Kim and Kyle Richards fought bitterly at the end of the first season of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, with their unhealthy dynamic as sisters all too obvious to the viewer. On the show we got to see Kyle regularly bullying and excluding Kim, even going so far as to pursue, berate and lunge at her when she tried to leave a party where they were arguing. Kyle never took responsibility for the way she treated Kim during their infamous “limo fight” and kept referring to mysterious family issues that we could never understand. She continued to treat Kim with contempt during the reunion episodes while Kim was gracious and tried to defend Kyle. A couple of months ago we heard that Kim would not be returning to the RHOBH next season, but she’s changed her mind and/or desperately needed the money, because she’s confirmed to return next season She’s doing promotional appearances with Kyle now and will be back along with the rest of the core cast, maybe with a new addition.
Anyway Kim and Kyle were doing a joint appearance on Sunday, and Kim spoke pretty candidly about the limo incident. Kyle tried to shut her down of course. These two need to keep hustling for the dough, and so we’re going to see Kyle be a nasty piece of work again next year while Kim tries to drown her sorrows in booze and pills:
“I still don’t know what Kyle was going to do to me in the back of the car — kill me, strangle me,” Kim, 46, tells UsMagazine.com of the blow-up, where her sister accused Kim of being an alcoholic and Kim mysteriously screamed that Kyle stole her house.
“I just wanted you (Kim) to shut up,” Kyle, 42 explains of the incident.
“You wanted me to shut up, but you were doing all the talking,” Kim started to argue with her baby sis, before thinking better of it. “Won’t go there. If you hold on to the negative, it brings you down. It definitely took it’s toll on us.”
Despite the the apparent rawness of the fight, Kyle insists that the experience on the Bravo hit made them stronger.
“Kim and I went through a hard time last season, but I really do feel that even though we had that argument we’re in such a good place now,” she tells Us. “Maybe some good came out of it. We both grew and learned from it.”
Calling their relationship a “work in progress,” Kim remained more reserved, saying they’re still putting the pieces back in place.
“We’re sisters,” added Kyle. “At the end of the day, we love each other.”
With both women reportedly returning for the second season, one has to wonder if viewers can expect a whole new crop of drama.
“At this point I can’t say anything,” Kim coyly teases. “You’ll have to wait and see!”

That’s Kyle, always justifying her behavior, always saying that Kim “made her snap” and that there are all these “family secrets” we don’t know that would excuse her attacking her sister. Kyle was trying to “shut Kim up” when it was Kyle that insisted on continuing the argument by not letting her sister leave the party when she wanted to. It’s always the victim’s fault and Kyle is always blameless. Her nastiness will come out even worse next season, just wait.

I’m kinda over these people. How long are they going to milk that episode?
Kim looks much better in a suit at this photocell than that cut-out mess she must have borrowed from Paris. Did Kyle fall in a vat of orange paint? Doesn’t she know she’s running around looking more Jersey Shore and less RHOBH?
What is it about these Housewife broads that they all have such a hard look about them? Is it the tanning, or the attempts to look much younger than they are? I don’t think women over 40 have to look matronly by any means, but these woman all look like they shop at Forever 21, in between tanning appts.
I agree that Kyle will show herself again as the bitch she is; I think she’s never accepted that the public will always know that Kim was a star on a hit show and even though Kyle was on one, no one remembers her.
Camille looks strange so she must have had some work done on her face. When the series started I really liked Kyle, but now I don’t. I look forward to seeing Kim’s development. It’s time for Kim to move into the present, the real world, and start befriending people and socializing as a single adult, but it will be hard because Kim is emotionally still a teenager, but I hope to see everything about her get stronger and better throughout the show.
Kyle is just a witch.

Whatever soul searching work Kim has been doing on herself shows! She looks so lovely, fresh and centered. From the tone of her comments, Kim is rising above Kyle’s toxic cloud of denial and nastiness.
I think Kyle can’t stand to see her sister happy and wants to snipe and cut Kim down. Kyle works hard to demean her own sister and this must come from a place of deep insecurity and jealousy. It’s almost like Kyle gaslights Kim because she can’t stand Kim’s genuine kindness and warmth. It sends Kyle off the deep end when Kim doesn’t agree to be the butt of her putdowns and snide digs. Doesn’t Kim know by now that she, the great and superior Kyle, is the ONLY one who should be in the spotlight?
Good thing Kyle was born so much later than Napoleon, otherwise psychology world would have been gushing about Kyle-complex rather than Napoleon-complex. Touche.

I dont think Kyle is a Bully. She is prob sick and tired of Kim’s Drinking problems and helping her out. The house that she referred to was the “family home”. and it was put into Kyle’s name because of a tax thing. So I would be upset with Kim too. She did not stick up for her sister in the very beginning of the show and just fought the duck billed taylor instead. Kim needs to grow up and get over the “i am a child star thing”.

Stop giving Kim a free pass. Feeling empathy for her shouldn’t be confused with enabling her arrested emotional development, child star entitlement and denial issues.

Kyle reminds me of my sister. Her jealousy has sabotaged my family and my relations with them. They all know how petty she is, yet cater to it for fear of her wrath.
I wonder if it’s the same in that family, too.
Kim needs a spine and self-confidence, while Kyle needs a colossal Bitch Slap. Or six.

I will say it does seem this cast of all of the housewives series did see their behavior on camera and realized how bad they looked & have made changes to their behavior.
I think Kyle had a rude awakening esp in light of how she talked to her sister and the whole Camille ordeal i think Kyle and Camille both realized they looked immature.
But that doesnt make for good tv so Im sure we will see more drama as always on the housewives series.
They need to tone down the drama though or it just seems ridiculous like the Real Housewives of Miami which i cant even watch because the drama is so manufactured. Not like it isnt on all the franchises but this one makes it so obvious that the editing takes everyones comments way out of text.
Camille’s cheap Jersey (her place of origin) witch face is so chock full of ‘fillers’ that she looks deformed. Her cheeks always look lumpy and the more she does that weird little quarter turn she loves to do, the worse the lumps look! (I swear DeeDee the BFF makeup b!tch is doing major sabotage on Camille. Her face looks like who she really is-an old bleached out anorexic hooker. I thought Dee Dee’s makeup was supposed to cover up all that!)
Taylor is not a far second behind Camille in terms of self-imposed facial deformity. It’ll probably get worse until Taylor finally fulfills her dream and she passes Camille for first place HW fug. She’ll do that during her separation from creepazoid bland ass boring Russell.
Foot Note: Dr. Paul ‘My Own Bad Plastic Surgery Nose is Melting’ Nassif. There should be an episode where he gets his visually disturbing ‘melted’ nose reconstructed, and Adrienne continues to be totally uninterested in him, deliberately tripping him on his way to his rotating watch display during the recovery phase.

Yeah, they are making a big mistake milking the episode. It was painful to watch and every time they bring it up makes me not want to watch the next season.
I was on the Kyle bandwagon before I saw her true colors. She shouldn’t tan because when she’s orange, she looks so much older and her skin looks like leather. I’m over the next season since they kept Taylor on. I think everyone will try to act in a way that they think will garner them the most fans and it be more fake than usual for a reality show.
