Zara Phillips & Mike Tindall’s Scottish wedding: the gown, the hats, the love

zara1

Zara Phillips and Mike Tindall went through with it! And there were no “Princess Charlene” moment where the bride attempted to flee to another country in tears. Thank God. The bride wore a gown by Stewart Parvin – exposed arms! NOES! That’s so not royal, but I guess they made an exception for Zara. Maybe because she’s not a princess and because the whole wedding took place in Scotland, not Westminster or something? Perhaps. Here’s more about the wedding:

Zara Phillips, Prince William’s cousin who is 13th in line to the throne, and Mike Tindall, captain of England’s rugby team, were married on a glorious, sunny day in historic Edinburgh Saturday.

The 3 p.m. ceremony took place at Canongate Kirk, a small Church of Scotland venue where the Queen worships when she stays in Edinburgh. The modest church dates back to 1688.

The bride made her arrival at a fashionably late six minutes past the hour in an ivory silk and duchess satin gown by Stewart Parvin – the personal couturier to the Queen – and a silk tulle cathedral veil. She carried a huge bouquet of cream-colored flowers and accessorized with Jimmy Choo shoes and a tiara on loan from Princess Anne. Tindall wore a suit adorned with coattails and a light grey stripe on the trouser legs.

Guests began arriving at 1 p.m. via private coach bus, and the women were resplendent with colorful hats and fancy fascinators.

Princess Beatrice was among the first guests to arrive, wearing a turquoise hat with matching floral dress. Prince William and wife Kate (who wore a cream suit and matching hat) pulled up right afterwards in a black Jaguar. Princess Anne and her husband Tim Laurence followed and then another car brought Prince Charles and Camilla, also dressed in cream.

The guests posed for the throngs of people lining the narrow cobblestone streets, while Queen Elizabeth, in a dignified peach dress and hat, and Prince Phillip smiled to the crowd upon their arrival.

At the bride’s request, the Gordonstoun Chamber Choir – the student chorus from the Scottish private school she attended – sang at the ceremony, performing the “Gaelic Blessing” and then “Amazing Grace” at the signing of the register.

The reception will be held at the Palace of Holyroodhouse, the Queen’s residence not far from the church. Zara spent many school holidays visiting her grandmother there. The use of the venue (which is being closed to the public for five days) is valued at an estimated $60,000. It will cost a reported $800,000 to police the wedding, and marksmen are expected at vantage points to protect the royal guests.

With guests expected to number no more than 300, the couple looked forward to a private, family affair. “My wedding will be nothing like Kate and William’s. For a start, there won’t be anywhere near as many people. It will be a lot smaller, just close family and friends. Kate and William’s wedding was amazing but ours will be very different,” Phillips told Hello Magazine.

[From People]

As you can see from the photos, Duchess Kate recycled outfits for both the pre-wedding party (in green Diane Von Furstenburg) and for the wedding (a suit that Kate first wore in 2006). Any thoughts on Kate wearing such a light color to another woman’s wedding? Eh. Are the rules different in the UK? Because I would never wear something so light to a wedding. Of course, I can’t pull off these kinds of hats either.

PS… I love the Queen in pink. She looks so cute!

Congrats to the non-royal royals! They look happy and the queen looks sweet.
I like Wills & Kate for kind of being low-key and not taking attention away from the bride & groom.

  2. CooCooCatchoo says:

I’m digging Kate’s shoes. Other than that, everyone else looks meh.

  3. Kiki says:

The Queen looks so happy! I had read before that Zara was her favorite grandchild. I wonder if that’s true.

  4. texasmom says:

Whoa! Wills and Kate look like giants next to Charles and Camilla!

Even if Zara is the Queen’s favorite, I imagine she has a special connection to William, since she, Charles and William are all in the same boat of eventually being stuck on the throne.

  5. Ashley Temple says:

    I LOVE WAITY IN GREEN!!

  6. Kimble says:

There were a lot of people in pastels so I don’t think Kate’s cream was inappropriate – a white dress would have been a bit naff though!

Zara has a banging bod in that dress, but I hated the hem – it looks like it was made for someone else and then a bit added on to make it long enough for her!

  7. Rita says:

They look like very normal people. That’s a good thing.

    Morning ladies.

  8. Máiread says:

I feel horrible for saying this, but I’m a little disappointed in the frock. I was expecting some fabulous, architectural, almost avant-garde piece of amazingness and this is pretty, but a little princessey. But she looks lovely and still quite modern.

On the colours to the wedding – creams and pastels are more than acceptable here. Even outfits with a lot of ivory or white in them (eg like a black and white suit or something, just so long as it’s not wedding dress-like)

I must say i really like Camilla’s outfit. I love her mental taste in hats 🙂

  9. Alix says:

@texasmom: Zara has about as much chance of sitting on the throne as I do, actually.
    @ashley: DITTO! Love the color!

Even Beatrice (not shown here) looked pretty good, though her hat resembled a mini satellite dish.

  10. gee says:

A lot of them wore cream. I get a kick out of british wedding attendees… it’s either demure suits or whore. No whore pics here but on some other websites, Wowza.

  11. The Original Ashley says:

Waity and Willy are so miserable looking compared to Zara and Mike. Look at how cute and happy they are. Even their wedding picture is lovely (and not those horrible staged Royal photos).

I’m not a fan of the dress but Zara’s not exactly a girly girl. Judging by the look and the fact that the Queen’s designer made it leads me to believe she went basic and wasn’t particularly into the design. The sleeves look like they were tacked on to a sleeveless dress, and the 3 inch hem is not great. The fabric looks cheap. But she looks so happy, meh, who cares.

As for Waity’s outfit, brocade and the exact same pumps as Camilla? sad. Always dressing like a 50 year old. What kind of 30 year old wears BROCADE. Style icon my foot.

  12. Laughternrain says:

Zara’s wedding dress looks awful! Its so plain. Looks like a sewn up silk nightie. Absolutely dreadful. Nowhere near as beautiful as Kate’s wedding dress. Speaking of whom, I love her outfit here, bar the granny shoes.

  13. Miss Marie says:

The bride’s fat, upper arms(they aren’t muscular) is bothersome. She is athletic yet those are flabby ones – she should have covered up her bat wings.

  14. Jane says:

Well, I guess I need to crack an etiquette book or something, because I never heard of the rule you shouldn’t wear anything light colored to a wedding. I have heard you shouldn’t wear white or black.

Since Kate and William married I have read in the UK cream colored clothing is not only fine, but evidently your bridal attendant can also be in white. Remember Pippa? They do things differently over there and I don’t see a problem with it.

I think Zara looks beautiful. I wonder where the tiara came from, maybe Granny?

The Queen does look good in that color and in a tailored ensemble. Much better than the big flowered mess she had on when viewing Kate’s wedding gown on exhibit.

I also don’t have a problem that Kate wears her clothes and shoes more than once in public. It is stupid not to do so considering the cost involved. I admire her for not letting “them” (whoever they are) influence her instincts not to be a slave to whatever “they” think it appropriate.

  15. Hautie says:

I believe I read yesterday, that Kate wore this exact outfit to Camilla’s daughter wedding… in 2006. So I don’t see the problem with her using it for this wedding.

But had she wore anything bright, everyone would have screamed she was trying to out shine Zara. So Kate really can’t win. I think she looks lovely.

Plus I see the Queen has wore another dazzling broach. Seriously, I love to get a peek at her collection.

  16. LadyJane says:

NO, the rules are not different in the UK. I think it is tacky to wear white, cream, off white etc to a wedding. Unless you are the bride of course. There is an entire colour spectrum out there to chose from, and I think it is disrespectful to chose white/off white/cream (women do get married in white/cream suits and I think Kate’s does look bridal). So there. I think Waity still wants the attention on her. Zara looks lovely.

  17. LadyJane says:

Also eyebrows WERE raised here in the UK about Pippa’s white dress at Waity’s wedding. Tacky.

  18. Call Me Al says:

I love Zara’s tulle sleeves on the wedding dress. and kate’s hat is to die for.

  19. bluhare says:

I love these two and they look so happy. This wasn’t a royal wedding; it was private other than the guest list had a lot of royals on it. Oh, and Zara’s tiara (there’s a limerick in there somewhere) was borrowed from her mom.

And I don’t get all the hoo ha over Kate’s outfit. It’s biscuit colored (the cookie kind of biscuits, ladies!!), not cream. I think she looks nice, other than the hat. But she sure as heck has done wonders for wearing nude pumps/court shoes!

  20. JulieM says:

The dress is plain but Zara is not, as Original Ashley said, a girly girl. So it sort of suits her. I don’t think it fits very well, either. But there is one thing that no one can deny; when Zara and Mike look at each other, you can see the love between them. You just do not see that between Waity and Wills, no matter how much the tabloids and fan girls want to make it so. They look like they are in a business relationship. Waity looks old and worn out; there’s just no getting around it.

  21. the original bellaluna says:

Aren’t the flowers supposed to be on the OUTSIDE of the hat? (Or is that just my gauche “American-ness” showing?) 😉

I think they look very happy; congrats to them!

I got married in a cream dress – there was no mistaking I was the bride – but I still don’t think I would have liked other women showing up in cream outfits. However, since I got married on the beach, with only very close friends and family, it wasn’t an issue.

    Mornin All! *waves*

  22. Zoe says:

I am feeling the love… just not seeing it between Wills and Kate! They certainly don’t look anything like Mike and Zara do that day. Ah, welcome to marriage ;p

  23. Koolkitty says:

Aww, they look so happy! I am loving the bouquet, it looks traditional yet a fresh picked feel to it.

  24. khaveman says:

I think the dress and tiara suit her personality (no pomp and circumstance). Lovely bouquet. My favorite was Eugenie. Gorgeous color on her. Beatrice gets most improved after the travesty of an outfit she wore to Kate and William’s wedding. Camilla’s freaky hat is awful. And she needs a new necklace.

  25. serena says:

I love Kate light dress not so much the green one.

  26. Amy says:

They look so happy! Congrats to the couple. I like the top part of Zara’s dress but the bottom is kind of meh and I am not a fan of huge, fussy veils. But she looks so happy which is great.

I liked that Kate recycled outfits she had already worn–if she had worn something new the media would have been all over it when the focus should be on Zara and not Kate. Also I read somewhere Kate also wore a dress underneath the coat that she had previously worn to some book signing with her sister Pippa sometime in 2007.

  27. Lushus L. says:

    Was Fergie snubbed yet again?

  28. elizabeth says:

    Question :
Where was Mark Phillips, Zara’s father? Didn’t he walk her down the aisle??

  29. Lady D says:

Rumour has it, Zara is a world-class equestrian competitor.
Willian’s shoes in his second last picture. Holy scuff city Batman. It looks like he has been wearing those shoes for a long time. The heel is wearing out.

  30. Jen34 says:

Shockingly, both the Queen and Camilla look great. The bride and groom look terrific, too.

  31. Mr. Greek says:

Damn, ya just gotta luvs the British birds and their wacky, tacky, yet slap happy taste in hats by Dr. Seuss. Camilla’s hat looks like she plucked a hankerin’ of weeds and willows from a nature reserve, and weightless Katie’s hat is really a satellite dish (she struck a deal with the BBC to secretly transmit images from inside the church). And Kate wearin’ that old lady brocade thang? No, dear…nah nah nah…me thinks her getup was the former reception room curtains at Clarence House.

And, WOOZA! Zara is certainly one busty gal! To me, her dress is meh…but as stated, she’s a horse-horse woman, so there ya go.

You know, there’s more charisma and sparkle with Zara than there is with boring Kate…I just don’t get the fascination with this skeletor creature.

And the Queen! Awwww, she dresses like my beloved late Nana (Gran) did…all old lady tea cozy like…bless the Queen’s bossumy heart.

I always get the impression that Camilla would be a blast and a half to be at a party with…she looks like she could really knock the drinks back and get loud and raunchy. What a dame!

  32. Mr. Greek says:

    From the contained article:

“…and the women were resplendent with colourful hats and fancy fascinators.”

Fancy Fascinators!? WTH is a fancy fascinator? That just sounds rude on so many levels.

Interesting mix at the reception: on the one side, the Royal family, and on the other a bunch of English football testosterone fueled chaps.

    Pass the canapes.

  33. Kara Ann says:

I love the “headware” at the royal/Engish weddings/parties/whatevers!
I think it’s fun and a great chance to accessorize. I don’t know that I would want to have to do it myself but I adore watching the choices!

  34. Jane says:

Well, whether it raised eyebrows or not in the UK for Pippa to be in white, it obviously was OK by Kate and she is the bride. I think that is all that really mattered.

I never thought Pippa stole Kate’s spotlight at all, unless you want to count the fact that her figure looked great in that particular cut of dress. I just don’t see how anyone in a light colored dress can steal the bride’s thunder considering the characteristics of the average bridal gown. But then again, when I go to a wedding I not that interested in what anyone else is wearing other than the bride and the bridal party.

  35. KLO says:

the bride and groom look like a couple who has awesome sex. Just sayin. 😀

  36. Mr. Greek says:

Hey? In the pic with Charles and Camilla next to Weightless Kate and Wills, does anyone else think Kate resembles Delta Burke – in this pic?

When I die and reincarnate, I wanna come back as an eccentric, batshit crazy British upper crust lady, so I can wear me some over-the-top craaazy hats and obstruct everyone’s view and piss em’ all off!

    …or maybe not.

  37. Anonymous says:

did anyone see pictures of her in the same coat from 2006?? it fit her properly then, and she looked fine, but now the arm part looks so saggy and big =(

i think its great that she’s inspiring young girls to dress classier and such, but she’s a double edged sword. unfortunately, she’s also sending the message that to be classy and “royal” you’ve got to be at least 20 pounds under weight.

also on a side note, why is there always so much distance between her and will?? they always keep at least 2 feet of distance between them… is this some sort of royal protocol or something? they come off so detached and … frigid

  38. Dingles says:

In what world is a beige coat and matching giant hat considered bridal, or even remotely approaching bridal? There is nothing wrong with Kate’s outfit. And the custom is that no one but the bride should wear white, not light colors in general.

  39. JulieM says:

Small and possibly meaningless point but I just noticed something. While William refused to wear a wedding ring, Mike does not appear to have any problem with it.

Mr. Greek: I’ve gotten the same impression about Camilla, that she would be fun to party with. She actually has a rather husky, sexy voice. I believe that she has quit smoking, which may have contributed to that. Charles should have married her to begin with.

  40. Amanda says:

Kate’s hair is so gorgeous. Major hair jealousy here.

  41. dovesgate says:

I think the general rule is that no one but the bride should be in white (or if she’s choosing a certain color like pink, cream, ivory, etc.) and you don’t wear black unless you are widowed or protesting the marriage but there are exceptions. When my brother got married, they chose black as one of their weddings colors and put out the word for the family members to wear black. So we did. The majority of family members were in black or in outfits where black made up at least half. It made for some pretty cool looking pictures.

  42. mimi says:

Zara and her groom look so happy and in love.

I don’t think it’s appropriate- not only to wear cream to a wedding, but also, the hat is begging for attention and too striking.

How old is Zara and her new hubby anyways?

  43. bluhare says:

Personally, I wouldn’t care what guests wore to a wedding. I think women get a bit too fired up over the bride thing, I really do, but then this is someone who got married at city hall in a dress she’d worn before (although it was white).

  44. Andie B says:

Zara looked lovely and so happy. The Queen looked adorable. I think brocade is OK on a 30 year old if she is a Duchess. I know I shouldn’t speculate, but Kate does look a bit peaky. Maybe there is already a bun in the oven.

  45. taxi says:

In the UK, bridal attendants wear the same color as the bride, who’s usually in white-ivory-cream. Everything else pastel is fine for guests to wear.

  46. imqrious2 says:

If you look closely (here and on other sites) you will see that Kate’s coat is actually a pale gold brocade. And while I agree someone needs to hand that woman a sandwich (and a big one at that!), I think she always looks gorgeous.

    LOVE her hair!!

  47. L says:

The no black at weddings thing is pretty out of date for the most part. The only exceptions I can think of is morning weddings or a summer wedding. But pretty much every afternoon/evening wedding I’ve been to has had 90% of the women in black.

And I agree with others-on most of the other sites Kate’s coat is a very pale yellow-so nothing to get into a tizzy about. Also her hat is pretty tame compared to what some of the other ladies were wearing (not seen here but you can see them on hello’s website.) The crazy hats are expected at royal weddings, and Kate’s is actually pretty plain

  48. Prunella says:

I like that Kate recycled her outfits. Keeps the attention off of her and on the bride.

  49. Seal Team 6 says:

How wonderful! Congrats to them.Bride and groom looked terrific.

And kudos to Kate for recycling outfits, especially in the economy the world is having to deal with.

Even here, I see people wearing light colors to Summer weddings. As long as it isn’t white, it’s not a big deal (and I live in a part of the country where weddings can be VERY big on formality and protocol), and Kate’s outfit is also patterned. Someone else behind her is wearing a suit or dress even lighter.

  50. Scarlet Vixen says:

Is it just me, or does Zara’s dress look really budget? the material looks so cheap to me, and the seams look bunchy in places. And in the profile pic it looks way too big in the bust. I know she’s a bit of a tomboy and maybe it’s just the pics, but the dress looks like it cost $99 at a David’s Bridal sale.

She and the groom looks really happy, tho.

  51. dj says:

Zara has an incredible figure! Congratulations to the happy couple.

  52. Charlotte says:

I think it’s great that Kate recycles her clothes – she’s not wasting money by wearing stuff only once. Zara has grown into a lovely young woman.

  53. Madison says:

elizabeth, I saw a couple of pictures on Dailymail of Mark Phillips. One picture was with Zara I guess right before he walked her down the aisle and the other picture was with Princess Anne and the groom’s parents.

Interestingly enough, the Dailymail had a picture of Andrew Parker-Bowles at the wedding. I wonder who he is friends with to be invited to the wedding. He must be connected in some way other than being the ex-husband of Duchess of Cornwall. If not, wow, I hope Fergie doesn’t find out!!

  54. L says:

Wasn’t andrew parker bowles in the same army unit as Mark Phillips or something like that?

  55. Princess Lizabeth says:

Her Majesty does look adorable, doesn’t she? She reminds me of my Nana too, Mr. Greek. And, I agree that Camilla looks like she’d be a hoot to hang out with!

  56. Sumodo1 says:

Was Fergie left out of this wedding, too?

  57. Anonymous says:

The Queen outshines every single person, every single time.

  58. Madison says:

L, I was too wondering whether or not there was a connection between Andrew Parker-Bowles and Mark Phillips. There could be. I was curious though and I did some searching just now and found some articles that indicate the connection is between Princess Anne and Andrew P-B. In fact, one article said that there are rumors that the two have been more than friends in recent years. Interesting. It also said though that he is the main trustee of Zara’s trust fund. Still, color me suprised at the talk of him and Anne.

  59. Bit of Nonsense from London says:

It’s completely inappropriate for Kate to wear that light colour to another woman’s wedding. In answer to your query, rules are not different in the UK, Kaiser. Kate usually gets it right, but this time it screams in quite a guache way “look at ME”.

  60. Moe says:

Such is the sad state of affairs of the royal family (and English arsitocracy in general) that they have resorted to marrying rugby players, ex trolley dolly daughters and what have you. They are not any different than us common folk *sniff*

I have to praise Mike Tindall though, he’s not an attention-seeker nor a social climber unlike those Middleton trash. He seems like a genuine person, so +1 for him.

  61. Moe says:

Kate seems to have that ability to look for the exact spot where the camera is and flash her pearly whites. Bravo!!

    And one last thing –

“Well, whether it raised eyebrows or not in the UK for Pippa to be in white, it obviously was OK by Kate and she is the bride. I think that is all that really mattered.”

I don’t care for the color of the dress really, but the fact that Kate gave the GO signal for a tacky-looking and certainly not Royal Wedding-appropriate dress just showed how much class she has.

  62. DethHammer says:

I love the fascinators! If I ever get married, I’ll let people wear whatever crazy hat and outfit they want, and for my reception, I’ll be wearing an actual radar dish!

  63. Phil says:

The bride looks very masculine. I mean, which one is the rugby player? It would have been better if the bride had covered her arms. At least she could have made an effort to look feminine.

Their children, if she wants any, will have good dna. Hopefully they have boys.

  64. jess says:

Holy guacamole! Kate’s heavy handed with her whore makeup once again. She’s wearing CURTAINS for a coat. There is nothing stylish about her. She’s dressing for what she thinks a “Duchess” should be wearing. I keep reading articles lately about her not taking a wrong step. Well, people, she has had a decade to prepare.

Does anyone else notice that while the others appear to be natural, Kate’s eyes always wander to the cameras. She then smiles. Look at pictures pre-wedding as well. This girl loved the attention. There is not much difference with her and the likes of the fake celebrities like Paris Hilton etc.

  65. sandy says:

The bride and groom look really happy and in love. Her wedding dress isn’t great fashion wise but Zara looks like she doesn’t care anyway and most importantly she looks happy. Kate’s getting boring day by day, there’s nothing to comment other than how she wore some outfits twice….no interesting jokes or actions to talk about nothing at all. Imagine 10 years from now, how dull she would be if she continues in the same vein. The outfit Kate is wearing looks like she stole someone’s sofa and made a dress of it, so I guess its okay to wear that color for a wedding, as long as it looks like its made from curtains and couches.

  66. Carolyn says:

Love it love it love it Zara & Mike look so happy. The Queen never smiles at anyone….Zara has long been a favourite. Thanks CB.

  67. Vickyb says:

‘Tindall wore a suit adorned with coattails and a light grey stripe on the trouser legs’

People magazine, that is a very round-the-houses way of describing what us Brits would describe as the ‘the grooms wore tails’!!!

I only want to say – why were there so many satellite dishes for hats?! Boring, and ridiculously difficult to talk to half the people around you!! The Countess of Wessex (Edward’s wife, it won’t let me post a link) was wearing one too , and Beatrice was wearing the toddler version.

  68. Sloane Wyatt says:

Zara borrowed her tiara from Auntie Ann, and along with her simple and clean wedding gown, looked beautiful and glowing with happiness!

    Rock on Happy Couple!

  69. L says:

@moe Actually white is pretty common at royal weddings for bridesmaids-see Diana, Fergie, Crown princess victoria from sweden, the crown prince from norway, lady sarah chatto’s and a whole slew of other minor counts/countesses heck even princess anne.

If anything they were following the trend.

  70. foozy says:

mega congrats to the happy couple. love them!

  71. Hanh says:

Mike and Zara make a far better royal couple. They look happy and relaxed, not stressed out and painfully thin. I love them. I think she looks great in that dress and she obviously loves it. She’s a horse rider so I’m guessing her strength is mostly in her legs, not her arms.

Ugh, don’t like waity’s outfits. The green one is atrocious and makes her look painfully thin. The coat at least gives her some coating over the bones. And she has put on WAY TOO MUCH eye liner. She has an addiction to it.

I see nothing wrong with Pippa wearing white. I don’t think its tacky at all. I think it looked great to match with the flower girls who were also wearing white.

  72. kg says:

She had on a white dress under the “biscuit” colored coat. I don’t know, to me I personally think it is tacky.

  73. Stubbylove says:

I love how Camilla is always smiling so HUGE – like, “everyone hates me so I have to act extra happy or they’re going to throw shit at me!”.

  74. P.J. says:

As a future queen, Kate is not supposed to look like movie stars who dress like hookers.

I think it’s amazing how she manages to look stylish and beautiful without massive amounts of skin on display. And she still has her original nose and lips!

  75. Kellie says:

@ Jess, I agree. Kate ALWAYS finds the camera.

  76. eternalcanadian says:

I love that first picture of Mike and Zara! It’s so beautiful and they look so happy!

Oh, oh, and the biggest thing for me was Mike is wearing a wedding ring!!! William should take a cue from guys like Mike regarding the mutual wearing of wedding rings. Kudos to Mike!

I have to admit I was disappointed with Zara’s wedding dress. The top was nice, but the bottom was not. The satin trim made it look like the dress was too short so they quickly added a hem, if that makes any sense.

The tiara is gorgeous–so simple and classic–and Zara borrowed it from her mummy who wears it a lot. It looked lovely with the veil. Just wish the dress had more sparkle or “wow” to it.

I also love Zara’s makeup–Catherine are you taking notes here per the black eyeliner???

Strangely the Queen looked way happier at this wedding than at William and Catherine’s wedding. Was that because it was truly a family/friends only wedding and not a wedding where one was obliged to invite heads of states and other royals and put up a poker face?

The Queen also looked much better at this wedding with her lovely peach outfit! Much better than the bright yellow one she wore to William and Catherine’s wedding.

I seem to be saying Mike and Zara’s wedding was better than William and Catherine’s. Maybe it was. I noticed Beatrice’s boyfriend was invited to this wedding. He wasn’t to the “other wedding” even though he’s been with Beatrice for years. And whoa, Beatrice and Eugenie actually looked pretty good. No arcade game clothes or hats(I wanted to lob balls through Beatrice’s infamous eBay hat). Everyone at this wedding just seemed so happy and relaxed, unlike at William and Catherine’s wedding.

I have to admit Catherine’s hat is pretty nice, but her outfit was a huge bore. She looks so orange too! She needs to lay off the tanning. Zara is tanned too, but hers is a nice natural tan.
