On another site, a poster said Lainey revealed this blind as Maggie Q at her Smut Soiree 2 weeks ago. Visitors on Lainey’s FB are all confirming what Lainey said at the event. I don’t know. There are times I think Lainey has the inside dish and other times I think she’s mean girl-ing someone she doesn’t like.
I agree with Kaboom, it’s not Claire or Minka. The only female action star on TV in a show that’s at least 2 seasons (had a hiatus) is Nikita – Maggie Q.

My husband and I, and all four grandparents and aunts/ uncles have brown hair. All the kids (my boy and girl, and my two nieces) have blonde hair. Lots of kids are blondes when they are little and grow out of it.

Yes, some Hollywood parents are going to extremes to make sure their children will be considered “better looking”.
