She’s just got a little bit of that baby acne, that’s all.

  3. Stacey says:

  4. ER says:

In the last pic, there’s a man pointing and his middle finger is bizarre. It looks like two fingers attached together – interesting!

  5. Withheld says:

Who cares if she was airbrushed !! I think she’s soo cute…

  6. Josephine says:

Suri is cute, but couldn’t someone have combed her hair?

And what is up with those short little hairs on Katie’s forehead?

  8. stephanie says:

it looks like heat rash to me… probably from wearing little knit caps on her head. all baby’s get it… its called… dry and irritated skin.

  9. sc says:

I have the same birthmark. It fades with age, nothing serious. Only shows when I’m highly emotional or under stress, but otherwise unnoticable.

  10. Viv says:

    ER,

Ew, you’re right! What the hell is that?!

  11. Alli says:

My son had a tiny one like that when he was small, now it is gone.

  12. Jamie says:

Oh, come on! Give it a rest…that baby is gorgeous! She does not appear to have a birthmark. It looks like normal baby rash to me. Also, to comment on Katie’s “little hairs”….After I had my baby I lost some of my hair health. The baby had taken so many of my nutrients, I was losing hair and it was breaking off terribly. When I went to my beautician, she told me it was probably because of the pregnancy. She said many women had this issue after pregnancy. She said I should take vitamin B12 to increase hair growth and health. PERFECTLY normal guys. No I’m not a scientologists…I’m a Christian…Baptist to be more specific.

  13. whatever says:

i noticed that too but i thought it was some redness due to sleeping in one position for a long time

even i am not a mom, but i’ve heard that birthmark is common and lots of them will fade away

i agree with attacks on Scientology, i find it very disrespectful to women and creepy, but don’t attack on the baby, nor Katie nor Tom…, it’s not fair…

I have seen many babies with that birthmark. It does go away with time and its probably faded since the Vanity Fair spread. She is a beautiful little girl though! I really hope that they don’t drill too much of that Scientology crap down her throat or she is going to REBEL! Can’t you just see little Suri as the next Lidsey Lohan? I hope she stays cute and sweet but Hollywood never seems to have a good effect on these kids!

  15. Christina Marie says:

Shes soo pretty! Who cares if she was airbrushed. What pics these days that celebs take arent airbrushed? Come on now. And that birthmark on her forehead is not acne…it doesnt make sense ne ways. My cousin has the same birthmark on her forehead and i think that makes her even prettier. Suri is gonna be gorgeous!

FYI y’all…….those marks are called stork bites.

    Definition:

Stork bites are common vascular lesions of the newborn consisting of one or more pale red patch(es), most often seen in the midline on the forehead, eyelids, tip of the nose, upper lip, and at the hairline on the back of the neck.
Stork bites (also called salmon patches) occur in about one third of all newborn infants. They are flat, pink lesions with irregular borders, and they may become darker with crying or room temperature changes.

They fade with pressure, but when the pressure is removed, the reddish appearance returns. Stork bites clear spontaneously over a period of months and are universally gone by 18 months — with the exception of those on the back of the neck. These may persist for years, but are generally covered by hair.

  19. ab says:

I think she’s very cute. It does look like a birthmark or even a sleep mark from her mother’s shoulder. She is a very pretty baby.

  20. andreja says:

This kind of a birth mark is very common, i used to have it and my doughter had it. At time of birth it was very visiable, but noe shi is 2 years old and it is no longer thete. It is no acna it is a birth mark which dissepare. If it would be a visiable birth mark-so what, is the baby not beatiful if has a birthmark??

  21. RaeJillian says:

MY LITTLE GIRL HAD A MARK JUST LIKE IT, IT WAS DEEP RED RIGHT AFTER BIRTH AND THEN A LIGHT PINK FOR MONTHS, NOW SHE IS 4 AND YOU CANT SEE IT UNLESS SHE GETS VERY UPSET, THEN IT JUST LIGHTS UP.

  22. RaeJillian says:

SO, ANYWAY I DON’T THINK THAT THEY HAD IT MESSED WITH, I THINK IT’S JUST NATURAL. SHE IS STILL A BEAUTIFUL BABY.

  23. Kamily828 says:

I agree that its a stork bite. Both of my daughters had them. It will fade in time.
