According to In Touch Weekly, while Angelina was walking in New Orleans with her family, she was wearing an item that makes every single good thing she does null and void. What was this mysterious item? A vial full of the blood of unicorns? A t-shirt that referenced a “puddle of HIV” perhaps? No! She was wearing expensive sunglasses, likely something that was sent to her free of charge:
For someone so outspoken about her nonchalance for fancy material items, Angelina Jolie’s sunglasses certainly beg to differ. Her Limited Edition Gold Collection Dolce & Gabbana frames are plated in 18-karat gold and cost $580! (Um, that could probably feed the refugees she just visited in Tunisia!).

They are special see-in-the-dark glasses which absorb sun light and then discharges it in the darkness of the bunker or panic room. Mine cost $35 but are battery operated with LED lights which are great for when I’m hiding under the steps eating grapes and Cheetos during a tornado watch. So, $580 for a light absorption pair is quite reasonable.
$580 is considered outrageous for a multi-millionaire?! I know regular people who don’t make a fraction of her income and think nothing of spending $250 for a nice pair of sunglasses. Just because there’s nothing else to pick on her about someone has to make a a fuss about her shades? Because we all know that there’s no other celebrity out there doing anything remotely interesting to focus on, right?

I think she would look fantastic if she put on a couple or five pounds, she’s probably all muscle and no fat. With her busy schedule and six young kids, she more than likely burns off a lot of calories every day. When my kids were young, I was underweight for my height and I didn’t work out or starve myself, I was just busy & active all day & night. I can only imagine how tired she must be at the end of every day!
In the linked photo she looks unhappy and unwell. Brad looks like he’s wearing a wax mask. They BOTH look bad but at least brad looks happy? She doesn’t.

Not a fan (him or her), but if they shell out MILLIONS of their PERSONAL income in aid/causes, who are we to judge if she wants to spend hundreds on a pair of average looking sunglasses? And that budget outfit might have costs hundreds as well (see the Katie Holmes post), but they can afford it. Funds aren’t being diverted, their children aren’t starving, and they are not in debt, so good for them for being able to pay thousands of dollars to look they’re worth a couple of hundred. ;^)
How much income did the wealthy PUBLISHERS and their families of this multi-million dollar rag give in charity this or any year? What does their wardrobe consist of? Donations, hand-me-downs, and re-sale? Doubtful.

I would have guessed gold plated sunglasses cost thousands. Just taking a look at most high end designer sunglasses in department stores, they can easily cost 300-400 for plastic ones. So I’d say 580 is worth it. It was most likely given for free anyways.
Maybe Angie is in a domestic violence situation who knows she has been looking different for some time and her outward attitude seem to have changed who knows what type of man Brad Pitt really is behind closed doors, last I heard he has started to pick out her clothes that’s a sure sign, always knocking her-up something he couldn’t do to his older ex wife Jennifer Aniston and he is much older than she is Brad is pushing 50.

As for the drug stuff: correct me if I’m wrong, but can’t you shoot heroin (or any other drug) into other veins BESIDES the ones in your arm? From what I’ve heard, celebs don’t want the public to notice track marks, so they shoot into their hip or their groin or whatever. Plus, she could always be snorting. To act like any of them are perfect is ridiculous. They all seem rather tainted to me, one way or another. I also agree with you (I think it was you who posted this) that Aniston has gotten herself a title in hollywood on a lot of hot air. Her movies suck, basically. But then again, I hate all of Jolie’s movies too. The only one I liked was Girl, Interrupted. And she was basically just as mentally ill offscreen as she was on, so who knows. She has worn these several times. Why it is a problem is silly. She makes her money like everyone else. Just because you care about the poor doesn’t mean you have to live like you don’t have money. Besides she and Brad are not asking anyone to give money. They give their money. When you earn a living you should be able to enjoy the benefits of that work.
Other celebs are flaunting themselves around every single day in shoes, purses, cars, and such. YET I don’t see articles about them. Nor do I see any mention of the ones that are not giving.
Why this is a story is obvious. It is Angie. No other reason. I really think if all she ever did in her life was walk around wearing expensive clothing and having a daily fashion show, or showing up at every single event or cause.. just to make an appearance she would not get that negative.

I used to have a VERY skinny friend (I got rid of all my skinny friends to make myself look better), and she had those veiny arms. It’s a skinny girl thing. Not all skinny girls have them, but many do. Sarah Jessica Parker and Madonna have them too.
Angie has always had the veins. It just seems not people that search for flaws have discovered them. Look back at any picture of her younger.. before she adopted Maddox, or now. They have always been there. She has them and before the people ragging on them really noticed it was never an issue. Why now. It in no way takes away from the fact that she is and will always be a beautiful woman. A woman in fact that has never claimed to be perfect or without flaws. In fact she has been vocal about them. Besides the man in her life does not seem to be bothered by them at all.
