As we have quite a lot of US colleagues, we’ll celebrate at work, belatedly on Friday, after work, a kind of potluck meal. The turkey will be catered, as we neither have a big oven at the staff kitchen nor the time to look after the bird.
Aw, that’s nice! Where I worked here in Hawaii the guys would dispatch one of the feral pigs, then dig an imu (a sort of underground oven), let that cook overnight (which entailed careful tending & a lot of beer), and then we’d have a community meal. 🙂. I think Kate Beckinsdale is eccentric and funny and is just doing a weird bit with the eggs. She really committed and it’s kind of hilarious how flummoxed people are getting.

I cannot say about the Easter Bunny bit with Kate. She has been through a lot in the past two years. She lost her stepdad and they were very close. But over the summer her mom died after being really sick and on hospice. Kate was her caregiver. I would not be surprised if she was not doing well.
Been thinking about the wonderful posters of past years but also current ones – missing? I hope all is well with jaded. Haven’t seen her in a while.
