There’s nothing wrong with Solange’s hair. She did a ‘big chop’ and is trying to go natural (big chop= cutting off all damaged, chemically treated hair and starting over). Just because she doesn’t have a long blonde weave like Beyonce doesn’t mean her hair is awful- she’s wearing her natural hair and it’s beautiful. (Nothing wrong with Beyonce’s either- to each her own)

There is absolutely NOTHING wrong with Solange’s hair. She’s embracing her hair’s natural texture and it’s a beautiful thing.
Solabnge’s bush is actually fairly nicely shaped. I think because the bush (not to be confused with the fro)and the fact that she doesnt have that loose curl that commercialism loves is something rarely seen in mainstream that there is the assumption that she just didnt give a crap and thus her hair looks bad. But really a LOT of black women are wearing thier hair exactly like this now.
I’m natural myself but the shape of my forehead doesnt allow me to do the bush w/o accessories so more power to her.
