There are two big stories about Sandra Bullock in this week’s tabloids, and both center around the fact that she’s beefed up her security lately. Let’s start with the more frivolous story, from Star Magazine, about how Sandra’s attractive bodyguard has moved in with her, making her serial cheating ex husband, Jesse James, jealous. Hypocritical much? Star does have evidence that the bodyguard is living with Sandra, as listed in court papers seeking a restraining order against her longterm stalker. Here’s Star’s report, and even if it’s purely a business relationship and they’re not living together I could see how Jessie would be jealous of the guy:
[Sandra’s] handsome driver-turned-bodyguard, Damien “Showtime” Holton [has] been at [her] side since she split from her cheating ex-husband, Jesse James, in March.
Damien has been photographed numerous times over the last few months leading Sandra and her adopted 8-month-old son, Louis, a broad shoulder to lean on. And the situation is the same behind closed doors! Star has learned that Damian is living with her – and Jesse is furious over the turn of events, especially since Damian previously worked as one of his drivers!
“Jesse’s always been a superjealous guy to being with, but seeing Sandra and Damian together has really put him over the edge,” a friend tells Star. “Damian is younger, better looking and more level-headed than Jesse. Add the fact that he used to drive 18-wheelers between California and Texas for Jesse, and it’s not hard to understand why he’s seeing red.

We don’t have access to photos of Sandra out with Damian, but here’s a link to some of those pictures. (Damian is carrying her bag.) He’s a handsome guy with olive skin and a skinny goatee. He looks too young for her though and has kind of a baby face. Star notes that Damian has worked with Sandra on six films as an assistant, dating back to 2002. He’s probably more of a loyal trusted employee than any kind of romantic interest.
Gossip Cop asked Sandra’s rep about this rumor and received the response that “They’re not living together… It’s a huge lie.” Only Star had the evidence from Sandra’s July restraining order in which the box for “Lives with You?” was checked “yes” by Damian’s name, so at least we know where they got the idea.
Meanwhile The National Enquirer’s cover story is about how Sandra’s adopted baby, Louis, has been threatened by racists and extremists. This story is much more serious and I hope it’s overblown. They report that Sandra has hired 15 bodyguards, though, so she must be taking the hate mail seriously. Here’s more from the Enquirer:

Fanatical racists and crazed individuals have targeted the 7-month-old black youngster – plunging the once-ecstatic new mom into the depths of despair as she battles to protect her precious little boy, say sources.
The “Blind Side” star is badly shaken by vicious death threats and rattled by a kidnapping plot and a murder-for-hire scheme investigated by the FBI…
A distraught Sandra has virtually turned her home into a semi-armed camp -with as many as 15 bodyguards – and has even welcomed ex-husband Jesse James back into her life to help protect Louis.
“Sandra’s baby is in extreme danger!” a Los Angeles police source close to Bullock’s security detail told the Enquirer.
Alarming mail directed at the cute youngster bristles with hate.
“He’s better off dead,” fumed one, and another ominously threatened to “take him back to where he belongs,” according to the police source…
“The threats began developing during her ugly split from Jesse as details about little Louis became known…
“And the FBI indicates there are several radical groups who want to harm her and the child.”

Regarding this awful story, it makes me sad to think that anyone would target a helpless baby, but there are all sorts of crazies in this world. Hopefully all that increased security around Sandra will help her feel more at ease. I can’t imagine having people go after my child and my heart goes out to her. It must be so scary and heart wrenching to put up with stalkers and death threats on your children, to put it mildly.

Re: the first bodyguard story. I wouldn’t get involved with anyone who calls themselves “Showtime.” He’s not that cute, but the guy behind him in yellow is, maybe he’s more Sandra’s type. I buy that Jesse’s jealous, though. I wonder if by “Living Together,” maybe they meant living on the same property. Not unusual for bodyguards, but maybe not in the same house.
Re: baby Louis. Poor thing. I wouldn’t doubt that all the publicity has the crazies coming out of the woodwork. When it dies down, hopefully the threats will too, but Sandra’s right to go gonzo on security and I wouldn’t doubt that she is.
She must be poking pins like crazy into her Jesse voodoo doll. He’s turned her life upside down and sideways in the last year. To think, she used to live so quietly.
How awful for Sandra and little Louis. There are so many crazy people in the world that I don’t doubt she’s received threats. Thanks to that douchebag she married, her life has turned into chaos.
Jesse is a douche. Hey Jesse, you aren’t her husband anymore, so f@ck off. I hope the second story is exaggerated, but there are some scary people in the world, probably some of Jesse’s old Nazi buddies!
Oh and I hope she is hitting that. Who cares if he is younger? He’s not the greatest looking, but he’s better than her ex who I think is gross. And hey, nothing wrong with a little fling, could be just what she needs right now. I say go for it!

that bodyguard looks like a normal, decent guy. dating or not it’s good for louis to have guys like that around… vs guys like jesse.
Hope she and baby Lou will be okay, scary. I’m sure she has the best security system/team. And if Jesse is jealous b/c she’s protecting her son then he’s an even bigger loser than ever. Particularly b/c he’s said he was physically abused a child. Safety of children should outrank petty jealousy.

As to the 1st story, I have no problem believing it. Why doesn’t Jesse go back to screwing Boobshit McGee, the tatooed wh0re on his office sofa? Or one of the other million skanks he has on speed dial?
I feel so bad for Ms. Bullock. She must still be reeling at times, when you think about it. What a horror show. She must be overwhelmed, horrified, mortified, terrified and exhausted. Status and money help, but even that only goes so far. In such a situation, IMO she should consider using her resources to leave the country for a while. Just focus on the baby and herself and let the heat die down a little.
Jesse James has well-proven the point often made about the male of the species: “Men are animals with a thin veneer of civilization.” If any of the rumours are true, then it’s ridiculous for him to think he has any right to even be concerned about anything going on in her life. Anything at all. Once you put a knife in someone’s back like that, you forfeit the right to pretend any further concern about your victim. I hope she’s not entertaining his counsel in any way, shape or form.

The UK online tabloids sometimes pixilate the faces of a celeb’s children. I wish this practice was more common. The harassment of adults by stalkers & invasive fans is bad enough–the situation w/Sandra B is even worse, & plain sick–her baby didn’t sign on to be a public figure.
Sorry to rant, but celeb kids are wildy overexposed in the media. Yeah, I get it: hard to resist what Michael K calls the Jolie-Pitt “child army,” but is it right? Kids are vulnerable enough without global exposure (not as bad as crazed threats, but got to wonder how Shiloh will feel when she’s 13, & the whole freakin world’s already debated her sexuality, cause she had a ‘want to be a Boy like my cool big bros’ phase).

This is interesting to me because there have never been reports of threats like this toward Zahara Jolie-Pitt or Mercy James when they were adopted.

He may live on the property but reside in a different dwelling, thus he could be living at that address, but not in the home.
When I worked for the Trumps, we frequently had this sort of situation with a bodyguard and a client. It’s not uncommon at all, and would explain everything.
I feel sorry for her. She never struck me as a major attention seeker, but she’s received so much drama lately. I hope it works out for her. Her child is so adorable.

I am thinking if the threats against Louis are real then it may be connected to the “company” that Jesse James keeps. It does raise a interesting question, other celebrities ( Madonna, Angelina etc) have adopted children from Africa and there has been no mention of any threat against those children. Madonna would not be silent if anyone made a threat of harming her children and we all know how much the tabloids just love any story dealing with Angelina Jolie!
Jesse has no right to be jealous after what he has done. The baby is so cute – shame on those whack jobs out there who would threaten innocent people.
