints Replica Leather jacket that looked like someone balled it up wet before letting it dry in the sun. His hair looks kind of goofy to me like that, but maybe he has it in that weird cut for a role.
The Vampire Diaries’ Nina Dobrev was totally adorable in a blue and white gingham Dolce & Gabbana dress with matching blue Ferragamo heels. Her look was one of my favorites.
Nina’s costar and boyfriend, Ian Somerhalder, was gorgeous in a simple gray t-shirt and jeans accessorized with messy hair, scruff, open boots and his trademark smirk. Ian testified before Congress on biodiversity last week if you missed it. I just love him. Ian won for “Choice TV Actor: Fantasy/Sci-Fi.”
Katerina Graham of the Vampire Diaries was overdressed and ridiculous in what I can only assume is Alexander McQueen, but that’s hard to confirm because everyone jacks the late designer’s style. It could be Stella McCartney or anyone really. The dress might have been ok without the pointy Star Trek shoulder pads and the trailing fringe. Katerina won for “Choice TV: Female Scene Stealer.” She consistently gets her style wrong.
And finally we have the very lovely Paul Wesley looking a little too thin for my tastes. He needs to gain 10-15 pounds to regain the hotness. That jean shirt isn’t doing it for me, but I’ll overlook it.

RPattz was there too, he won & went up on stage, he just didn’t do the red/blue carpet whatevs 😉 Also, the Ian dude is SO freaking annoying with his half-mouthed smirk I can’t even begin to describe how annoyed I am. So there, better now 🙂

Nikki Reed looks so much prettier there than she ever did in the twilight movies. Her styling is great although her dress looks to hippyish to me.
Ashley Green’s dress is strange in the waist/butt area, not flattering to her figure.
Kellen Lutz still looks like a serial killer. Too bad all the Kardashian girls are taken. He and Scott Disick in the same show would be hysterical
Katerina Graham is wearing Paris’ trademark “hair over one eye” to distract from her wonk.
I’ve never seen Katerina before – she’s pretty but what’s going on under the hair there? It seems too strategically placed to be accidental.
Also why is she dressed like an interplanetary hostess?
Paul Wesley is way hotter than Smirky McSquinty.
Nina’s dress is too twee, but she is so fresh faced and lovely.
Nikki is a pretty girl but is always a fashion hot mess-why channel Mrs. Roper?
Ashley’s dress is dumpy, but who cares with that face and those boobs?
kellan looks attractive actually, and taylor looks like John Redcorn’s bastard son on “King of the Hill”, Joseph Gribble.
God I hate Ashley Greene.

just some stories I heard from the twilight set (don’t ask me where my sources came from cuz then I’d have to kill you) but Ashley Greene was the major slut on set. Once the first movie took off she thought she was hot shit.
And they also say that Kellan Lutz is a closet gay that used that chick he dated as a cover up.
Oh wow, I just realized that I thought Nikki Reed and Ashley Greene were the same person.
I agree with Paul Wesley needing 15 pounds. I haven’t been watching VD that long but it seems he really goes up and down, right? He is lovely at any size but so manly and sexy a little bigger.
I don’t blame anyone for thinking Ian and his smirk are grating, but I am so in lust over that man that I overlook everything.

Nina is the cutest thing ever. I love that dress on her. Paul TOTALLY needs to gain some weight. He’s super, super skinny.

@in the know-SHE TOTALLLLLY is! I worked on a movie in Shreveport with her, and she hooked up with like 3 different guys! She also hooked up with one of them in the restaurant (bathroom) he and I worked at when she came in one time to “eat.”

@cmc Maybe it’s not the healthy sexual appetite that’s disgusting but the fact of seemingly indiscriminate selection when it comes to hooking up. Seriously, does anyone honestly think random, serial hookups are a good thing? People should have more respect for themselves and their health, male or female.
oh gosh….here comes the morality police about hooking up! if you had to sit and contemplate about your hookup and then decide if they are hookup worthy, then its not really a hookup is it? Shes beautiful, rich, young, and famous…good for her!

@cmc-Having a sexual appetite is fine. In fact, I really REALLY like having sex-with my husband. She’s young and beautiful, but YOU, my dear, used the term “slut shaming.” I never called her a slut, just called her out on sleeping with lots of people at once; including, but not limited to, a restaurant bathroom hookup. I think all of us will agree that is a NASTY venue of choice. She was not discerning about her choices of men either. I will say this about her, though. The little girls that accosted her (post bathroom coitus) for autographs and pictures? She was totally nice to them, gave them tons of attention.
