Ever since Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher got together, there have been rumors about pregnancies and adoptions. Personally, I think Demi and Aston would like to have a child together, but it’s not their top priority. Ashton seems more than happy being a step-dad to Demi and Bruce Willis’s three daughters, and he and Demi seem to have a stronger marriage than most Hollywood couples. But In Touch Weekly is trying to reignite those old adoptions rumors anew – this time with a dash of Madonna! Madonna and Demi are pretty tight – I think Demi got Madonna into Kabbalah, or vice versa, and they’ve worked together on a couple of projects. They seem to be professional friends – not gossipy BFFs, but they show up to support each other’s projects.
Anyway, In Touch is claiming that Madonna is trying to convince Demi and Ashton to adopt… from Malawi. Because Madonna had no problems there, right? According to a source, Demi and Ashton are seriously considering it:
Demi Moore and her husband Aston Kutcher may really have something to Tweet about soon – a baby! After years of trying to conceive, Demi and Ashton are now considering adoption, and their good pal Madonna has been encouraging them to follow her lead and go to Malawi, where her children David and Mercy are from.
“Madonna has apparently been trying to get Demi and Ashton to adopt ever since her son David. She has been very enthusiastic about it,” the couple’s friend reveals.
“They weren’t ready back then, but now they’re moving in that direction.”
Demi, 46, has raised three daughters with ex-husband Bruce Willis, but Aston, 31, has been a very involved step dad.
“There is not a human being I could love more than those girls and their mom,” Ashton has said. “If I had a daughter that was of my blood, I wouldn’t love that child any more.”

Meh. I’d buy that Madonna is trying to convince Demi and Ashton to adopt in general, but not from Malawi. Malawi is Madonna’s “thing” and I doubt she wants anyone stepping on her sketchy turf. But I could be wrong… maybe Madonna is so delusional that she thinks if Demi and Ashton go down to Malawi and try to “adopt” a child in a country with a non-existent foreign adoption system that somehow Madge will have some kind of vindication? Did that make any kind of sense? Yeah, neither does this report.

Didn’t Geena Davis have kids at 50? Twins, right? So couldn’t Demi have those treatments that even old women in India have to have baby? I don’t think the treatments would be hard for her being that she’s had leeches put on her skin. I just think she doesn’t want to pass on her genes after what Rumer turned out like. I know it sounds mean but I just have that feeling.
BlueSkies, OUCH for Rumer LOL, awww. I think Rumer’s mega chin (which seems to be one of her main fugly features) was courtesy of daddy Willi’s, so who knows what kind of mix of Demi’s and Ashton’s genes might make. Either way, they should still cross their fingers if they breed.
The whole thing sounds like BS to me. If Madonna is really a friend, even a professional one, she would not want Demi to go through what she had to go through in Malawi for the right to adopt. Also, Demi and Ashton, as a solidly married couple, would be very attractive adoption candidates anywhere. Or they could do the surrogacy thing here.
Demi was only briefly interested in Kabbala. Apparently she was still married to Bruce Willis at the time, and he put his foot down that she would not be dragging their kids to a cult.

Madonna needs to mind her own fuckin’ business and let others make their OWN life decisions.
Madge is only looking for a playmate for her tribe. Always a selfish motive with that beeyatch.
As for Demi and Asston’s marriage being strong, whose marriage was any stronger than hers and Bruce’s. I think it says a lot about the type of woman Demi is. Plus she is probably a freak between the sheets, which has never hurt anything in my opinion.

This story however is a crock o’sh1te.
Utter lies, I’m sure. That Madonna was encouraging them to adopt, I’d almost buy. Except for the part where I don’t think she is that invested in other people’s lives. But encouraging them to adopt FROM MALAWI – and they’re CONSIDERING IT? Not in a million years. If, for some reason, they wanted to adopt a baby… I have a feeling they’d choose to do so from a country that would, you know, allow it.
Why is it so unbelievable that a 46 year old woman with three teenage daughters might be done having babies?

She should pay a surrogate mother to carry their baby just like Sarah Jessica. A baby with Ashton and Demi would really be cute.
What sane person would take advice from madonna???? Besides, Demi seems to have her hands full with one infant.
So now Gristle is encouraging others to kidnap children?
She’s a menace and should be locked up where she can’t continue to harm others.
