Kim Kolciak isn’t anybody’s favorite person. She’s crazy, and she’s ridiculous and she’s fake. Just how fake? She tried to play it like she had cancer as a way to explain her f-cked up Barbie wigs. She also had a decade-long affair with some mysterious “Big Papa” who then dumped her, and then she “became” a “lesbian.” Anyway, that’s not all Kim has been up to. She gave an interview to In Touch Weekly about her new boob surgery. You see, Kim had some saline implants put in years ago, and she went in and wanted to get her “crazy and saggy” saline boobs replaced with silicone. The description for the process is disgusting. She had her nipple moved. Ugh. And then she busted through the nipple stitches going down a water slide. SHUDDER.
Looking at pictures of herself on vacation in Miami four months ago, Kim Zolciak couldn’t believe what she saw. “My boobs looked crazy and saggy,” she reveals to In Touch in an exclusive interview. So, Bravo’s Real Housewives of Atlanta star had three hours of surgery to replace the saline implants she’d gotten at age 20 with lighter silicone ones. Though she was thrilled with the results, Kim had to go back under the knife once more after tearing some of her stitches. Now healing and happier than ever, Kim, 32, says, “I love my new boobs. They’re so perky. I feel fantastic!”
So the initial surgery went okay?
It went great. I had my nipple moved up half an inch, so my boobs were lifted without having a scar from the nipple to underneath the breast.What went wrong afterward?
I went to the Bahamas with Kandi, Sheree and our kids eight days after the procedure. I went down a water slide and tore some of the stitches.Ouch! Were you okay?
I felt a sharp pain in my left breast but didn’t realize how serious it was until the bandages came off and there was a tear around my nipple. I had to go back to get it fixed.Will you have more surgery in the future?
I’d like to do a tummy tuck at some point to get rid of a few stretch marks.

There is NO WAY this woman is in her early 30’s. Too much makeup, too much hair, too much of everything. She looks AWFUL. My 47 year old mother looks WAY better than this woman.
How about a good old fashioned workout. That’ll help keep the girls where they should be. And judging by that second pic, she needs to do some sit ups, too. Man, she’s just nasty and very ghetto!

I think Kim is the perfect example of less is more while she’s not the prettiest she had a mag spread without the wig and makeup and she looked 2 be in her early 30’s, why doesn’t anyone in her circle tell her 2 take it down a notch?
I’m sorry, there is just NO WAY she’s 32. I wouldn’t even believe she was under 40. If I had guessed how old she is before seeing her (alleged) age, I would have guessed in the ballpark of 45-50
Some heavy photoshopping would have been a blessing in this case.
She doesn’t need surgery, she just needs to buy more supportive bras/bikinis.
