Heather Mills is suing mad. A truly shocking allegation indeed. She’s suing her former publicist Michele Elyzabeth for “breach of confidence and falsehood” that newspapers printed about her. Yes apparently the papers’ saying that Heather was a horrible person and generally sucks as a human being was not Heather’s fault for being said crappy person, nor was it the papers’ fault for printing it. It’s Elyzabeth’s, for saying Heather was “obsessed with money and fame.” Because no one thought that before she said it, right? So Mills is going to make it all right by trying to get half a million dollars out of the woman.
Heather Mills is suing her former publicist Michele Elyzabeth for more than £250,000 for breach of confidence and falsehood over newspaper allegations about the former model’s failed marriage to Sir Paul McCartney, the Daily Mail can reveal. Miss Mills, 40, mother to the ex-Beatle’s four-year-old daughter Beatrice launched the High Court Action against her former employee following Michele Elyzabeth’s claims that Heather Mills was obsessed with money and fame.
She branded Miss Mills as ‘having no heart’ and accused her of trying to smear her ex-husband during their acrimonious divorce earlier this year. Michele Elyzabeth, 58, worked for Heather Mills for four years until earlier this year, when the pair fell out. Miss Mills claims she sacked Michele Elyzabeth, after losing trust in her judgement, while her employee claims she resigned because Miss Mill was impossible to work for.
The claim for breach of confidence against Ms Elzabeth, who lives in the US, was issued the day after the first installment of her account of of working for Miss Mills was serialised in the News of the World. The case is being handled by renowned barrister Jonathan Crystal and is expected to be heard within the next eight weeks.

Now I will admit that it’s probably never your smartest move to talk crap about Heather Mills. Whoops. But I have nothing she can sue me for. However Michele Elyzabeth dished about her to News of the World because Mills still hasn’t paid the $300,000 she owes her for work. I’m assuming Heather actually thinks she can get some cash out of her former publicist, or somehow negate her bill. Although considering her fundamentally self-righteous nature, maybe she’s just doing it to prove a point. The point being? She’s Heather Mills and she’s damn better than you, and don’t you forget it!
Seriously, the woman seems to honestly believe that she can behave like a total bitch, but if anyone calls her out on it the problem is always them, not her. Hopefully the case will get thrown out and Heather will be forced to pay all of Elyzabeth’s court costs. I mean wasn’t working with Heather Mills for a record FOUR years punishment enough?
She needs the money. She can’t afford the type of wine she drank while married to Paul. Courts have dismissed her request/demand for, I believe, $80 thousand a month for her vino.

Well where do i start about Heather Mills with all these greedy jelous people around these days how dare she give money to so called worthy causes and spend her time and energy trying to make this world a better place to live.
i dare say this wont go down too well but where do you savage load of i`ll educated media puppets get off i suppose you do far more good, and so much less bad deads than this terrible person don`t you? i find it really sad that such a well meaning and amazing person has to put up with this hideous intrusion into her private affairs, and further has to suffer this vile bullying which although is unacceptable for our children at schools is perfectly legal and even encouraged in society.
i take my hat off to heather for the way she has maintained her dignity throuhout this ordeal and still been able to walk tall.
one day you never know i might actually read somethin negative about heather that is factual and has a moticome of intelligence mixed in and in that circumstance my opinion may change but untill then i`ll leave the slander to the mindless juvenile remedials who read publications such as heat magazine and the news of the world

No not dating her just happen to know someone who has had their life given back to them through the support and counciling given by Miss Mills. I know i`m fighting a losing battle here trying to change opinions at a site called celebitchy but at least those of you that use the site are honest and direct about what your doing unlike the people who blindly believe newspapers and register their content as fact without any knowledge of their ignorance.
I just think without people like Heather some peoples lives would be a lot worse and that is a bad thing for everyone as greed, sloth and envy are after all DEADLY sins and a sure way of driving forward in our quest for self destruction.

Yeah, duncan, the problem here is that anything worthy or decent Heather may have done in the past is completely negated by the hissing, spitting, vicious, lying, ranting demon she’s portrayed herself as over the last two years.
This is not based on hearsay and rumour, this is watching the real live Heather in interviews and reading her in print. She is an incredibly spiteful, egotistical, delusional woman with a serious martyr complex, inacapable of accepting ANY responsibility for her own bad press.
Were she capable of objectivity about herself, she would live quietly, below the radar, and focus her attention on her daughter, rather than on her sick, f*ked-up quest for revenge.
