Hugh Grant has always reminded me of my old boyfriend..who died of a drug overdose. Same style, same kind of look, When I saw him in Four Weddings I broke down in tears – they’re that similar. Both highly intelligent,witty,educated, successful..yet alone,hard to reach types.
I bet he regrets letting Elizabeth Hurley go but I don’t know who ended the relationship then, or maybe he’s still happy picking up prostitutes
There’s something a little sad about Hugh Grant.
There is nothing wrong with being 50 and single. Maybe that’s what he wants. He seems to have loads of friends and he is godfather to Hurley’s little boy and they seem to still be friends. Don’t make it sound like the man has a lonely life. I doubt he does. I’m sure if he wanted to marry he would. Not everybody want to marry.

Hugh’s not aging so great, but the accent makes up for it. 🙂 He needs a good film again though, he hasn’t had one in years. He’s another one who needs to break out of the rom com business.

He does need another good film! I love his movies but they need to stop pairing him up with much younger co-stars (Drew Barry looked more his little sister). He is very charming in movies.

I think maybe i’ve made a mistake, but really, it’s this weird fudging age thing, to keep your star demographics. B. is married, and if she’s mid 30’s, no kids yet, and needs to appeal to a fan base, the 20’s are a better bet….such illusions in this industry!
