DaVinci Code author cleared of plaguarism charges

Author Dan Brown was cleared today in London’s High Court of plaguarism charges.

Brown was accused by the authors of a 1982 bestseller, “The Holy Blood And The Holy Grail,” of copying their central theme. Brown admitted reading the book as part of his research, but denied swiping ideas. We think that Brown won the case on looks and charm alone since DaVinci Code was a shitty, derivative book.

The movie based on the book and starring Tom Hanks will be released in May as planned.
