Lindsay Lohan treated by paramedics after she was found unresponsive, she’s ok

Lindsay Lohan
It seems like there are multiple stories every day about Lindsay Lohan’s delusions, lies, and the very dangerous scrapes she’s been getting into. As terrible as it is to say, I was just thinking this morning that she might overdose soon. I know that sounds awful, and I in no way wish for it to happen, but a lot of people have her on death watch. The more serious problems she has, the more you wonder if she’s going to have a fatal one soon.

So we just heard that paramedics were called to Lohan’s room at the Ritz Carlton in Marina del Rey at around 10am this morning. Apparently “someone found her unresponsive,” according to TMZ, and called 911. She wasn’t hospitalized, and her people are using the old standby excuse for all celebrity drug issues: “exhaustion” and “dehydration.” They’re also explaining that she was either filming from 7pm to 8am that day or for 2 days straight, depending on which outlet they told the story to. Like every catastrophe Lohan gets into, other key details about the story have changed over time, including who found her and how this came about.

I think TMZ has the most complete “official” side of the story, so I’ll quote them for now. Even TMZ, which is firmly team Lohan, admits that their story has changed on who called 911. (Note their update, which suddenly involves Lindsay asking for help prior to this. Her rep’s statement never included this important detail.) E! has yet another “official” version, or maybe they have a quote from her camp along with a source at the hotel. Either way, the story is of course different from the version they’re selling to TMZ and People. Here’s TMZ’s:

Paramedics rushed to Lindsay Lohan early today after she was found non-responsive at a hotel by the ocean in L.A.

Sources tell TMZ … Lindsay had been shooting almost non-stop without sleep for 2 days and was staying at the Ritz Carlton Hotel in Marina del Rey to get some shut eye. She has been shooting parts of her movie near the hotel.

We’re told someone became alarmed because they could not wake her up and the person called 911.

Paramedics responded, and determined nothing was wrong with Lindsay. They left without transporting her to the hospital.

Lindsay is back on set shooting her Lifetime movie, “Liz and Dick.”

As far as we know, Lindsay did not go to the hospital herself.

Update: We have more specifics. We’re told Lindsay wasn’t feeling well after complaining of exhaustion, she called someone from the “Liz and Dick” production team early this morning, and the team sent a private doctor to check on her. Before arriving, the doctor called the hotel and asked someone to check on Lindsay. Someone from the hotel went to her door, “checked on her” and determined she was “unresponsive.” The hotel then called 911.

Lindsay’s rep says it was someone from the production team who called 911.

[From TMZ]

People Magazine has Lindsay’s overworked rep’s statement on the matter. Steve Honig said:

She was on set last night at 7 p.m. and worked through the night until 8 a.m. this morning. She took a nap before shooting her final scene. Producers were concerned when she did not come out of her room and called paramedics as a precaution.

Lindsay was examined and is fine, but did suffer some exhaustion and dehydration.

She is resting now and is hoping to be back on set later this afternoon.”

The thing about how this was Lindsay’s final scene to shoot, do you think that it became her “final scene” after they had this drama with her? I mean, it doesn’t seem like she’s been on set long at all. She totaled a car last week and now she’s treated for “exhaustion” and all of a sudden she’s shooting her “final scene.” I’m thinking this comeback is going to be short-lived for her. Unless she gets the addiction treatment she so obviously needs. Not that it will work at all given how many times she’s been in rehab, and I don’t think any of them were willingly.

    Define ‘ok’.

  2. bns says:

This asshole. Why would anyone hire her? She’s fked up so much and someone is still willing to give her a chance and she’s fking it up again. I watched Mean Girls the other day and was reminded that she used to be charismatic and somewhat talented and now look at her.

    Go away.

    • marie says:

agreed.. This girl continues to shit on and piss away every opportunity given to her. she will never learn nor will she ever change..she is an addict and will continue to be one until she winds up dead..it’s gone from being entertaining to extremely sad..

    • Frenchie says:

I don’t think people in the industry want to give her a chance but want to use her sort of fame and attraction people have for her even if it’s morbidious

  3. Tiffany says:

    Lainey has a great analysis.

LL wanted to take a “sick day” and have a long weekend. The production company sent a doctor to check her out, but when he tried to call ahead of time she didn’t answer the phone or door. She essentially got caught playing hookey to work!

    • deep says:

I don’t think so. I think she was drinking and drugging. And, I believe they couldn’t wake her up. May God bless her and put someone in her life that will get her the help she needs before she kills herself or someone else.

      • LahdidahBaby says:

+1. Good post. Sure she’s a hot mess, but people need to stop dancing on her grave when she’s still (sort of) alive. Yeah she’s spoiled and f*ucked up, yeah she’s a liar and a user and I wouldn’t drink out of her cup or sit on a toiletseat after her, but look at the parents she was given to learn her life example from! I don’t like her at all, but I really hate the bully cult of glee and ridicule that publicly tries to torment this addict over the edge so they can sit on their fat do-nothing asses in front of the tube afterwards for a month or so to watch the cable freak shows analyze Why Lindsay Died So Young.

      • LeeLoo says:

This whole incident screams of someone who was high on heroin or some sort of opioid. The unresponsive sleeping/nodding off is very typical of those who use heroin. If they had left her alone she may have gone into respitory failure.

      • LAK says:

@ladida – do you know who was given terrible parents, Drew Barrymore. She had the sense to remove herself from that situation at 15.

Should we discuss Courtney Love and her daughter Frances Bean?

      • StopKiddingYourself says:

Thank you for saying this. And well said.

      • LadidahBaby says:

@LAK – I hear ya, but genetics plays a huge part in this stuff. I have two kids, both raised exactly the same. My son’s father is an alcoholic and so are both of my son’s paternal grandparents. My daughter is adopted. My son has had problems with alcohol and drugs since his early teens; my daughter is an honor student with no such issues. Add to that the child-star syndrome–all the addicts, suicides, and overdoses we’ve all seen among child stars who were the primary support of their loser parents, and she’s never had a level playing field. But beyond the
whole question of nature vs nurture, I’m just saying Okay, Lindsay is a major fuck-up and she bears responsibility for her own actions–but she’s
Gonna end up dead in some hotel room ir on the road one of these days–and she might well take some innocent third party with her–so this Lord of the Flies mentality kind of sucks. We’re not a bunch of toothless ignoramuses in a remote village throwing stones at a fallen woman, are we? Why add to the problem by screaming “JUMP!” at someone on a bridge? That’s pretty much what some of these posts are doing by wishing her dead, calling her names, etc.

      • bluhare says:

Count me in on the genetics train. Although, LAK, it certainly seems that Frances has a much better head on her shoulders than her mother and, arguably, her father. I cannot imagine being raised by Courtney Love or Jade Barrymore or whatever her name is.

Drew, especially, is lucky to be alive.

    • ya says:

I don’t believe that either and agree that she was likely abusing drugs or alcohol… With her history, why would anyone release a story that she was found unresponsive as an excuse? She wants to portray herself as being healthy and clean right now.

    • Bodhi says:

I don’t know why anyone would trust a Lainey “analysis”. She is totally full of shit

  4. Maguita says:

Next up, the producer on the show will write her an open letter about her irresponsible behavior, that had cost them outrageous amounts of lost dollars everyday production was halted, because of her late-night partying…

Déjà-Vu. Lather, rinse, repeat. The idiots are the ones who keep hiring her expecting a change in her habitual behavior.

    • NerdMomma says:

So very true. This is what they get for giving her a fifty-seventh chance.

And this is the thanks she gives everybody who is still “rooting” for her.

    • OriginalTiffany says:

Wha? Did you say Georgia Rule? 🙂

Another day…the sky is blue and Screeee! has more issues.

Oh, and Belle, help me out with the Jezzie thing. So lost over there. How do I find people? Why does it want to log me in with my real name? Gawker, you hate me!

  5. bluhare says:

Wow. This woman is seriously, seriously sick.

    • deep says:

Agree! Words fail me. I will never understand why her mother doesn’t step in, like Britney’s dad did and get her adult child some sort of help. They are all delusional in thinking that Lindsey is a functioning human being. She needs help..plain and simple. Why are they standing by and letting this young adult kill herself without even trying to get her the help she needs is beyond me. She’s a walking time bomb. I wish her no ill will. My wish is that she is taken out of the limelight and put into long term treatment.

      • the original bellaluna says:

deep – Her family’s been using her as their primary source of income since her “Gerber Baby” commercial. They’re not LIKE US. They don’t give a good God damn that she’s flaming out faster than a bottle rocket.

Why do you think Ali and Cody are next up on the roster?

Mort – that’s about 30 min from now – I’ll try to be there!

      • deep says:

@ original bell…I just find it all so sad. And, you are right about Ali, she looks like walking death. don’t know much about Cody. But, LILO couldn’t be making and hasn’t been making big money for a while. At least not re movies. so, how could she still be their meal ticket? I personally don’t think LILO has much money at this point. If she did, why would she be doing a low budget lifetime movie? Which I don’t think will ever come out.

      • Janet says:

        What Bella said.

      • LAK says:

@deep – one of her recent court cases, her lawyer said that she is the family source of income. I can’t remember the details of which date but it was as recent as last year.

And in case you’ve missed it, she has been making money in other ways eg pap pics, magazine shoots, playboy, that ad thing in Italy, plus other types of income probably paid in cash or goods in kind but which certainly had one gentleman’s wife riled up and Lindsay had to vacate the nice hotel room when wifey flew into town from india.

Jezebel really wants me logged in as ME. My stupid twitter (never used it) has my old home email and won’t let me use my current on, so I had to sign in there using FB. So weird.

I’m pretty sure it’s good though. Time for hubby to get home, off for tonight. He’s still not home, the joys of carpooling back after the show.

Have a good weekend guys. Bells call or write if you need, no worries! Everyone has work and school tomorrow and I just have beach/friend time.

Maybe there will be another Blohan incident by Monday at this rate! To stay on track and all. Damn, I spoke too soon. Here you go.

Co-sign. Well said, Deep. This is not entertainment, ffs, it’s a f*ed up human being still in her 20s, for chrissakes, killing herself right before our eyes. So howTF is calling her names and screaming ridicule at her supposed to help?

      • Elizabeth says:

Britney’s dad Jamie is a recovering alcoholic whose behaviour almost destroyed his family and marriage. He understands when a person is out of control because he was that person before. Lindsay has no one in her family who is healthy enough to help her. Pretty sad.

  6. Anais says:

I read somewhere recently that it only takes like two weeks to shoot a Lifetime movie (let’s face it, they aren’t exactly sophisticated) so maybe it actually was the final scene. Sad that she couldn’t even hold it together for two weeks, though.

    • deep says:

I’m starting to feel like this film will never see the light of day. I bet when it is all said and done, they will watch it and see that it’s not fit for human consumption.

      • KardASSian Butt ~formerly known as ZenB!tch says:

It will see the light of day – they need the viewers and we all know that people who aren’t regular Lifetime viewers will tune in.

You’re a jezzie? I’m an io9er. Used to to be a gawkerite too till Denton killed it w this new system. I suppose it’s just a matter of time till he implants it on all the gm sites….

      • OriginalTiffany says:

        BlohancrackroachscreeCraken.
She has earned quite a name. Did I forget unrepentant addict, whore, liar and delusion drinker?

Did Gawker just take over? Is that why it is so different?

      • the original bellaluna says:

Oh Becky, I hope not. io9 HATES me. I’m NEVER allowed to comment there, but I’m just fine on Jezzie & usually on Gawker.

  9. Chris says:

Wow. The hatred towards Lilo on this site is more toxic than anything she’s ever taken.

    • LeeLoo says:

It’s not hatred, it’s exasperation. She’s had soooo many chances when we all know damn well that there are so many other young and budding actresses that deserve a chance more than she does. She’s ruined her looks, she has a bad attitude towards others and is just all around mean and spiteful. It’s exasperating to the point of inciting anger at the amount of chances she has gotten.

      • Annie says:

This exactly. She’s been given more chances than I can ever remember any actor in Hollywood getting, yet she’s a horrible, undeserving person – arrogant, delusional, at least borderline sociopath, no work ethic, wouldn’t know truth if it slapped her in the face and lets her most important asset in Hollywood – her looks – get completely ruined as if she couldn’t care less. She expect just to be able to party 24/7, let her looks go to seed, mess everyone about, act like an utter douche to everyone and STILL get parts rolling in – because she’s Lindsay Lohan, now move that cone. As I’ve said here before, I certainly don’t dislike her because of her drug and alcohol problems alone, those things are just like the mouldy frosting on Lindsay’s cake of nasty.

Just think about all the pretty, competent young up and comming actresses who would have loved a little role like in Liz and Dick as an opportunity to get their foot in the industry door. Unfortunately I believe it’s in part Lindsay’s delusional pseudo-self confidence that keeps landing her these undeserved breaks – which just contributes to her problems like a vicious cycle.

    • the original bellaluna says:

Bullshit. She’s taken so many substances over so many years that the only thing toxic to her is a lack of attention.

      • Chris says:

So are you angry at her behaviour or are you angry at her for taking drugs? There’re plenty of people who cause harm to others who don’t take drugs and there’re plenty of people who do take drugs and don’t hurt anybody. Taking drugs in and of itself isn’t a reason to heap scorn on someone.

      • the original bellaluna says:

Chris, I’m angry at her for her BLATANT DISREGARD for LIFE. If she wants to kill herself, that’s fine; it’s her choice. But the fact that she CONSISTENTLY and CARELESSLY puts OTHERS’ LIVES AT RISK IS INTOLERABLE. (I’m not shouting here, I’m emphasizing.)

      • WillyNilly says:

I don’t know what I liked best about this comment. The fact that it is so incredibly true or the comedic timing. Two thumbs way up.

      • Chris says:

@the original bellaluna: OK. As long we agree that it’s ok for people to take drugs if they’re not hurting anyone else. What I’ve noticed on this site and indeed society in general is that if people mess up they get criticised but if a known drug user messes up people think that they have carte blanche to say whatever they like about them no matter how dehumanizing the comments.

      • the original bellaluna says:

        Thanks, willynilly! 😀

      • the original bellaluna says:

Chris – Yeah; smoke that weed; take that X; do your thing. But do it AT HOME and don’t FREAKIN’ DRIVE!

If she hit one of my loved ones, she wouldn’t walk away unscathed. And I MEAN that. Clip my baby in a stroller in a crosswalk? Bitch, you’d BETTER drive off! Crash into my husband (who HAS a commercial license) and then trash him? Bitch, you’d BETTER hide!

I don’t give a good God damn if she hurts/kills herself. She’s been trying for years and frankly, she’s a waste of human (semi-human?) skin.

      • Chris says:

        “semi-human?”

        Human.

    • deep says:

I don’t hate her at all. I feel like she is a very sick person that needs treatment badly. And, I also feel like the people closet to her refuse to recognize just how ill she is and aren’t getting her the help she needs. I’m worried for her. It’s no joke..one only has to look at her and see that she is mentally and physically ill. I feel sorry for her.

      • jess says:

I dont like her but I do feel sorry for her. I agree that no one around her cares enough to get her the help she needs. Her mom is the worst.

      • Shady says:

You know what? I feel sorry that she’s an addict. I feel sorry that she is so self centered that all she thinks of is herself. I’m tired of hearing about how bad her parents are. Get over it. She made the decision to take the drugs. She made the decision to drink liquor. I grew up without a father, but I made the decision not to partake the drugs. You sit there and blame it on her parents, but at what age do you actually take responsibility for your own decisions you spoiled children?

    • Tiffany says:

She hasn’t given anyone a reason to support her. And I completely disagree with your “toxic” comment. She has put other people’s lives in danger so many times, she is the one who is toxic.

Are you out there giving support to the dump truck driver that she hit? The two people that she hijacked while endangering others in a high speed chase through red lights? The store owner she stole from? What about the baby carriage that she hit in a cross walk? The multiple women she has assaulted in clubs? The list of her victims has gone on and on and on.

      • deep says:

@Tiffany Agree! The only support Lindsey needs at this point is moral support. And, by that I mean HER MOTHER getting her into treatment and helping her to get to a point to where she can have some sort of life. And, I think she is too far gone mentally to ever work in the industry again. She just needs to go away and get better. That’s the only support she needs! IMO

      • LAK says:

@deep – her mother is one her biggest enablers. The stories of how she picked her up from rehab only to go to a bar to celebrate together are infamous.

Also, her mother is in deep, deep denial. She was telling Matt Lauer that her daughter had no drug issues nor was a law breaker even as Lindsay was being sent to jail and the doctors in jail/rehab were confirming her drug issues

        Dinah Lohan has no shame.

I am sure we all started where you are now, hoping she could find help but without sounding callous, it is pretty clear that Lindsay doesn’t deserve our pity nor does she think she needs help and is hell on wheels for people around her.

      • Janet says:

@deep: ROTFL!! Her mother?! This is the woman who said her daughter doesn’t have a drug problem, she only goes to rehab to hang out with her friends.

      • marie says:

@ deep.. her mother needs to but she never will. her denial is as bad as Lindsay’s.. her parents are pathetic..

      • deep says:

@Janet…LMAO at myself!! You are right. And, after I posted my comment I was thinking to myself..I said “self..no wait a minute..this is a mother who used to go to bars and drink with her 15 year old daughter! She’s for sure not going to help her!” Dina is probably in need of some serious drug/alcohol counseling herself. Thanks for clearing that up. Ha! 🙂

    • KardASSian Butt ~formerly known as ZenB!tch says:

It’s definitely exasperation. If you look back a few years ago a lot of us used to feel sorry for her.

I’m starting to feel sorry for her again – same reason basic reason as before – she is the spawn of Michael and Dina Lohan.

However, before it was that I thought growing up Lohan caused a lot of her issues.

Now I’m sick and tired of her being coddled by the system and her hangers on but I feel sorry that there is no one close to her to step up and take responsibility for her.

She is obviously in the same or even worse shape than Britney but no one cares or no one is capable enough to do something about her.

      • ya says:

Well she is being enabled and exploited by her hangers on – they are profiting off of her. It’s going to be impossible for her to address her addictions while that is continuing.

      • Lady D says:

@KardASSian Butt, Do you mind if I ask you why you changed your moniker? I thought ZenBitch was a pretty cool name.

      • bluhare says:

Yeah, ex-Zen B!tch, I liked your old name too!!

    • duncecap says:

she’s taken substances and she’s hurt people. And when she does she blames others. Pretty vile. I think people are more than justified in being tired of all her bs.

      • Amelia says:

I think for once she needs to face the music for all the things she’s done, and by that I mean a proper prison sentence. It got RDJr on the straight and narrow. Who knows, maybe it will for the Cracken. It’s probably unlikely though with the parents she has. They’ll probably just get her a ghost writer to write about how she was unfairly imprisoned -_-

      • deep says:

@duncecap..that’s what addicts do. Nothing is ever their fault. They always blame others. Until she gets treatment..that attitude will continue. Lie, cheat, steel…they don’t care.

    • Quinn says:

      Get over thyself.

  10. LeeLoo says:

I doubt she will do that Canyons movie. She’s caused too many problems for these Lifetime folks.

But I would not be surprised if this was her final scene. I mean it is a Lifetime movie after all. I doubt they take very long to shoot. But even if it isn’t. She’s probably done all of the principal shooting so they can just get a stand-in to do any final touches. I really get the sensation LiLo was a pain to work with and I get the feeling she was so much trouble and gave the insurance for the film so much grief that she is now essentially uninsurable.

@Kaiser I don’t wish death on anyone either but at the same time when I look at Lindsay all I see is a wounded animal going through life. Sometimes, no matter how many times you try to heal that wounded animal, they are still suffering and eventually that suffering has to end whether that suffering ends sooner or later. It’s sometimes sad to see suffering go on for so long (see: Courtney Love). Take that as you will.

    • KardASSian Butt ~formerly known as ZenB!tch says:

For her sake I hope she doesn’t do that Canyon sh!t.

She doesn’t need that on her resume and she doesn’t need the likes of Bret Easton Ellis in her life.

    • erika says:

as odd as it sounds that’s a very interesting take….she is obviously in severe emotional pain, addictive/addict pain and pain from having no on in her life who TRULY loves and cares for her…no one!

don’t we all here have at least ONE ambassador on our side? One!!!

it’s her choice though, unlike a helpless animal, she has a choice to live and not ‘euthanize’ herself with drugs, alcohol, etc.,

it is truly all up to her, if she wants to live or not, BUT it might help if she had at least one stable, sober, non-egomaniacal, money grabbing, whore/whoreman.

    • Courtney says:

LeeLoo, it was interesting what you said about her being a wounded animal- I definitely see your point. She has been given countless chances and just doesn’t GET it. There’s no way that she is unaware of the opinions of her and the help that she needs, but she doesn’t and hasn’t taken the genuine steps to get better. I feel like all the attempts at rehab and whatnot were complete bull in order to help her image. She doesn’t seem to feel remorse for any of her actions or want to get better. Who knows what it would take to give her a wake up call.

      • Lady D says:

She used rehab to stay out of jail. What she needs is a lockdown rehab. The kind where you don’t get internet, phones, family visits until you put in the work counsellors require of you. I know there are places like that where the first 3 months are all counselling with no outside interruptions. You don’t put in the work, you get punished with another 3 months until you do. I wish the judge would have sent her to one of those places.

  11. Ailine says:

I agree with Lainey too. How hard is it to shoot a movie. Celebrities are always complaining about waiting around set. She could have taken plenty of naps. And even of they did shoot two days with long hours, so what? She’s 25 not 85. Plenty of non celebrities have been sleep deprived for two days (including new mothers) and they don’t need doctors and paramedics. This girl is so so lame and up her own butt. Her ego is way way way too big. That’s why she has all of the problems she has. What a loser.

    • janie says:

Seriously. My boyfriend is 21 (only 4 years younger than her, jeez) and he works in the film industry. His days typically range from 10 to 14 hours, and he’s always manages to make it to work the next day. He recently did the 48 hour film festival and literally did not stop working for two days straight.

I asked him how he does it and he responded “When you really love and enjoy what you’re doing, you’re willing to put in that extra effort.”

Clearly, Lindsay just doesn’t care anymore. She just wants crack money.

      • bettyrose says:

Don’t we all ultimately end up working 14 hour days when you throw in commuting, cooking, cleaning, errands…

      • deep says:

@bettyrose…exactly! And, not once has my husband not been able to wake me up. I wake up on my own thank you very much. And, I have never had to go to hospital or has anyone ever had to call 911 because I was just so tired and forgot to drink my water. PLEASE! She was drunk/ drugging. That’s why she wouldn’t wake up. And, I’d bet I along with most people do a lot more work than she has ever done!!

      • Polkasox says:

I’m a nurse and regularly work 12-16 hour shifts. You’re tired at the end, but no way am I dehydrated and unresponsive. Do they really expect the public to believe this BS? Us regular working joes actually work these type of hours. Duh.

      • TheOriginalTiffany says:

Totally. When I was working in hospital, it was 12 hour shifts, so etimes more, plus two weeks a month of 24 hour on call.

I never collapsed due to exhaustion and dehydration. It’s just what the publicists call ODing.

    • sister says:

Lainey’s a c u next Tuesday. Yes linds is an adult and needs to take responsibility, but I think she is circling the drain at this point. You don’t call paramedics for a nap. It’s bad and she is going the way of Winehouse. Hope I’m wrong.

  12. Penguin says:

Exhaustion & dehydration = drunk & strung out. I’ve been a Registered nurse for nearly 9 yrs now & I’ve never heard of any1 admitted to casualty for exhaustion. Must be 1 of those illnesses that only celebrities get.

    • Penguin says:

Sorry I’ll take that back. I remember when we treated a young girl for exhaustion once, after she ran a 26 1/2 mile marathon.

      • cmc says:

This is so irrelevant it’s not even funny, but a marathon is 26.2 miles.

        /obsessed marathoner

    • Jay says:

Not exhaustion, but both I and my son have been admitted to emergency for dehydration in our lives (not at the same time). In his case, it was post-fever and he was passing out every 30 min over a 4 hour period. I’d told him to drink lots of fluids, but in his fever-deluded state he only imagined he had been drinking any water.

Not that I believe this excuse. I’m in the entertainment industry, and I keep long hours. I’ve worked 72 hours without sleep. I’ve never had to go the hospital for it, nor have any of my coworkers. The thing about exhaustion is it’s not a mystery why you’re feeling off and it isn’t like it sneaks up on you. You feel it building up. This is supposedly why they have a trailer nearby, I imagine, to catnap.

      • Emily says:

Yeah, I’ve been dehydrated in the past (food poisoning), and the doctor stuck me on a cot and put me on an saline IV. They kept me there until my heart rate was back to normal. If Lindsay were actually dehydrated, I think they’d have taken her to the hospital, because dehydration is extremely serious.

      • the original bellaluna says:

I was actually hospitalised for a week whilst pregnant with my daughter (morning sickness from 4 a.m. – midnight). I lost 17 lbs in 3 days and my body temp was 92 degrees. I was on fluids and electrolytes (DAMMIT, DOES POTASSIUM EVER BURN!!), covered in heated blankets the entire time. And it took 3 visits to the ER within 48 hours to finally get admitted.

        THAT’S dehydration, my friends!

      • Penguin says:

I was talking about exhaustion not dehydration. I’m aware that dehydration is very serious & I’m not making light of people who’ve suffered with it. Also I know that a marathon is 26.2 miles not 26 1/2 miles as I’ve run several myself. It’s just easier putting it in thoses terms when your trying to explain to the average layperson.

      • Emily says:

I think we were agreeing with you, Penguin. (At least I was.) Namely that in this case, “dehydrated” does not actually mean “dehydrated” in the emergency medical go to the hospital sense. Maybe in the hungover sense, where you need orange juice, not an IV :P.

    • Djinn says:

I work in a public mental health, all of the clinicians do double shifts often enough, sometimes triple shifts. If they can manage people’s florid psychosis for 16+ hours on a regular basis then I’m sure playing pretend for 13 can’t be that taxing.

  13. The real jenny says:

She worked 11 hours and suffered exhaustion? I work 11 hours everyday and have managed it ok.

    • GeekLuva says:

Exactly! For over a year I worked 2 jobs totalling about 60-65 hours a week, some days were for 16 hours. Sometimes I didn’t get a meal break… but you know her assistant takes care of her every want & need and yet they wanna claim exhaustion & dehydration? Please.

      • the original bellaluna says:

Seriously. With my ex (a lay-about), I worked from 8-5 during the day and 7-7 at night.

    • brasileira says:

EXACTLY! How many of us do that, for a way smaller pay check and…. end up ok and not being excused for so many screw ups?!

  14. ellie66 says:

Wow she just keeps toping herself with more tom-f**kery! I wonder though when she really does overdose or gets into a really bad car accident what people will say about her? Will people have sympathy or blame mean old Hollywood makes u wonder because it really is a matter of time look at Whitney Houston taking a bath and boom! she dead in the tub!

    • deep says:

Of course people will have sympathy if LILO kills herself. I would have sympathy for her myself. I already do. I think it is pitiful to see anybody waste their life away with drugs and alcohol. It’s kinda sad. I personally don’t think she is a great actress. I thought she was a cute kid actress. But, she hasn’t really done anything note worthy to warrant me thinking she is a great actress. I wish her no ill will. I think she is a young woman in need of help and there’s nobody around that cares enough about her to remove her from the situation and get her help.

  15. hayley says:

the only tragedy here is that when she dies, all the tabloids will cry over how immensely talented she was and how she had such a great gift, which is far from the truth. sorry, I have no sympathy for her. she obviously doesn’t want help.

  16. Just U says:

Wow!! a couple of days work and she’s in hospital!!
Imagine if she, say, had 2 kids, no money, bills, a house she’s struggling to pay for, a sh*tty ex who just likes to make thing awkward, 2 jobs that are both full time etc etc…
I know it must be difficult to put on a wig and dress up like a movie star… Oh wait! it’s not!

  17. I work full time and look after 2 children, Im permanently exhausted, maybe I should call out the paramedics!

  18. Jennika says:

I forgot which poster brought it up, I think it was from Dlisted, but it said that its going to really suck when she dies because it will be non-stop media coverage about how we lost “such a talented but troubled young woman” barf. She’s not talented, shes a spoiled brat

    • deep says:

I don’t think she’s a spoiled brat..I think she is mentally ill due to drug/alcohol abuse. She has fried her brain and IMO has done permanent damage to her brain. And, she will never be “normal” again. Yes, she did it to herself. And, no, her parents aren’t doing anything at all to help her. But, ill is ill. And, that’s what Lindsey is….. a very, very sick person

      • the original bellaluna says:

deep, She was in the UCLA mental facility, and there was NO diagnosis. I agree her brain is fried and pickled from too many years of drug and alcohol abuse, but she’s NOT mentally ill.

(I say this with some experience, due to my MIL and sister.)

      • deep says:

@original bell…addiction is a form of mental illness. If LILO was in a right state of mind she wouldn’t go out looking like she does. LMAO! Anybody that walks out the door looking like that has to be sick in da head!! Ha! 🙂 Those lips…that tan…those brows…THAT busted weave!! Need I go on? Ha!

  19. Veronica says:

Of course she was up for two days or all night shooting, the question is just what was she shooting? Cocaine? Heroin? Meth?

    • the original bellaluna says:

Coke, meth, painkillers, and booze. Some people actually get an “energy buzz” from painkillers and can’t sleep.

Her little “dump-truck tango” likely got her an RX for some nice strong painkillers. Crackie is nothing if not resourceful.

  20. Vesper says:

Lindsay appears to be a late stage addict so, yes, if she doesn’t get the proper help she needs she will die soon. She hasn’t hit rock bottom yet. Rock bottom is different for everyone, and for some it is death.

A common misperception is that addicts go to rehab and are either “successful” or they relapse and are unsuccessful thus not really trying. Research in addictions over the last 15-20 years indicates that relapse is common for addicts, and many will struggle and relapse for the rest of their lives, particularly if crack is involved. It doesn’t mean they aren’t trying.

As for Lindsay, her mother should be ashamed. She is a major enabler and she is the one person who could save Lindsay’s life. Lindsay needs constant 24/7 supervision from her mother until she gets into long term residential treatment (1 year+). Unfortunately, her mother is too narcisstic to realize that without her intervention her daughter will die.

    • twoblues says:

Yes, her mother should be ashamed. I wouldn’t be able to look myself in the mirror, but I don’t owe my living to my children.

    • deep says:

@Vesper..agree 100% I couldn’t sleep at night if I had an addict child that I wasn’t trying to help. Hey, I know people who do have addict adult children and it’s not easy..but, the least they could do is face it that Lindsey is sick and then deal with it properly! Denial isn’t going to solve anything..Dina needs to own it and help her kid! And, stop with the Ali too!!

    • Well said Vesper, quite right. At this point, the elephant is not only in the room, it’s tap dancing on the f-ing dining room table. Those who are in her inner circle need to stop being pathetic hangers-on and grow a pair and do what needs to be done (intervention!!), or risk another Michael Jackson scenario. Sometimes people need to hear the word “no” once in a while.

      • OriginalTiffany says:

I think her Mother is the elephant that is tap dancing. I’m pretty sure WO should be in a separate rehab.

I’m convinced the ONLY thing that would help is a stiff prison sentence. She’s been to rehab a billion times. She needs to go RDJ style and go to prison, not jail, prison. Let’s hope that happens before she kills someone other than herself.

    • Ailine says:

Oh she’s hit bottom alright. She just gets out the shovel and keeps digging.

      • deep says:

She’s hit bottom…MANY TIMES…but, trust me..she hasn’t hit ROCK BOTTOM just yet. she will..and then I’m afraid it will be too late. Somebody will die. Either she will overdose or she will kill somebody in a horrible car accident. The clock is ticking for LILO. And, it’s not going to be pretty when the alarm goes off.

    • Izzy says:

This will probably sound a bit crass, but I’m guessing that when The Cracken finally succeeds in killing herself with booze and blow, Dina Lohan will milk it for all she can get: books, interviews with magazines and TV shows, probably a “biopic” as well (only loosely based on the truth, of course). It seems like something Dina Lohan would do; after all, she really only cares about her daughter for her income potential…

      • Lady D says:

White Oprah probably already has her biography written. She just needs to fill in the date blank and cause of death, and the book will be good to go.

    • LadidahBaby says:

      Excellent posts, @Vesper &@Deep. Cosign 100%.

  21. Snowpea says:

Um, you know I go back and forth on Lindsay, you know?

When I first started commenting on this site (about a year ago) I leaned waaaaaaaay over to the left in supporting her. I said things like “She’s got no proper parental guidance”, “She’s an addict who needs help” and “She’s a former child star and 99% of child stars go off the rails without proper mentoring and support as they grow older”.

But then everybody jumped on my comments and told me what a self entitled, narcissistic sociopath she was and I started to see her in that light.

But over time, the pendulum has swung back and landed somewhere in the middle. Yes, she is all those bad things. Out of control, dangerous, completely lacking in empathy and likely to cause someone’s death in the near future.

But now I can see that she is in SOOOOOO much pain. I relate to that.

I have been a big drinker/smoker/recreational drug taker since I was 14 years old and recently (Im 37) Ive had a MASSIVE epiphany.

I have given up smoking (and by default, drinking). I have adopted a raw food diet. I have taken to going on long, rambling walks with the dog. My skin looks great. Ive lost 5 kgs.

Anyhoo, my point is this. I have gone through a great deal to get to this point. But I’ve ALWAYS had the love and support and guidance from my awesome dad. And I’M 37!

I can’t help but look at her and go, “Goddamn, if that mother of yours had half a brain, she’d be encouraging you to turn your back on Hollyweird and take time out”.

EVERYBODY needs mentoring, guidance and support their whole life. Imagine if you had none. Imagine if you were surrounded by a bunch of sycophantic enablers your whole life? And even though I’m not religious at all, I think “There but for the grace of God go I”.

    • deep says:

@snowpea…..well said!! I to go back and forth on LILO. But, at the same time I feel really sorry for her. You sound like a very strong person and should be very proud of yourself for turning your life around. God Bless you! 🙂 hopefully before it’s too late Lindsey will do the same.

    • erika says:

I am so grateful you found that strength within yourself to power against what ultimately could/would have killed you and that you had the support of someone in your life to cheer you on…but the bulk of the work comes from YOU! and so I say good job!! Keep going!!

      • cupidityrox! says:

        @ snowpea
well done. Your post was very encouraging. It shows that no matter how hard it is addiction is still possible to kick . I had an uncle with severe addiction issues as well. You name it he had it. We always gave him unconditional support & tough love a few times. He’d get better then relapse. Unfortunately he didn’t overcome his issues & is now late. The one thing I got from him constantly is the regret & digust he always felt for himself.. Addicts really don’t like what they do. They just can’t help themselves. I made a decision to stop making fun of Lindsay & i usually don’t click on stories about her.. It’s sad to see so many judgmental people on here

    • ItsJustMe says:

      @snowpea …. awesome post…thanks.

    • LeeLoo says:

      Hey Snowpea!

Keep it up. 🙂 It’s hard but you are doing the right thing. I’ve had my own past issues with drugs and while I did not do them for nearly as long as you did, I do understand where you are coming from.

Like you I’m kind of torn myself about what to say regarding Lindsay. While you are right about Lindsay and the fact she has a lack of mentoring and guidance in her life, it’s still her responsibility. She could easily find mentors in other places. I’m sure if she got herself to a halfway decent place starts like RDJ, or countless others who have struggled with addiction would be happy to guide and mentor her. However, the problem with Lilo is that she refuses to put in any effort to stay clean. Even people without guidance or mentors can put in an a tiny bit of effort and when they do, people tend to become more receptive to helping them. All Lindsay has proven so far is that she is still in the addict mentality of taking advantage of anyone who shows her kindness.

You for example have put in the effort. You know how hard it is at first to stay on the right side of the pendulum and you’ve still put in all the effort possible to stay clean. If Lindsay changed her attitude and put in some effort, she would probably get a different result.

    • LadidahBaby says:

Wow, Snowpea, it takes a world of courage, strength, self-knowledge, and honesty to get to where you are from where you were! Massive props to you for that and for the fact that your experience has left you compassionate, rather than intolerant.

    • bluhare says:

Snowpea, I think when/if Lindsay ever gets to where you are, we’ll all be in her corner too. The difference between her and you? You have support. She has exactly none. I’ll give her dad one prop; I think he’s tried on the addiction thing, but he’s almost as bad as her mother.

I’m glad you have your dad. What a great day for me to say that. Wish him a Happy Father’s Day for me. My dad’s gone now, and I wish he was here; he was always my biggest supporter too.

  22. Anahata says:

Poor wittle windsey. I have 3 kids (toddler and twins), work full time & husband does too. She doesn’t know what hard work is. It must be so hard to be so self indulgent on a daily basis.

  23. shannon says:

Not funny anymore, if it ever was. It’s just extremely tragic. How on earth her mother hasn’t taken control of this situation, I have no idea. I realize she’s an adult, but not only do her parents not even try to get some kind of control, they seem to actively participate in and enjoy this crap.

It is easier to feel for Britney, because it seems like she’s inherently a good person and her family came through for her. But Lindsay is the more pathetic case, imo. To be out there on your own, that screwed up, without any parental guidance is just a travesty. I rarely say this, because I know parenting is hard, but her parents should be so ashamed.

    • LeeLoo says:

Yeah. It really isn’t as funny as it used to be. I think it’s because she is so deep in her addiction that while she and her family may be in denial about her health and her addictions the rest of the world sees a dying person.

Whether she finds sobriety or not. I just hope Lilo can find peace. I hope she can find it before it is too late and take responsibility for herself.

  24. Janet says:

When this woman kills somebody in a car accident — and it’s only a matter of time before she does — every single judge who let her off the hook should be prosecuted as accessories before the fact.

  25. Penguin says:

@ bettyrose. Sorry hun, not sure why ur avatar is coming up next to my comments.

    • bettyrose says:

LOL! I’m not seeing that on my end, but I can hardly complain if you choose to homage my homage. 😉

  26. Finn says:

Rosie O’Donnell was RIGHT–this girl needs help and time away, not another job.

    • deep says:

@finn…I don’t agree with Rosie on …well..anything!! And, I hate admitting this because I am sooo NOT a Rosie fan, but, she is right.

      • Sugar says:

so true for once I agree with Rosie because for once she’s right

      • Maguita says:

I often agree with Rosie. However, the problem with Rosie is the delivery of her opinion:

Often abrasive and combative. Gives the impression of bullying.

  27. Psyren says:

Sounds like the beginning of the end. I’ll be floored if she lives til the end of the year.

    • Janet says:

      ^^^ This.

    • cmc says:

We’ve all been saying that for years. I predict that Lindsay will be our generation’s Courtney Love/Whitney Houston- she’ll live way past her logical expiration date.

  28. mewmow says:

They were worried when she didn’t return so they call the paramedics? lol I know that’s not suppose to be funny, but just because someone is late, it says alot that 911 is called. 😉

    • deep says:

great point! Who calls 911 when someone is running late unless they KNOW something is off with the character with whom they are dealing?? Very good point…..and, you made me laugh!! 🙂

  29. Billy says:

She still has a shot, but it seems the best bet is to leave the limelight. She’s like a moth to a flame. Good luck, Lindsay, hope you can squash the issues.

  30. Ramie says:

she’ll get her wish & die soon. if not, we’ll have to read about this BS forever!!!

    • erika says:

NO! These antics are what keep me going these days!!! Kim K is not bad ass enough to fill LL’s shoes!!!

  31. dizzy says:

She surrounds herself with people who let her do what ever she wants. But, yet, she’s still responsible for her behavior. She’s been given too many second chances. Enough is enough.

  32. Anahata says:

It’s true this isnt funny anymore. I get such a sense of foreboding when I read about this woman now.

  33. Shady says:

    The girl is an idiot.

  34. Isabel says:

She wasn’t unresponsive, she was just doing that little thing called acting. *snarkkk*

  35. boo says:

When you are unresponsive you are not dehydrated, you are passed out! From too much booze and too many pills when she passed out on her bed. When is working 7:00 pm to 8:00 am so awfully taxing? I call this BS.

    • erika says:

I agree Boo…I’ve had many sleepless, I mean, not even a wink for 10 minutes nights, often going for months (I had a restless/spastic leg due to my paralsys)i won’t explain why but when your legs are spasming back and forth every 10 seconds, you find it hard to sleep…

and I managed to cope with work the next day…I did for 8 mths of this S***

  36. mita says:

One of these days theyre going to find her unresponsive and its going to be too late..

  37. skuddles says:

I too can’t help but feel something bad (worse) is coming Lindsay’s way – the car crash, this episode…whatever it was. There is some mighty dark energy swirling around her right now. She needs to take extreme care or the next one may be the last one.

    • Courtney says:

Skuddles.. you and me both. Obviously this woman hasn’t been right for awhile now.. but I get a sinking feeling something even worse is in store in the near future. Hope we’re both wrong.

      • skuddles says:

Me too Courtney. As soon as I saw this headline I got a cold chill… I don’t know why exactly as I’ve seen a million “Lohan royally effs up” stories but this one gave me a strange feeling. I am genuinely concerned that something bad is coming her way.

    • deep says:

totally and completely agree. Something feels very strange re LILO these days. I feel the negative energy as well. And, it’s not funny. I’m actually frightened for the girl.

    • bluhare says:

Me too, skuddles. It feels, if not bad, definitely not good.

  38. G says:

All kidding aside, she needs to be checked out. She was in a very serious car accident last week. It’s not impossible that she’s been in shock or suffered a concussion.

    • jwoolman says:

Except that this is same old same old behavior for Lindsay even without the help of a truck. And it’s so unlikely that Lifetime pushed her into “working” 48 hours straight, she must have been following her usual pattern of drinking or drugging instead of getting enough sleep like any sensible person would on a tight movie schedule. Good grief, she just had to abstain for two lousy weeks. But you’re right, everybody involved needs to be aware that problems can show up later – Lindsay, her god-forsaken assistant, and the dump truck driver. The truck wasn’t so big that the driver would be unaffected, and unlike Lindsay et al., he had no warning. Doesn’t take much of a jolt to cause damage.

  39. gingersnap says:

    Publicity stunt for the movie?

    • Masque says:

^^^THIS! The minute I read this post all I could think of was how manufactured Hollywood is and all the fake scandals they create to boost ratings. There’s no such thing as bad publicity in Hollywood.

This movie is a trainwreck that is offensive in every possible way. Lifetime knows it, Lindsay’s people know it, the public knows it. So if they can’t get positive publicity they’ll get negative publicity.

Also, I have no doubt that part of the plan was to use this excuse to try to make it look like Lindsay was working SO HARD TO PROVE SHE’S SERIOUS ABOUT ACTING that she drove herself to the point of exhaustion.

Ugh, these people are just assholes.

    • dagsohyoumeandogs says:

Agreed. Given how bad of an actress she is. it was probably laughable when they were trying to get her to “wake up” and she was attempting to play the role a sleeping/unresponsive person.

  40. Sunny says:

How old is Lindsey?maybe she will join the 27 club(although it would be sad).

    • deep says:

      25. And, I pray she doesn’t become a member of that club. Bless her, and I hope someone around her will get her the help that she needs. It’s almost manic with her these days. And, the alcohol and drugs aren’t helping. I think that she truly believes she is going to have some sort of MAJOR comeback. And, when it doesn’t happen. I don’t think it will, she’s really going to go off the rails. Really sad.

      • bluhare says:

Just goes to show her delusional thinking. Most comebacks don’t involve Lifetime movies and cheap soft porn.

  41. duncecap says:

I think they’re gonna have to rewrite and re shoot the movie with a heavier focus on Richard Burton, which I’d actually like to see.

  42. erika says:

Do recent events with Rihanna and Jason Russell (the film maker behind the Kony 2012 film) ring a bell??

-‘treated for exhaustion and dehydration’ this is code talk (so, Dr. Drew says!) that celebrity camps and publicists use to cover up something much more severe from a severe alcoholic hangover, drugs, or both . Or But I trust Dr. Drew’s word more than LL’s camp.

-who else was recently treated for ‘exhaustion and dehydration’? Rihanna after being sent to the hospital for dehydration and exhaustion. Everyone else thought it was after a raging party (alcohol) the night before.
and Jason Russell, who was found naked, masturbating and deliriously walking about San Deigo, again, treated for ‘exhaustion and dehydration’ I forgot what his bigger issue is.

Like I mentioned. Dr. Drew covered these stories in full. Of course celeb’s don’t want their dirty mental health/alcohol n’ drug abuse laundry out to dry so ‘exhaustion and dehydration’ are the excuses.

I too suffered dehydration and exhaustion, it was after taking a flight from LA to Sydney, Australia on New Years Night with a gang of friends! OF COURSE we were guzzling down champagne, wine, etc. and when I hit the 100′ climate of Australia, I had the WORST hangover. Not enough for a hospital visit…

    – I can’t see that they have finished up filming Liz/Dick, all the photo’s we’ve seen are of her and some guy running amok a yacht via early 1970s garb. How can they possibly go on? It’s barely mid June and look at the monkey-ness already eating that set alive!!

-And found unconscious??? COME ON!!! I assume most of us can recall a raging hangover from a RAGING party the night before but as bad as the hangover I had it never sent me to the hospital NOR did I slip into unconsciousness!!! (Gatorade, air conditioning and a good nap did the trick)

-WOW. I wrote a very sober comment a few days back after the car wreck accident that…

1.) we can expect chaotic behavior from LL literally EVERY other day if not week

2.) she is seriously, and I wasn’t pissing on her, SERIOUSLY going to end up killing someone….or herself…

I can’t believe my prediction…I feel like a psychic now!

  43. ViloDeMenus says:

When I was 26 I was going on all cylinders and a couple of days working long hours and up all night was nothing, but it wasn’t my normal lifestyle either and I had the energy of 4 people. I just find it so hard to believe someone that age is so delicate, except when I’ve taken Ambien, or Lunesta and someone tries to wake me up, I use it for jetlag, then I become a zombie person, without that pesky face eating thing. I’m thinking she’s using sleeping aides and didn’t give herself at least 7 hours to wake up and react normally. Such a delicate flower cracken is.

  44. the original kate says:

so bitch was “exhausted” after working on a film set (where she has craft service, a trailer and a PA) for 13 hours that she was unresponsive? when i was waiting tables in college i ocasionally pulled a double shift (16 hours on my feet) and i still managed to get my job done without paramedics being called. millions of people do this every day.

granted, they do it without the crack and alcohol, but still.

  45. skeptical says:

Why are some here clutching their pearls? Linnocent “the service was not fulfilling” cracken is still the same spoiled brat she was last year. She’s still throwing others under the bus to get away from consequences. She’s still dodging responsibility. She’s still playing the victim.

  46. Courtney says:

She has a very peculiar body type for someone her age. Limbs are skinny.. but everything seems to be settling in the middle. Kind of like how whitney houston was. Can someone tell me if this is a result of drug use? Or am I just completely disrespecting a whole group of women who look like that?

    • Boo says:

Amy Winehouse had that shape, too. Really scary.

    • LeeLoo says:

It could be her liver and kidneys are damaged. It could be her body type, but I doubt it as she is naturally lanky. It could be fluid retention from drug use but that goes along with damage to liver and kidneys. It could be nothing. I wouldn’t speculate too hard on it. There are other things that make her look like she is in bad shape. I wouldn’t concentrate on just one area to make that prediction.

      • Courtney says:

You’re right. After all… it’s not like her drug use is a mystery to us! But just looking at her body alone throughout the years is disconcerting.

    • some bitch says:

IANAD but I suspect liver damage and inflammation. Fluid retention. She had a nice waist back in the day… but I think she’s on her way to death. It’s very sad because she’s a very sick young woman and has completely destroyed her brain and nervous system with constant drug use.

Her pupils are always constricted way beyond what they should be in almost every photo I’ve seen of her over the past year. She is definitely using some very powerful painkillers. I wouldn’t be surprised if she uses heroin.

      • Courtney says:

Yes, and let’s not forget that she got new teeth not too long ago to replace her real teeth that appeared to be rotting before. I didn’t notice the pupils but I do now! I don’t know if I’m just so sick of this girl or if I am genuinely sad. But she’s killing herself, no doubt about that.

    • Penguin says:

I’m an alcoholic, not drunk for 3 yrs. She looks like I do when I fall off the wagon. Puffy face & abdomen.

    • JH says:

Courtney Love has that body shape too, I think it has to do with not eating properly, just surviving on sugar, red bull and booze

  47. jwoolman says:

Has anybody inquired into the emotional damage done to the poor sod in the Escalade following La Lohan? Imagine the scenario – you’ve been assigned the job of Lindsay-gofer, you were supposed to pull the lass out of bed and drive her to the set, she insisted on driving herself in the Porsche contrary to contractual conditions (the driver was not a perk…), and you watch her speed the Porsche into the back of a dump truck. Surprised the gofer didn’t have a heart attack on the spot.

  48. Evie says:

Why doesn’t her mother just take her home already? She needs to take a few years off so she can rest and get herself together. She can’t do it by herself and she’s not even getting quality work anymore. . I feel bad for her because doesn’t have a decent support system.

. . And for all of the people on this thread who are bitching about how hard it is to have, support, and raise kids. . . .You obviously knew this before hand SO WHY DID YOU HAVE THEM? Stop bitching and moaning because nobody feels bad for you!

    • Anahata says:

Um, no. I THOUGHT I knew before hand. It’s a million times harder than it looks. And I don’t want pity – Lindsay does. For not doing a goddamn thing.

  49. Hope says:

I grew up in a family riddled with addicts and alcoholics, and let me tell you, Lindsay’s behavior is nothing new to me. People really need to STFU with their judgements and what have you. Yeah, she’s immature, and yeah, she needs to get her shit straight. But in order to do that this poor girl needs love and support. Not tough love, and certainly not ass-kissing yes-(wo)men. She really and truly needs people who will listen and be there for her and love her. It is so fricken easy to hate on her, but when you look beneath the tabloid trainwreck, there is a girl (not a woman, a girl) who is hurting. A human being with very real emotions and very real problems.

Have some compassion people! Not everyone is mentally healthy, and not everyone has had a great upbringing. Yes, she’s had a lot of chances, and yes, she SHOULD see how much of an advantage she has over your every-day normal joe addict (finances for rehab, connections to get proper help, being let off easy by the courts so she could get help and not turn into a worse mess, to name a few) but when you’re at the bottom of the well that is abyss of addiciton, none of that stuff matters. Please, have some compassion for the girl. Addicts can’t always see the error of their ways. It’s ridiculous, but still tragic. I’ve lost loved ones to addiction. They weren’t losers. They were beautiful people who became lost in ugly and evil substances.

Maybe Lindsay is a terrible person. Maybe she’s a saint in waiting. We don’t know. But what we do know is that there is a fellow HUMAN BEING out there who is suffering, very publicly. And if it were any one of you I wouldn’t throw stones. Give the girl the love she so desperately needs. Real love.

    • LeeLoo says:

The problem with Lindsay is that she is in that addiction phase where if you give her any sort of compassion she is going to take advantage of it. If you have family members who are addicts you know what I am talking about.

I may only be speaking about me but I doubt it. I think despite some of the snaky comments many of us are actually secretly rooting for her to eventually come around. However, I am a realist who knows she may never get better. I am also annoyed at the constant chances Hollywood has given her when she has done nothing to deserve them. She has a horrible attitude despite the drug addiction. She has shown the public nothing but entitled behavior. She has not done anything worthy of having any sort of success. At this point while I still hold out a tiny sliver of hope that she will come around, I think the main purpose is to just make sure she doesn’t harm anyone else that is found in her path.

I get her — I’ve had my own struggles with drug abuse — but sometimes you need to be realistic about what you are looking at. The realist in me says that the chances of her getting better grow slimmer every week. It’s sad but that isn’t going to stop me from commenting on these stories. I won’t be cruel like some on here are but I’m not going to abstain and I will too judge her. I’m not going to enable her or coddle her in my comments. You of all people should know how dangerous that is. People will judge addicts especially when they’v shown utter refusal to sincerely deal with their problem.

      • the original bellaluna says:

See, this (right here) is a major part of the problem with how people react to her: She’s had more legal AND rehab opportunities to turn her life around, yet she chooses to be BLATANTLY DISRESPECTFUL of everyone around her. (If she had even a MODICUM of humility, my feelings toward her would soften. BUT SHE DOESN’T!)

        * 5 trips to rehab (that we KNOW of), and not a single serious commitment to staying clean and sober;

        * NUMEROUS legal problems and court appearances, and she’s STILL f*cking up on the regular;

        * Special treatment by both law enforcement AND the court system (YEAH, I SAID IT), and she’s consistently shown a blatant disregard for both (“fu” fingernail, anyone?).

People don’t FEEL empathetic towards her because she’s NOT an empathy-friendly person. She has consistently shown an AMAZING (if not delusional) sense of self, with regard to everything from alcohol/drug abuse to court dates to set/shooting schedules.

Just allow your mind to consider, for a moment, the SHEER NUMBER OF PEOPLE her delusional self-entitlement has effected: ALL the people it takes to make a movie happen, from Herbie and Georgia Rule to now; ALL the ones whose trials/court appearances have been pushed back due to her lateness arriving; ALL the people who had to hang around court (or in jail) waiting for her to put in a LEGALLY REQUIRED appearance (court reporters, deputies, attys, judges, etc…); ALL the people she’s car-jacked and/or hit plus their loved ones; ALL that time and money of the PD, FD, and paramedics who have to respond to all her messes…if you added up all those people AND all the money wasted on her, I think the amount would make me physically ill.

This is NOT someone about whom people feel sympathy, nor even empathy. I don’t wish her dead (there’s only 1 or 2 people I feel that way about, and by whom my family and I have directly been damaged); but I’m not wasting my emotions on someone who honest to God just refuses to give a f*ck, either.

      • LeeLoo says:

        @Belllaluna and @Masque:

Part of me holds out hope that someday she will get better and change her life and attitude around. I have a hard time believing that anyone could be that cruel of a person and I do blame the drugs. I still do hope that by some miracle she will turn her life around before she does some serious harm to someone else or ends her own life. I know in this regard that I am being Pollyanna about it though and that I shouldn’t hold my breath. It will take a miracle for that to happen.

That being said, her actions do need to have serious consequences and I would not mind seeing her go to prison as deep down I think it is the only thing that can potentially save her life at this point.

      • surfing2day says:

        Applause applause to bellalunas reply.

        *standing ovation*

    • Masque says:

Currently there are millions (possibly billions) of people strugging with some form of addiction. Many celebrities struggle with some from of addiction. Most of these people aren’t narcissistic assholes who don’t give a good goddamn how their behavior affects other people.

My brother is an alcoholic but he’s kind to other people. My uncle was an alcoholic and he was kind to other people. My friend was a junkie but she was kind to other people. Lots and lots of entertainers are alcoholics, junkies, sex addicts, into the bad shit, into the really bad shit, into shit so bad we can’t even comprehend it’s existence and they are still kind to people.

Lindsay is an arrogant, obnoxious douchebag who treats people like shit. Lindsay doesn’t care about anyone but Lindsay.

Also, ditto to Bellaluna’s post. 🙂

      • Courtney says:

ITA! I know many people who have had trouble with drugs and addiction but they still consider the feelings of others. Most people who suffer from addiction WANT to get off drugs and try very hard to do so and don’t go straight to a bar from “rehab”. She is a liar and constantly putting others at risk from her behavior. Sorry she doesn’t need to be handled with kids gloves.. she needs some tough love at this point. She’s lucky to be getting that at all since she belongs in prison.

    • Carolyn says:

The “f…u” on her fingernail aimed at the judge caused me to jump off the “save Lindsay” bus permanently. Zero respect and interest. Everything everyone else here has already said.

      • Sugar says:

exactly! & then to make up the story it was nothing but being silly with a friend the night before. Uh no it was her total disregard for the court that day. In all the years we seen her in & out of the courts & rehab I cannot recall her admission of her addictions such as RDJ or even recently Chris Kline. So how can she get help for something she doesn’t recognize. I agree on some level with another comment that yes secretly or in my heart I hope she has that one wake up call that truly gets thru to her. Slamming into the back of a big truck in a little car didn’t do it nor did sending her assistant riding with her to the hospital do it.
At this point she likes her lifestyle she likes her drugs&ethol she probably looks @ a life of sober as boring & she probably thinks 25 going on 26 ain’t nothing who wants to give up partying that young.
I work in mental health and a term I’ve heard many times is “contemplative state” my god people can stay in that for years I’ve witnessed it. they continue to use but they are contemplating…tick tock. I want to feel bad for her & I want to slap her! I wonder if Dina ever feels that way. Don’t mean to sound insensitive to her she leaves me exhausted & it would be truly sad to wake up one day & see those headlines that she’s gone.

  50. jesstar says:

This is probably her normal routine- to get drunk & either coked out or pop some pills to escape reality. She doesnt usually work, so its no biggie. THIS is why she isnt going to be making any “comeback” She can’t put on the front of a functional person for more than a few days at a time. If the most important thing in her life is whatever substance will alter her reality, that’s what she’ll pursue, even if she has to turn tricks to get it. If she wanted to be a professional actor, she’d do what she needed to to be good enough to hire. She’d get clean, sober, and work on whatever personality disorder she has. But she won’t. If she was going to, she would have by now. As bad as Amy Winehouse was, at least she admitted the extent of her problems instead of implausible crack denials. Liho is going the same way, all the while insisting she’s just fine, you guys. It’s all a misunderstanding & not her fault!

  51. some bitch says:

This girl is going to die. It’s not funny and it’s nothing to “count down” or bet on.

  52. jwoolman says:

Maybe the photos of the crumpled Porsche provided her parents with a needed shock. They must realize their first-born really could have died that day. Notice that both have been uncharacteristically quiet, other than a few early mumbles.

    • cr says:

LiLo’s parents caring, sadly probably not.

She was cursed by genetics to have two narcissistic parents who are in denial about their own problems, never mind LiLo’s.

  53. Itwillrain says:

Why did they have her working through the night? That’s an inhuman schedule and can mess with a person’s psyche. Given that info, I think it’s more likely she was in deep sleep and could not be roused.

    • cr says:

As already mentioned on this thread, that’s not an unusual schedule for the entertainment industry.
Heck, it’s not unusual in real life either, say the healthcare industry.
She knew what she was signing up for.
Others with similar schedules somehow manage to make to work, without whining or claiming ‘exhaustion’.

    • Masque says:

That’s not inhumane, that’s the movie biz. Night scenes are filmed at night due to the lighting. That’s something everyone on a production has to deal with. At least actors get plenty of breaks, downtime, naptime, etc. The production crew actually works most of the time they are on the clock. I wonder how many of her production crew had to call in due to exhaustion….

      • LAK says:

This is what pisses me off about people who don’t know anything about the film industry.

people thinking that her working 11-12 hrs was oh so hard or having a night shoot was inhumane.

The production crew are working longer than that. Her delaying the schedule makes their working day longer. She did 11-12 hrs!!!!??? pfft!!! the crew probably did 16 or longer hrs that day.

None of them are calling in sick because they are exhausted or dehydrated and to add insult to injury, they are getting only a tenth of her salary without any perks!

EDIT: oops! posted in the wrong spot.

        @Masque:)

  54. Hakura says:

Everyone has pretty much already said all there is to say. But this, (quoted from TMZ) caught my attention.

“Paramedics responded, and determined nothing was wrong with Lindsay. They left without transporting her to the hospital.”

My dad has been a paramedic for more than 25 years, I’m familiar with (at least in passing) a lot of procedure. After being unresponsive for ANY length of time, the paramedics should ALWAYS take someone in that condition in to the hospital. They don’t know what’s in her system, or if she has a head injury like a concussion (especially after the accident).

I just can’t believe trained professional paramedics would finally manage to wake her up, then just LEAVE as though “she’s fine”, then they lived happily ever after. You can suffer a concussion that doesn’t make itself known for a few days, or even a week later. Usually nausea, headaches & exhaustion… are tell tale signs.

But I guess Lilo can’t rely on those signs, given that they’re the same symptoms of her hangovers. She’d only notice it if she were to stop drinking.

    • Izzy says:

OK, so we can add those paramedics to the list of her enablers.

      • Masque says:

I could be wrong but I think Hakura was trying to say that the fact that the paramedics did not take Lindsay to the hospital is further evidence to suggest this is a trumped up story.

People have the right to refuse to go to the hospital but considering how this story is trying so hard to convince the public that Lindsay was in serious danger, the fact remains whatever allegedly happened wasn’t serious enough for her to seek medical attention.

      • Izzy says:

I know, I was being a little sarcastic (my bad, I should note it next time since sarcasm doesn’t necessarily come through online you know?). Seriously though, I don’t see a long life for this messed-up girl, and when that does happen, we will all be subjected to an astonishing amount of BS analysis of what went wrong, all the times she could have been saved, blah blah. I get that addiction is an illness, but at the end of the day an addict is the only one who can choose to get clean. Not only has she made the choice not to even try, she compounds her bad judgment with things like DUI. And karma being the beeyotch it is, she’ll kill some innocent person whose only mistake was needing to drive somewhere, at the same time that human wrecking ball is on the road. OK, now I’ll shut up! 🙂 P.S. kudos to all of you here who have made the choice of sobriety. You are the ones who’ve earned my respect!

    • Boo says:

The whole story makes more sense if you just tell yourself it is all a series of lies made to minimize how bad it really was and how much they are covering for her serious drug and alcohol problems. The paramedics cannot legally tell their story, so the only story we get comes out of the spin of Lohan’s rep. None of it happened the way he said it happened.

    • meh says:

I’m gonna go out on a limb and say that the same people that tried to bribe the truck driver she hit threatened legal action against the paramedics if they tried to take her to the hospital. I’m sure they didn’t want her having her blood tested.

    • cmc says:

Are you kidding? I trained to be a paramedic (freaked out at the end and had a huge mind/career change) and even I know that if a conscious person refuses medical attention, you are required by law to leave them UNLESS they are a danger to themselves or others. If they got there, woke her up, and she wasn’t flailing around trying to hurt herself then refused care, then they had to leave her there. I obviously don’t know what happened, but the fact that she wasn’t transported doesn’t say all that much.

  55. lilly says:

Doctors, nurses, troops in Afghanistan don’t get “exhaustion” but this b***h does

    • cr says:

I don’t know much about the entertainment industry but surely the makeup, lighting, sound crew puts in more work then LL

    • Nicolette says:

Love your response! And unfortunately I see all this as leading up to a tragedy this summer for her. All the pics of her doing this movie, her car wreck, the train wreck that she is. I sadly feel we’re going to her of her demise soon, and this may very well be her last film. Hope it’s not, but no one is helping her and she is so far gone and no where near wanting to help herself or face her demons.

      • lilly says:

My boyfriends sister is a doctor as well as a mother she works nights and looks after her 1 year old son; she doesn’t call in sick

  56. Elj says:

I’ve worked two days straight before and it’s never once led to me being unresponsive with exhaustion and dehydration. It’s called working, and for a lot of us, it’s called necessary. What an entitled little brat.

  57. Bess says:

    From LL’s twitter:

    Lindsay Lohan ‏@lindsaylohan

Note to self.. After working 85hours in 4days, and being up all night shooting, be very aware that you might pass out from exhaustion &
7 paramedics MIGHT show up @ your door…. Hopefully theyre cute. Otherwise it would be a real let down. XL @mrsalperez -back on set

    • cutelittlehappything says:

Oh I bet she was up all night shooting. Not filming, but shooting.

      • Ruby Red Lips says:

        No doubt!!

But you know when I read the headline I was shocked (b4 I realised she was ok) even tho its inevitable that this headline will be repeated at some point.

Do people like Lindsay even realise that once you’re dead, thats it…

    • mia girl says:

This SH-T right here is why I cannot feel sympathy for this narcissist. How can that be what she chooses to say about this incident?!

Amazing how in so few characters we see her smart ass, sarcastic, poor me, self delusional character. This girl (and everyone around her) is an asshole.

She doesn’t even have the decency to be apologetic to what this past week and specific event meant to her fans (the 10 or so left) or the impact this has on everyone working on that Lifetime movie.

Nope, it’s all about me, me, me and the ridiculous excuses she thinks will prove her haters wrong.

The only thing this tweet proves is that she is the epitome of a BRAT who fills herself with lies and drugs in equal measure.

Mark my words, her current PR guy, Steve Honig will be gone really soon. This guy is fairly reputable and I think he really thought he could reign in the drama and orchestrate a Lohan comeback. If he doesn’t bail soon, the only comeback he’s gonna see is this decision coming back to haunt him.

    • TheOriginalTiffany says:

She’s telling us she worked 85 out of a possible 96 hours?

I guess the techs and riggers all worked the whole 96? Does she have ANY idea how delusional she sounds?

Nothing she says is believable. NOTHING.
I only hope she kills no one else when she makes her final departure. What a waste of time, lives, court time, pd and fd time, she has nothing left.

    • Masque says:

Does she really think people will see that tweet and believe she worked 85 actual hours??? Because her actaul amount of time working would have been carefully documented. Being AVAILABLE for work (ie. hanging out/ in a trailer) is not the same thing as actually being on set and (badly) reciting her
      lines.

  58. irishserra says:

There will be blood on so many hands when this girl finally does succumb to her vices. Both of her parents continually defend, hide and enable her behavior. The authorities continue to fuel her behavior by handling her with kid gloves and her local judiciaries are just fekking morons who also refuse to make any decisions that will get this messed up girl the help she needs and keep those around her safe. When it finally does happen, I will be relieved for Lindsay and maybe sympathetic toward the few powerless loved ones she may have had, but will have no qualms doing the I-told-you-so dance.

  59. Anastasia says:

You know you’re bad when “taking a nap” causes your employers to call oaramedics.

  60. Paloma says:

On another website I read that the word “exhausted” is code for overdosing on alcohol and/or drugs.

  61. Shannon says:

Oh man, I just can’t with this anymore…Yes, it’s very sad she has terrible parents that don’t seem to care about her and is surrounded by enablers…yes, she desperately needs help, sure she likely has an addiction or some kind of mental health disorder…but here’s the thing: I work with people every day who come from the most horrific of situations, who have resorted to the most inhuman ways of feeding their addictions, who can’t afford housing, bounce from deplorable shelter to crack house and the police and paramedics drag their heels in any circumstance that involves them. Medical care is a joke, friends or family non existent. Lindsay’s situation is bad, but there are countless people out there forgotten who deserve so much more than she. THAT saddens me. As far as I am concerned, she is a waste of time, resources and money, another person tying up the system and proving to the world celebrities are “special” and will always trump the millions of others in far, far worse states.

    • LeeLoo says:

      ^^This^^

But this begs the question as to why some people like me found it pretty easy to give up drugs and why some people like Lindsay or the people you work with who find it so difficult to quit.

I abused numerous hard drugs from the age of 15-21. Ecstasy, Meth, Cocaine, I even mainlined heroin a few times towards the end. I stop short of calling myself a full-on drug addict because I went for long stretches without touching a single thing. I stopped when I realized that if I kept using heroin, I would become addicted and eventually die. A lot of it began because I was self medicating for my ADD. I got help and went to an outpatient treatment center and haven’t looked back. I went back to school and I am one semester away from receiving my Masters. I do have to take prescription stimulant medication for my ADHD which I have had a few people tell me makes me “less committed to my sobriety.” *Shrugs* I take my medicine as prescribed, it helps me function in this world so I will use it. But I still have a hard time understanding and empathizing with the LiLos and Brooke Muellers of the world who just can’t or refuse to quit. For me, I found it really easy when I realized what little I had accomplished and how much my drug use was hurting those around me. I sometimes think I should be more sympathetic to Lindsay but I just CANNOT understand why it is so hard for her to knock this sh!t off.

      • cr says:

You could also wonder why some people can quit smoking easily and some can’t. Or why some people get into the drugs and others have no interest (like me, thank goodness. Though I’m grateful chocolate is legal).

        I suspect there’s a genetic component,along with a other factors.

In your case realizing that you were self-medicating and why was a great help for(one of our substance abuse docs got into treating ADD/ADHD because so many of his pts were ADD/ADHD and were self medicating).

But sadly, it’s not like that for everyone.

      • Ann Emmess says:

I hope one of the health professionals here will comment, but it sounds like maybe you do not have an “addictive personality,” and those celebs probably do. You abused substances, and were harmed by them physically, without developing certain kinds of dependency to drive you back once you’d decided to stop. I suspect that “non-addictive personality” would apply to any on-again, off-again heroin user.

I don’t know what the state of the research is now, but this “addictive personality” idea had strong currency in the 90s. I think they thought it came down to brain chemistry. They had it down to a particular percentage of the population who would very readily slip into deep dependency on the substances they tried, and another percentage who, I believe, could use the same substances for years yet never become “addicted”. (Definitely, the latter group had other problems that kept driving them back to the substances — but like you said, when they wanted to stop, they stopped.)

It’s illustrated, for example, in The People vs. Larry Flynt. Larry and his longtime girlfriend both start shooting heroin while he is self-medicating a back injury. When surgery cures his pain, he immediately and easily says he’s done with the heroin. She says she doesn’t think she can stop, and ultimately overdoses.

Again, I don’t know where this research stands today. But it seems like some people have to fight a LOT harder to get off substances than others. That doesn’t mean the unlucky ones have no personal responsibility to fight to get clean. But their fight is a full out war where some people get a skirmish.

Some people can quit a lot more easily than others, and some people are more susceptible to addictions to certain drugs than others. I know people who quit cigarettes with no problems but who are alcoholics, and I know other people who became teetotalers with no problem but took years to be able to stop smoking.

One thing I’ve noticed — if someone has an enabler, and wants or needs to keep up contact with that enabler, they’re probably not going to quit. If they have lots of enablers, forget it, quitting isn’t happening. I’ve never known anyone who was entirely surrounded only by enablers, as Lindsay is. She’s not quitting, and as for her vile parents helping her, they might think she’s worth more money dead than alive at this point.

@ Leeloo – While I never tried the number of illegal drugs you did I have quite a similar story regarding ADHD. Like you I often went for long stretches without anything but it was frustrating because I felt like I could’nt get any work done unless I’d had some drinks or taken some speed or cocaine.

I found the ADHD medication just completely shuts down any craving in me for alcohol, cigarettes and any illegal drug, yet I never find myself becomming addicted to it as in needing to take more and more in fact I’ve found myself needing to take less over the years.

It would seem to me that someone like Lindsay who has been prescribed a stimulant for ADHD yet continues to abuse alcohol and illegal drugs has been misdiagnosed. It seems to me almost as if the meds could have been a gateway drug for her.

I’d love for someone to comment on this.

      • LeeLoo says:

@Annie I definitely understand what you mean about stimulants taking away a desire to do anything. My doctor gave me a green card to help stimulate my appetite and I really have to force myself to do even that’ve. Getting me on stimulants has been nothing short of a pain. I took Adderall for a long time but I always had problems when the meds began to wear off of feeling like I was going to crawl out of my skin. Ritalin was worse and made me into a terrible, mean miserable person. I’m on one called Vyvanse now and it works really great. I think it works because it’s a single amphetamine salt instead of the mixed amphetamines like Adderall.

My doc mentioned that one of the things she has observed with her adult patients that sincerely have ADD/ADHD is that of them seem to be resistant to addiction. Yes, many patients with ADD abuse drugs but many (not all) seem to be more capable of quitting cold turkey compared to the non-ADD addict. So it could be something about ADD/ADHD brain chemistry that makes becoming an addict harder.

However, even though I have ADD myself, I sincerely believe that many time ADD/ADHD is misdiagnosed/over diagnosed. I also don’t believe children should be given stimulant medication to deal with their ADHD symptoms. Studies have shown that it is just as effective to send children to therapy and that if caught early many kids can learn how to manage their symptoms without ever needing to take medication.

Part of the problem I think is that Lindsay was given stimulant meds at a very young age. I think it gave her the mindset that taking a pill, snorting a line, etc is an okay way to deal with imperfection. She was taught to deal with any problem by medicating. I also sincerely doubt that she has ADHD and therefore was maybe prone to drug dependency early on because she altered her brain by taking medication she never needed.

        +1

I was on Ritalin as a child (my middle sister was on another ADD drug), but my parents took us off in a couple of years. I still have ADD, but I’ve sort of ‘socialized’ it.
I think a lot of ADD/ADHD is mom and dad looking for a ‘answer’, even if the child is just behaving age-appropriate. If I had a child, and they were diagnosed with ADD, I’d try the biofeedback route, almost anything, before sticking them on pharmaceuticals.
I was lucky, the only thing I really self medicated with was chocolate (and chocolate doesn’t really count, correct? 🙂 )

      Shannon,

A point well received and hit me right after I read it. It’s a sick, sick, truth. That there are thousands of people in this country struggling with serious addiction on top of a mountain of other problems.

What could be effective for Lindsay is if she were exposed to this, and not from the sidelines where she can retreat back to her venice beach pad…but get into it.

Has anyone watched that reality show on A&E, Scared Beyond Straight? Where at risk teens are exposed to life in jail for one day? They get everything but their asses literally KICKED and exposure to hard core criminals (drugs, murder, etc) is enough for them to clean up their act.

What about that? and not just for a day Lilo…a month! appreciate the WEALTH that you have! Talent, looks (well, until she f’ed that up but she has a good body and could afford to clean up), a career, etc.,

how many young girls out there would LOVE to swap places with Lilo if they could be a famous, young actress, with talent and oppy? (minus the shenanigans of course)

      millons

I don’t think she’s going to die any time soon. It often takes a really long time for drugs to kill rich people, as they have so many resources to temporarily clean up before they hit rock bottom. Look at some of those 70’s rock stars who made it through drinking and drugging for 20+ years! Sure, we can all name a handful who died, but many, many more survived.
I think it’s far more likely that her driving will kill an innocent person on the road.

I hear all the damning and all the warm and fuzzy. Agree pretty much all around. My experience “was” a possibility for LILO-go to rehab once, work a program, utilize the multitude support systems thereafter, cut out toxic people, places and things, live a good life. I get tired if people talking so loudly about relapse, it isn’t a secret but not everyone does, many of us don’t. It just plants a seed of oh I can use, I’m allowed (supposed) to relapse.

Lindsay needs to seek rehab and therapy before going back to work and taking such big commitments. I’m not convinced that she’s ready to leave that lifestyle behind and start off fresh.

    • Sugar says:

@brianna yup I kinda ranted on that same point up thread she is not @ a point of giving up her delusional skew in her mind of the druggie lifestyle if less than zero is one of her fav movies it’s telling to me that she somehow sees herself as some hip cool rich so cal girl who like the nickelback song has her dealer(s) on speed dial. she does not want to change her ways she’s a superstar• rockstar•legend• she is Lindsay Lohan dammit move that world because we are all in her way. And when she gets in trouble it’s either my fault or yours never ever hers.
she should be unresponsive in my area because our EMT’s are hot hot hot!!!

  68. Lizzie K says:

I’m not wishing her dead, but I want to keep her from killing or seriously injuring someone else. She needs to be locked up. Don’t care if it’s jail or a mental ward. Just keep her off the streets, and you can pity/understand/root for her all you want.

  69. rentho says:

i sure hope she gets the help she needs before “unresponsive” is the end of the sentence

  70. TXCinderella says:

If she was filming two days straight or whatever, why is she the only one that has exhaustion and dehydration? There are other actors involved and also the director and film crew. They all seem to be fine. I’ve seen this kind of behavior from my recovering alcoholic brother. The lies and excuses. It’s all very sad. I hope she can get the help she really needs before it’s too late. I really feel for this girl. She’s a good actress with a serious problem.

  71. datle90 says:

Even though, this was not much of a big story but at least (from what I read on celebritycafe) she can joke about this matter. I think it is quite brave of her to try to laugh something like this off. I mean it is a lot better than reading about “Lindsay Lohan sends light hearted tweet after paramedics were called for overdosing.”
