Is Brad Pitt planning a celebrity twin coffee table book?

There’s a story in this week’s Star Magazine that avid hobby photographer Brad Pitt is interested in creating a coffee table book full of famous celebrity twins like Julia Roberts’ nearly four year old twins, Phinnaeus and Hazel. In fact Roberts is said to already be on board with the book and has agreed to let her twins be featured. Again, this story is from Star, so take it for what it is:

Brad Pitt was so please with his shots of Angelina Jolie and their brood of six for the November W magazine cover, he’s planning his next project – a photography book on celebrity twins, a source tells Star. “Having twins inspired Brad to do it,” the source says. “He’s constantly snapping pictures of Knox and Vivienne.” And Brad is enlisting his A-list pals to help. “Julia Roberts is willing to let him shoot Phinnaeus and Hazel… Brad’s calling everyone,” the source says. “If all goes well, the book will be out next year.”

[From Star Magazine, print edition, October 6, 2008]

Other celebrity twins who might be considered for the book include Marcia Cross’ one and a half year old daughters, Eden and Savannah, and Jennifer Lopez’ seven month old twins, Max and Emme.

It’s a great idea for a coffee table book and one that’s is like to sell well given the interested in celebrity babies, but whether it’s true or not we’ll have to see.

Now that Paul Newman has passed and has left such an amazing philanthropic legacy with Newman’s Own products I’m wondering if Brad Pitt should start his own line with the proceeds to go to charity. If Brad and/or Angelina started a product in their names it would be sure to fly off the shelves. Brad recently put out a body wash with Kiehls, with the proceeds to go to ecological causes. He could do a lot of good with some additional products either through another company or his own.

Julia Roberts agreed to let her kids be photographed? That’s the first thing that makes me think, uh, no. 😛

I don’t know how well a coffee-book of celebrity’s children will sell, but if Brad and Angie could come up with a food product for the average shopper, e.g., Newman’s salad dressing, popcorn…, you can bet I would DEFINITELY purchase anything B&A would put out on the shelves in ShopRite. 😀

    Yeah, fake story. 🙄

But I would love other Brange-endorsed products! Brangelina’s Own Buttery Popcorn. Brangelina’s Premium Chocolate.

You know what would be hot? A line of massage oil, bath salts, and total skin care line.

This idea is just plain dumb. Who wants a book full of other people’s kids? Lame!! But I am sure the masses that think Brad and Angelina are saints will line up days before for a change to get their fingers on this book!

I might be interested enough to thumb through it at the bookstore, but not enough to buy it.

He looks ridiculous in that outfit. I know this will probably get the Brangie fans on my ass, but I couldn’t hold that thought in any longer.

Star Magazine? You mean the Star Magazine that put out a fake report last spring that Brad and Angie got married in New Orleans and when they story started to fall apart, Star tried to bribe a parish priest $3,000 to back them up? That Star Magazine? 😆

Someone needs to give the Star editorial staff the good drugs for once. The crap they are smoking now is just screwing them up.

More power to you Brad, don’t listen to your naysayers! 🙂
