Oh, the drama! New rumors are swirling about an impending split for Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel. It seems the general consensus in gossip-world is that Jessica Biel is one needy, clingy girl and that JT will do anything to get away from her. These kinds of rumors are nothing new – JT and Biel have “broken up” about two dozen times already, according to the tabloids. There’s always some new variation – say, JT wants Biel to move out of his New York apartment, or that JT is cheating on Biel at a club, and only Lindsay Lohan was brave enough to tweet her citizen-journalism. Although, in that last case, it was later reported that Lohan accused JT of being a “jb cheater” because he didn’t want to hook up with Lohan.
This latest report comes from Gatecrasher. The story seems built upon JT’s London trip, where he’s been for the past week or so. JT seems to be having a great time in London – partying with Guy Ritchie, dancing with pretty girls, promoting his William Rast line with bromance-buddy Trace Ayala. Meanwhile, Jess sits in Los Angeles and sulks. According to Gatecrasher’s sources, Jessica has been extra-clingy long distance, calling JT all the time, and when he picks up, they get into “huge screaming matches”. Oh, the drama:
There’s trouble in paradise for Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel.
Pals say the two were having problems long before rumors circulated that the singer cheated at NYC nightclub Avenue late last month. Timberlake and Biel, a couple for two years, haven’t been spotted together since late May, and friends say their relationship is quickly going south.
“Things don’t look good for them right now — they’ve hit a really rocky spot,” confides a source close to Timberlake, who adds that serious problems began back in February during a boys’ trip to Las Vegas.
“Justin had to leave dinner once because Jessica was calling him incessantly. They got into a huge screaming match over the phone about how she’s always ‘checking up’ on him. She’s extremely needy and is always keeping tabs on him.”
The insider isn’t the only one who thinks Biel is a bother. “All his friends think she’s really annoying,” added the source. “She’s always trying to be one of the guys. She and Justin have no chemistry.”
And if things went badly between JT and Biel the last time the singer went away for a weekend with the boys, they’re surely no better now.
“Justin is partying in London right now,” said the insider. “Jessica wanted to go with him, but he wasn’t having it. He just wanted to get away with the guys. He needed his space from her.”
At least one Timberlake pal has Biel’s back. “Jessica is really fun to be around,” says JT’s former ’N Sync cohort Lance Bass. “I haven’t spoken to Justin in a while, but the last I knew, he really loved her.”
Timberlake’s rep says she doesn’t comment on her client’s personal life; Biel’s didn’t respond to calls.

I totally buy huge chunks of this story. I buy that Jessica is clingy and needy, and that JT’s friends are annoyed with her, and that she and Justin have no chemistry. But I still don’t think they’re going to break up any time soon. Jessica is totally invested in this relationship, and she’s going to stick around until JT dumps her (my opinion). So why is JT sticking with her? I tend to think he does love her. But that love is going to fade in a hurry is Jessica continues to be so needy and boring.

Justin Timberlake. Just Yuck. I can’t see what she ever saw in him. Not only is he ugly, but he’s a user. Ever think that he might be the needy, clingy one until he gets bored or the person wants to move the relationship forward? She should be the one dumping him.
with a playboy like JT it’s obvious that she’ll act this way..what Jessica needs is a loving and caring guy who’d wash away this insecurity that she’s feeling…yeah…
He probably doesn’t love her, but enjoys the security of her.

JT is with her because he’s a serial monogamist. Britney – several years. Cameron – several years. Now what he does on the side I dont know. I’d like to think he doesn’t cheat – he seemed pretty bitter about brit-brit in cry me a river – but I’m sure he does things that I wouldn’t want my boyfriend doing.
I think Jessica Biel is BLAH. “I’m too pretty”, “feel sorry for me, my ass and face get my pay check, no one takes me seriously”. Gag! He’ll be through with her soon. If he really loved any of these women he would have married them or at least gotten engaged. I think for at least the next 10 years he will bounce from one realtionship to the next. He will either settle down at that point, or he won’t be relevant any more and no one will care.

Supposedly his friends said the same thing about Cameron Diaz just before that relationship broke off. If I were her (Jessica) I would dump his ass.
Meh – for two incredibly boring people that aren’t really in the public eye constantly there sure is a ton of sh1te written about them breaking up every five seconds.
I’ve no major feelings either way about them both. They are not worthy of my vitriol or love.
Their relationship would be a lot more secure if she wasn’t a lesbian and he wasn’t gay and the whole relationship wasn’t just a story being floated by their PR people.

That is so sexist! Why are women always the ones called clingy & needy? Men can be just as bad.
And what evidence do you have for this? I’ve never seen a speck of evidence to support it. If she were so needy, she’d make a bigger show about being out in public w/him. She always seems very low key with him.

JT is a user. He only dates ladies who can help his career. Britney had more stay Power then Justin when they were dating. Cameron is a A Lister with her own production company and we all know what occured there.He had to choose between Scarlet and Jessica but he went for Jessica because he thought he can control the relationship(Scarlet is too much a free spirit and follows her heart and the Hollywood game which will not suit JT) and JT thought he could also use Jessica’s network to advance his film career.Jessica’s film career is going down and not up like he thought. JT cannot use Camerons top hw network to get a good movie script bc they are all strong supporters of Cameron.Also, Jessica has way to much muscles even more than JT which is really odd especially for someone is an actress.JB needs to be a blank canvas for a character not looking like a Eastern European Tennis Player.She is a brand and needs to improve her image or so lots of sport movies or actions.Her public persona is not loveable or positive.She says she is a strong women blah blah blah she cant get the right scripts blah blah She needs to look at other strong hw actrees everyone loves Katherine Hepburn, Elizabeth Taylor, Charlize Theron, Sandra Bullock…these women have strong personalities and are very successful so she should stop whinning and read some books(there are tonnes of great stories from all over the world), get the book rights and make the great movie.She is a decent actress better than Ms Jolie actually but she needs to put her money where her mouth is.She needs to invest in her self and step away from JT.
