This is just a little Linnocent post to get us going this damp Tuesday morning. Is it damp where you are? I’m nearly flooded out. So from rain-soaked sobriety to vodka-soaked crackheads, here’s some Linnocent. Radar reports that while Linnocent has been keeping up with her court-ordered shoplifting classes, she’s only done 45 hours of her court-ordered 360 hours of community service. Her next court date is in October, where I’m sure the judge will roll her eyes and wag her finger at the poor crackhead.
Lindsay Lohan has been taking her court-ordered shoplifting alternative classes, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.
But, although Lindsay has been taking the shoplifting classes, she has yet to make a significant dent in her whopping 360 hours of court-ordered community service at the Downtown Women’s Center.
“Lindsay has completed around 45 hours of her service at the women’s shelter,” a source close to the actress tells RadarOnline.com. “Lindsay does have a full year to comply with all terms of her community service.”
Lindsay also has to do 100 hours at the Los Angeles County morgue. “Lindsay is dreading that aspect the most,” the insider says.
Lindsay must appear in front of Judge Stephanie Sautner on October 19 for a progress report.
And, despite reports that indicate it’s a done deal, Lohan’s publicist Steve Honig tells RadarOnline.com that Lindsay still hasn’t officially signed on to be part of the upcoming John Gotti biopic. “Hopefully Lindsay will be signed on very soon,” Honig says.

So, Linnocent is barely working, she’s partying all of the time, she’s always trying to hustle her way into any party or gig, but she still hasn’t found the time to really begin her community service. What did you think was going to happen?
Also, did you hear about this Mena Suvari thing? Believe it or not, I’m not entirely against Linnocent on this issue. Mena and Dania Rameriez made a parody song and music video called “Ass and Titties” which mocks Linnocent, Kim Kardashian, Lady Gaga and Nicki Minaj. Here’s the video, which is NSFW, lyrically and visually.
Now… I “get” the parody, and sure, it’s fine. It seems like Eminem, I guess. But while Dania has a career, Mena really doesn’t. Sure, both Mena and Daria are working consistently (which is more than we can say for Linnocent), but this seems like a stunt they did just get more attention, which is basically the same thing they’re accusing Linnocent of. By the way, Linnocent hates this. She isn’t suing yet, though. She told TMZ that the parody video is “pathetic” for “spotlighting her much-publicized misfortunes” (TMZ’s words). Linnocent also thinks that “Mena and Dania are using her to stay relevant” but she won’t sue because she considers Mena and Daria’s conduct to be “petty”.

Hey girl, it’s raining here too! As for the parody video… Well, to be honest, it’s just not that funny. I mean, I get it. But, it’s not like they’re telling any jokes I haven’t heard a million times before.
Also, I’m not sure why they’re making fun of Nicki Minaj and Lady Gaga for being wannabe celebs. There are plenty of things to mock about those two, but status isn’t one of them. Annoying though they may be, they both have discernible skills and are much bigger names than Dania and Mena.
For someone who shops constantly and spends an absurd amount of money on clothes, you’d think she could put together a better outfit than this garage-sale special.

It’s easy – Pitbull has money. These women do not. Lindsey could waste her time and money suing them to get money but since they don’t have any, its just a waste. If she sues Pitbull, his lawyers may just pay her off to get her off his back.
She needs Pitbull’s money to offer a bribe to the shelter and the morgue employees to say she did her community service.
That’s eight weeks of my normal working hours. Crackalicious could have managed to fit that in the time since the court order was given, seeing as she doesn’t have anything else to do.

I think the shoplifting class alternative is instead of your usual paper or plastic it is pocket or purse. I am with every one else on who the hell dresses her and those god awful shoes. I am from TN and we are Big Orange but even those shoes are pathetic. She only sues big names like someone else said because usually they will offer up something to just go away like E trade I think settled so she would go on. The court battle cost more than the actual settlement. I really think someone needs to do a 5150 on her soon as she is really a head case.

Are any of us truly shocked at this CS report? I’m not. So as of July 21st, she had completed a mere 33 hours of CS. Now were up to 45. What I’d like to know is WHEN she did the 12 additional hours. I’m sorry, I just don’t buy it. Radar’s report is full of inaccuracies. She has to do 120 hours at the morgue, not 100. Also, Radar said, “Lindsay Lohan has been taking her court-ordered shoplifting alternative classes”. I thought these ‘shoplifting classes’ consisted of 2 ONLINE classes, thats it. Which of course, Eleanor or Ali is doing, not Blohan. I can’t wait till Oct. 19th for that ‘progress report’ cuz I would NOT be shocked if her CS report said she’s done just the 33 hours and hasn’t done 1 hour more.

I’m not being delusional. Lindsay has until NEXT year to complete her Community Service and the Judge can’t find her in violation until then. She is wisely doing her shoplifting classes because she only has until october to complete otehrwise she will be found in violation.
Even if she goes to jail it will be next year and the Judge can only give her a year max(she would serve a month if that) and then she would have no more probation as her DUI probation expires on 11/11/2011 😀
Mena Suvari has no career due to her lack of talent. Wooden acting is no skill. And please don’t bring up American Beauty either-any other actress out there could do what she did.

I’m with you. This Oct. court date will just be COMPLETION of shoplifters alternative and PROGRESS on psychological counseling and CS. Blohan still has until April to finish her CS, so other than a verbal slap, nothing is going to happen to her. Unless probation knows something we don’t, of course it doesn’t matter cuz probation has tried to violate her everytime she appears in court and these idiotic judges keep shooting them down. BUT I also think your correct that the judge is not going to accept any excuse come April when the CS is to be completed.

Why does she make herself look like such a hag? She’s very pale, possibly as pale and freckled as I am (unless she’s fake tanning). Going so blonde is NOT flattering, because there’s no depth, no dimension, to her features. If you’re not naturally that pale a blonde and you are a pale, it’s a ‘don’t”.
She needs a makeover. Softer, darker hair or going back to her natural shade, not being such a drunk.
Oh, and she is a great testament to how hard booze is on a woman’s face. It’s harder on women than men.

@jc126, as a very recent bleached blonde, I see exactly what’s wrong with her hair – her ROOTS are over-bleached! A friend who’s a hairdresser told me that a little bit of root showing adds depth. I personally like the look of ultra-blonde hair with roots, and it’s very “in” now (Gwyneth, Jessica Simpson… throw a rock and hit a Hollywood blonde with roots). Lindsay is apparently attempting to look like she’s “up” on her grooming, but instead she has white roots and yellow ends. Throw some toner on those roots, girl!

So, when was her last court date again? Because at the rate she’s going (12 hours of CS per MONTH) Linnocent’s not going to have all those hours done by April of 2012. Hell, maybe not even by April of 2013. Or 2014.
In fact, here’s a little crackmatic for everyone: 12 hours x 12 months = 144 hours CS served per YEAR. 460 hours of CS (court ordered) – 45 (amount currently served) = 415 hours to go. 415 hours / 144 hours per year = 2.88 something.
So Linnocent should be finished serving her Court Ordered CS around…summer (mid) 2014. Which is a little over 2 YEARS too late.

@ Innocent What I don’t understand about your posts is that you DO understand that she has broken the law, yet this is OK with you, as is Lindsay’s dereliction of her probation terms……for why? What reason? Are you on probation and living vicariously through her? I do not understand how you can on the one hand know and agree that she has done the crimes, but yet you don’t see any reason why she should be contrite or at least abiding by the terms set by the judge?

Anyway obviously Lindsay would get more then a month in jail. What i meant was the maximum Judge Sautner can give her for misdemeanor grand theft is 1 year in jail and due to overcrowding and good behavior the maximum she would serve is 48 days and then be COMPLETELY FREE :D.
Ugh, glad to know Innocent is not Dina and works for the Corrections division of the Los Angeles Sheriffs who run the jails here. How do you know EXACTLY how many days Blohan would get behind bars? Your not making educated guesses but stating factually.

The judge will tell her to step up her CS..she will sit there with her smug F-off face and completely ignore him until a month before the deadline when she will start whining about how she couldn’t get all that CS done because of her “work” obligations (boohoo)and the judge will yet again let her get away with it.

You are correct about the seal username error. It wasn’t intentional.
I know she would do 48 days out of a year max because she is a non violent misdemeanor offender and the jails are overcrowded.
She will be held in solitary so “good behavior” is a given which reduces the sentence by 33% and then she would do 20% max of the reduced sentence 😀 . Just as anyone that is a non violent misdemeanor offender which means the least serious crimes would in LA county.

If Innocent works for law enforcement or teh courts, she needs to eb fired. But, it is obvious she doesn’t, since she 1. never knows what the hell she’s talking about, 2. doesn’t think having a criminal record is a BAD thing.
And, judges can order full time served.

Right now blohan still feels invincible. She has months to do the CS so she isn’t concerned about it. She’d rather have fun and claim that she’s working. She won’t start freaking out until march or april of next year.

I also have the super-pale skin and i am insane about sunscreen. i watched my paternal grandmother die from melanoma when I was a child. I also had 3 moles removed before I was 25 because they were all showing danger signs (color change, irregular borders etc)
Linnocent’s problem (one of them anyway) is she doesn’t know how to make pale skin look good.

Wouldn’t it just be a dream WHEN, not IF, but WHEN she fails to complete her CS, the judge orders her to serve the ‘full time’ of whatever sentence she hands down. And then after jail time is served, ordered to COMPLETE whatever CS hours she failed to do to get jail time. If she again fails to do her CS, send her to jail longer and have her serve the ‘full time’. Round and round she goes, eventually I guarantee you the Cracken will complete her CS.

She would sell her mother, sister and herself to stay out of jail. She’s proven that. You’d think THAT FEAR alone would entice her to do her CS as fast as possible to just get it out of the way. If I remember correctly the judge said something about part of her probation ending in November of this year but she had to complete her CS by then to get off ‘formal’ probation, which is itself a huge, collosal sick joke, as she’s not being tested for anything and I don’t see anything about her current probation as ‘formal’.

That’s what i thought when i saw her skin but didn’t really express it properly. They’re not so much freckles, more like excessive skin damage accumulated from years of sun exposure wearing no suncream.

I agree about Blohan and jail: it’s the ONE thing she’d do ANYTHING to avoid, but she won’t try (or even think about it) until it’s too late. April is only 7 months away. (see earlier crackmatic) And I still stand by my “she’s putting it off to avoid the morgue and thinks she’ll get out of it” statement.

Normally I don’t imbibe on a Monday but it was a holiday, so I indulged myself an extra day. I’m paying the price today, hopefully tomorrow all will be back to normal. I’m really getting dense on these threads as I seem to be missing out on the joke or missing the innuendos lately. I don’t know why.
I did see your ‘crackmatic’ and no arguments here. What I can’t wait to see is the excuse or excuses she TRIES to give the judge come next April about why her CS isn’t completed. It will be a thing of beauty and should be EPIC. We’ll definetely get one hell of a good tailgate out of that day.

Her “rep” claims she has done a lot of CS for months and there are lots of pap shots of her going in to do it…well, I’ve been paying attention, and I haven’t seen any since the infamous “empty box of muffins” shot the day she got off house arrest. Anyone recall any since then?

As for her community service, delaying it makes it drag out longer. If it were me, I’d go 6 days a week full time to get through it ASAP then she can go back to partying without it being on her mind all the time.
