Here are some new photos of Tori Spelling and a clean-shaven Dean McDermott on the beach yesterday. Tori wore a bikini and showed off her growing bump. Dean played with their kids. It was all a lovely photo shoot, and I think Tori is carrying really well, and this is maybe the best she’s looked in a few years. Pregnancy suits her – her face fills out, we’re not staring at her crazy bones, and people are more sympathetic to Tori when she’s pregnant. However, I don’t have any sympathy for what’s happening to her bolt-ons:
So, so, SO disgusting. I don’t understand how that doesn’t HURT. I don’t understand how you can just let that kind of thing “go”. Like, “Oh, I have to wax my eyebrows and shave my legs but I’ll put off doing something about THE ENORMOUS DENT IN MY CHEST.”
Now, back to her bump… I’m glad she looks healthy. And I hope her pregnancy is very healthy. She looks really good (except for the chest thing).

Couldn’t they inject something in there to lift that dent? With all the different fillers out there, it seems like you could get that fixed pretty easily. Looks healthy, though, and you can’t always say that about Tori.

Doesn’t Loni Anderson have the same odd dent in her cleavage? For the younger readers – she is an old girl who was once married to Burt Reynolds and was on TV. I am thinking that it just occurs in some people.
I always thought it was due to her fake boobs, but maybe it’s a sternum issue. Maybe her sternum is concave. Not much she could do about that. Prob looked worse BEFORE the fakes were bolted on.
@Eve, I feel the same way. I can usually find beauty in lots of people, but never her. Even w/her plastic surgery, it’s like her face is just a different kind of bad. Not better, just different. Poor girl. Growing up in such an image focused area. Must have been hard.

Seems like I read once that it is a deformity from nature. Not her boob job. The boob job was to minimize the dent.

@Kaiser, The dent is a congenital deformity of the sternum called pectus excavatum. I’m all for making fun of Tori for most things, but this is one thing that she can’t help. It has nothing to do with her breast implants, although the deformity is partially to blame for why the implants appear slightly skewed. There are surgical procedures that can correct pectus excavatum, but they are painful and difficult and generally performed in kids. Generally the surgery is not recommended unless the deformity interferes with the function of the organs posterior to the sternum such as the heart.

Yes, I don’t like when I’m bitchy about a person’s looks. Most of the time, we can find beauty on anyone and it does make us seem shallow when we say something like that about Spelling, but in all honesty, I’d rather being called shallow here than a liar (I feel someone may bring up the “when you don’t have anything nice to say…” quote, but sometimes these are the same people who bash others for no good reason as well).
She may have had that concave spot to begin with, but the weighty fakes + emaciation have exaggerated it. In fact, they’ve dragged her chest down so the concavity is now above rather than inbetween. Truly, it looks like very painful self-loathing.

It looks to me like she got implants that weren’t put under the muscle. Ones that are just inserted in a pocket that doesn’t have muscle to support it tend to droop and move. Under the muscle implants stay in place and look more natural. I would say hers have not only drooped from having a couple of kids….but from a botched healing process after she got them.
I think she’s kind of cute when you watch her show and see her mannerisms and personality. Not a beauty queen by any stretch but cute.
Her dented boob seems to have a life of it’s own. It has to be a medical condition, otherwise she would have sorted this out a while aback.

@ geekchic – yep, that’s pectus excavatum for sure. I think Tori may have some general bone growth disorder which is why her face is so strange. She was probably advised to get the implants to try to hide it without having the more painful surgery. Unfortunately though they draw attention to the dent, especially now that they’re sagging a bit.

Re : Tori’s looks – I think her face distracts because she has tried to move it so far away from how she looked originally. Changing the nose, changing a bunch of things, changing the hair color. Everything screams “no, I want to go back to where I was before”.
Maybe the chest dent is like her nose: too many procedures done in too short a time so it can’t be fixed.

If it’s something she was born with and can’t fix, that stinks. However, adding the bolt ons and constantly wearing very low cut stuff, that she can help.
She looks great with the extra weight.. her face really looks better when she’s heavier.
I wonder whether she’s in a place at this point where she doesn’t care. I’m all for folks who have plastic surgery and realize it was a mistake NOT compounding the issue by having more. And certainly not these days, where she’s been having a kid every couple of years. I guess I almost sort of respect her for just living with it at this point.

Sorry but some remarks are harsh here.
Firs,t she or a part of her, is not disgusting, that is too strong I think.
Second, it’s not karma that gave her that face because of the cheating. I think you can’t always take the high road, because sometimes life puts you on the denty road.
She looks healthy. If the dent is a birth defect as stated above, then good for her that she can parade around like that. Me, I have stretch marks, and wear a bathing suit that covers them up.
I have a massive scar on my right elbow due to a serious car accident. Despite several cosmetic surgeries, the scar is still very prominent, and uncomfortable-looking.
According to the logic of some the posters here,and the main blogger as well, I should spend the rest of my days wearing long sleeved shirts so as not to gross others out. Tori should spend the rest of her life in turtlenecks so all the sensitive, little people don’t have to be exposed to her “ugly dent”.
There are some things you can’t help, and scars and deformities are definitely at the top of the list. I’ve learned to live with this scar, and it seems Tori has learned to live with her chest. It’s sad that some people are so very shallow.
Forget the dent and bump…I want one of those big chocolate chip cookies the kids are holding!! (…at least that’s what they look like…)
I know people who are born with a dented chest, when it’s a guy it doesn’t matter but for girls it’s a different story. There is nothing she can do about it because I’m sure she would have done it by now.

I also think that your situation and hers are much different. You wearing a short sleeve t-shirt around town when it’s warm is much different than her flaunting her boobs in a barely there bikini in front of paparrazi when she knows the world will see (and judge) the enormous, ugly dent. She could just as well wear a swimsuit with a little more coverage. She knows the deal, she has grown up in the spotlight.
She has the right to show her goods (or not-so-goods) to the world. And we have the right to comment on said goods on a website devoted to just that.
She HAS to know that it looks bad, right? I was an avid 90210 watcher in the 90’s and I don’t remember the “dent” being THAT bad. And she wore bikini’s a lot on that show. Something is wrong with her implants.

I knew a girl who had a dent in her chest but no implants. The implants probably accentuate it… I think it’s just a birth thing…

My vote is, Not That Bad – because I’m used to seeing her like this.
I never thought much about why she has this dent, until I watched a plastic surgery documentary. Now I think maybe it’s because she chose implants that are too big in size and weight for her body – as in, she probably didn’t have enough body fat and breast tissue to begin with. Over time, gravity just does its work.
But Tori does look like she’s having a healthy pregnancy, which is all that matters.

You know what? Sometimes people just marry the wrong person the first time around. They seem to have found their “fit” in this marriage and seem pretty devoted and in love. His first wife kinda seemed like a bee-youch and probably nagged him about his lack of direction, etc. Tori seems to be very supportive of him, and she of him. You guys are all morons. That dent in her chest is due to pectus excavatum. It’s a relatively common skeletal variation of the sternum. Don’t be such pricks.
