Helen Mirren shows off her 66-year-old hourglass figure in Berlin: sexy & amazing?

Here are some photos of Helen Mirren and her crazy awesome figure in Berlin, Germany. Helen attended a charity gala for Ein Herz fur Kinder (A Heart for Children). Look at her body. Bitch is 66 years old, and her body is a million times more bangin’ than mine. Of course, I would never have the confidence to pull off a dress that made my boobs look like missiles. Sexy missiles, but missiles nonetheless. Seriously, this is just one of those dresses that only someone like Helen could pull off – her little waist, those boobs, that confidence. Is it any wonder that Helen was recently named “the most stylish woman over 50”? I think that’s a good title for her, actually. She is stylish and sexy, and she shows women that confidence at any age is the best accessory. Hawt.

The Mail saw these photos, and they were reminded of those now-iconic photos of Helen in a red bikini in Italy several years ago. Helen spoke about what those bikini photos meant to her – “The bloody photograph was a lie because I don’t actually look like that and I know that it’s going to haunt me forever and I’ll be forever trying to bury it unsuccessfully.” Oh, Helen. Such false modesty. Your body is bangin’, just admit it.

Meanwhile, Princess Charlene of Monaco received an award at this gala, although I don’t have any photos of her – you can see some here. She probably saw Helen on the red carpet and was like, “Yeah, I can’t compete.”

Cool babe all around. She must have a great exercise routine.

  2. Blue says:

She looks so good. I wish my body looked like that. 🙁

  3. Alix says:

The dress is great, the tights are tragic.

  4. carrie says:

i want her body ( LOL)

  5. laura says:

She’s beautiful; love the dress, especially the color. Have to agree, tights are tragic.

  6. lisa says:

    Love her. HATE the outfit

  7. Silk Spectre says:

The tights get a pass from me ’cause it’s f*cking freezing in Germany right now.

  8. bettyrose says:

But she’s wearing a corset or something, right? She’s amazing either way, but her hourglass seems a little too good to be true.

    • bluhare says:

Corset? She’s not that old. Spanx, probably.

      • Trek Girl says:

It’s not really an age thing. There are women of all ages that wear corsets and similar garments on a regular basis.

    • eva says:

I agree! I would love to have what ever brand of undergarment she is wearing that gives her that shape…I would so wear it, even if it’s those atrocious tights. Mama like!

Speaking from experience, menopause makes it almost impossible to have a hip to waist ratio like that… no matter how thin you are.

What ever she is wearing must be comfortable, she looks radiant.

      • BW says:

I’ve been through menopause and I have a hip to waist ratio similar to hers. It’s not impossible.

  9. bluhare says:

Don’t like the tights, but the neckline! Looks like it’s going to strangle her.

  10. Mauibound says:

    Helen is a Goddess!

  11. darkladi says:

    66…great…I’m going back to bed

  12. Victoria says:

No it’s true, IF you’re see this woman in a bikini and I have then you would know it’s true. It’s like God gave this woman a direct hookup the fountain of eternal hotness. I mean how many 66 year old women do you see rocking 4 inch heels. She’s a bad mamajama.

She’s never had kids right? If so, good for her!

  13. NM9005 says:

I don’t really like the dress but damn Mirren ROCKS! The body, the career, the attitude *fistpumping*

  14. Turtle Dove says:

Gorgeous, stunning and all thing fabulous. Now this is a great body.

bettyrose, I think that they all wear some sort of foundation garment to smooth out the figure (or it’s built into the dress), but the shape is all Mirren.

  15. Turd Fergussen says:

LOVE her. Classy broad, that one.

  16. gillie says:

This is what not having children will do for you.

  17. Darla says:

I don’t know if it’s genes of luck but I want some. I could work out 1000 hours and not look like that.

  18. Ginger says:

Helen Mirren has been my beauty icon since I first saw her in Excalibur when I was twelve years old. I wished I could look like her back then and now that I’m in my 40’s that still hasn’t changed!! She is all natural and so beautiful! I sure hope when I’m her age I will look half as good as she does.

  19. Shelly says:

She has a great body, but I hate that dress.

    • badrockandroll says:

Agree totally – if you saw this dress on any other woman, you would remark on the clinginess that shows the Spanx lines at the pelvis, the not-subtle bodice darts, the over-all wrinkles and creases, and above all, the ugliness of opaque hose with peep toe shoes and a cocktail dress. Fashion dont’s all ’round, with no pass because of age. And her weird anti-female opinions make it very hard for me to call her awesome, regardless of how pointy her boobs may be post-menopause.

  20. Mi says:

    Daaaamn! Get it gurl!!!

  21. Lady Satan says:

Beautiful woman and living proof that one can age gracefully.

  22. Ann says:

Major fox! Show ’em how it’s done!

  23. divax says:

She’s got some serious cankle action going on – accentuated by the bloody hideous tights. Still love her, though

  24. The Original Denise says:

She looks phenom….I have her standard to work towards. Thanks for the post.

  25. Babalon says:

Adore her but hate the dress. There’s something wrong with the draping above her bust.

Should have been black/darker and matte to work with the tights and shoes.

  26. inthekitchen says:

Love her – she’s fantastic! Hate the length of the dress and the neckline though.

  27. Sassy says:

I adore Helen Mirren. Looks like she has lost a few pounds, which looks good. I am wondering if anyone else thinks she has had some facial “work”. I am thinking injectables to plump out her face. Anyone who watched the recent PBS reshowing of Prime Suspect knows that way back when the series was made Helen’s face did not look nearly this good. I was also thinking could it be really good lighting on her face? Or High Definition makeup that reflects the light (where do I get some?).

  28. That dress looks great till below the waist… then it just looks ill fitting in the hips and thighs. Esp because she does have an amazing body and it does nothing for that part of it.

  29. Scarlet Vixen says:

I love this dress from armpit to hip–the top and bottom are awful.

As someone with a more athletic build and therefore not much of a waist at all I am very jealous of her great hourglass figure. I find women with girls to be so much more sexy than women built like 12yr old boys with boobs stuck on.

  30. mew says:

She looks awesome and really seems like a youthful spirit!

  31. Amanda G says:

I’m sorry, but that is an incredibly UNflattering outfit. Tights? The fabric at the top? Awful. But yes, she does has a slammin body.

  32. Camille says:

I’ve never found Helen to be a beautiful woman (attainably pretty? Sure), but she does have a great figure. Having no kids will have helped that lol.
I really don’t like that dress on her though.

  33. SEF says:

I do think not having kids helps the figure (as my gut after 3 kids attests!), but she’s awesome no matter what.

And THAT is what a natural face should look like. Hooray!

  34. MorticiansDoItDeader says:

Im not going to snark on her appearance, the woman looks amazing. I will, however, criticize her for that stupid heart thing she’s doing with her hands. That is for the Justin Biebers of the world, not a classy dame like Helen.

    • Nanea says:

Nearly everybody who was there made that sign, it’s the motto of that charity gala, A Heart for Children, and that charity predates the Bieber by a few decades.

  35. Cerulean says:

Love Helen…swoon. Gorgeous. Talented and unconventional.

Dress is hideous but it’s Helen so she gets a pass.

  36. Jenn12 says:

She never had kids, which helps with not ruining your figure. It’s a lot what I looked like before kids and I never thought a big chest was anything more than an annoyance that brought serious back pain. Hope I can get back to what she looks like at 66! I love how she doesn’t do anything to her face or try to look like her 20 year old self. Aging sucks, but when you try to cling to what you once were, it never fools anyone. And it doesn’t look good, either.

  37. Lisa says:

Overrated. I hardly use the word trashy to describe someone, but it fits her. She isn’t a bad actress or even unattractive, but she seems to leave a lot to be desired as a person.

  38. Coucou says:

Having kids does not mean instant fatso mamma mia, i mean, look at Angelina, girl had twins and is as thin as a rail. I had twins, too, and it actually changed my metabolism or something, i’ve never been thinner in my life (not as thin as AJ) but i just don’t get the “babies make you fat” connection.

    • MorticiansDoItDeader says:

I’ve been as light as 108 lbs at 5’7″ and still looked strange in the mid section due to a diastasis recti (a muscle separation that occurred as a result of pregnancy). The condition is common in 37% of women who have experienced one pregnancy and in 67% of women who have had more than one pregnancy. Babies don’t make you fat, but they DO change your appearance. Maybe you’re of the 33% who have seen no changes but you should also consider that Hollywood moms like Angelina could have had surgery to help them return to their original splendor. I, most certainly, am going to once I’m done having children.

      • Fabgrrl says:

Is that what that is?!? Thank you! I’ve been wondering why I look “flabbier” after my last pregnancy, even though I weigh less than I did after my first pregnancy. I’m no gym rat, but I take care of myself. I couldn’t figure out why I had this wierd belly thing since Baby Two came along. I’m going to look up the surgery tomorrow. Wow, gossip fix AND medical advice all in one place :^)

      • MorticiansDoItDeader says:

No problem Fabgrrl! They claim there are exercises to improved the appearance of the diastasis, but they never worked for me (and I’m an avid exerciser). Just make sure NOT to do crunches/sit ups (because they cause the diastasis to worsen). I wish I knew that before I saw the doctor, as I was obsessed with doing sit ups after having my first. Little did I know, I was causing the opening between the rectus abdominus to widen more. Grrrrrr!

  39. Mary says:

    I have her body… and a couple others to…

  40. sabine says:

    wow…good for her

  41. ManicPixieDreamGirl says:

Uggggg, I a miss my hourglass figure so much it hurts! Damn anorexia!! She looks incredible! Wow!

  42. mikamoo says:

one can only hope to look so good

  43. corny says:

DOESN’T ANYONE ELSE THINK SHE LOOKS LIKE AN OLD JEN ANISTON? REALLY? IT JUST SEEMS SO OBVIOUS TO ME????????????????????????

  44. GoodCapon says:

Don’t we all wish that we could age as gracefully as possible as Helen??

  45. Jayna says:

When Liam Neeson was just a young man starting out he was living with the older Mirren. I can just imagine the hot sex those two were having while quoting Shakespeare.

  46. Ruffian9 says:

    Ms Mirren, you is smokin’!

  47. Molly says:

This women is a GILF. And Im a girl 😛

  48. cyn says:

Of course she looks amazing on the red carpet, but when she gets home and removes all the make-up,frills and garters a 66 year old woman emerges.
