Did you know there’s a film coming out called Life Happens? You might not have paid attention, just because the title is so terrible. That’s what happened with me. Anyway, the film exists and it stars Kate Bosworth, Rachel Bilson and Krysten Ritter (no relation to the late John Ritter, and currently staring on ABC’s Don’t Trust The Bitch in Apt. 23). Yes, it was someone’s bright idea to put Bilson and Bosworth in the same movie. You’d think that their joint uselessness would cancel each other out. You would be wrong. Here’s the trailer:
The best I can say about this mess is that it actually doesn’t look as awful as it could have been. But I’m offended by the whole “a single girl in her 20s gets accidentally pregnant… (twice?) and then lies about it…?” story line.
So, whatever. These are some photos from last night’s premiere. You know how bad this film is? Rachel Bilson didn’t even show up. That’s BAD, y’all, because Bilson will show up anywhere. Kate Bosworth and this Ritter girl were there, though, and the style was… odd. The Bos wore Prada… the dress is okay. Is it just me or does Bosworth’s face look weird? I keep saying that she’s been doing lip injections, but now I think she’s done something else. Something is throwing me off, and I can’t put my finger on it. As for Krysten Ritter… bangs. She looks like she’s wearing an awful wig, and I can’t see past it.

It kills me to admit this, but Bosworth actually doesn’t look bad here. And her face does seem a tad different, but I feel like it’s more like she looks like she’s been eating and less that she got something tweaked.
She really doesn’t look bad, needs a bra, but the makeup is fine. Which is more than I can say for Krysten Ritter.
The dress is backless so you can’t really wear a bra with it.
I wish Kristen’s dress were shorter but I’ll give her a pass since she not only starred in the movie but also co-wrote/produced the screenplay. So it’s kind of a big night for her.
@Fabianne, well, not a bra, but isn’t there a way to get some sort of support up front? Because it would have looked better.

The Bos looks like she has suddenly developed an overbite that she didn’t use to have.
I think her face looks like its pulled really tight…maybe to much botox? I don’t know I’m very bad at guessing these things

I find Rachel Bilson absolutely adorable and think Kate looks really pretty here. I really don’t get the Kate hate here. Is it because people think she’s too thin?
It’s not really the thinness, but the overall lack of talent and famewhoring, to name a couple of things.
The thinness is just a symptom. I don’t think if she suddenly gained 15 pounds of muscle and looked like she did in Blue Crush that people would start liking her.
@Lin-emabrassingly enough, a huge part of the hate started when she was dating the dude from True Blood. I guess he has a pretty rabid fanbase. Yeah, she seems have a mediocre level of talent but famewhoring? Really? In a world of Kim Kardashians, Real Housewives, and Lilos, I would say that Bos isn’t even in the running. Even lack of talent-there’s a million untalented actresses for people to pick on so why Bos? Because she’s super-skinny and because she dated Skarsgard. Guess these are valid reasons in the gossip world to make a chick a punching bag.
It started before she was with Skarsgard, though. And she’s not a A-list famewhore, but still a famewhore.
Do I hate her? Nah, but I don’t really like her. Perhaps one of these days she’ll stop trying so hard to ‘happen’.
You do know that she has a reputation for CALLING the paps, every single time she steps out with him? That was a man who liked his privacy, and was only pap’d with HER. That’s why everyone hated her when she dated Orlando Bloom. She is just a famewhore, plain and simple. She’s a terrible actress (I saw her in Straw Dogs and that was her best performance, I think), and all she cares about is the next guy she’s going to be with.
She is a famewhore, she just isn’t famous enough for the average person to notice it. Alexander Skarsgard didn’t help her as far as popularity goes, but there are lots of reasons to dislike her. Have you ever read an interview of hers? Totally vapid and cliche. Boring.
The story about her cheating with Chris Martin probably also has something to do with why people dislike her. Martin never sued and Goop’s friends dropped Bosworth like a hot potatoe, which suggests the story was actually true. It’s a shame she hasn’t or doesn’t try to put focus on her acting alone *cough* but these days she’s mostly known for who she is (or has been) dating and for what she wears. Yet she still walks around with the air of being someone IMO. I find that very annoying.
I like the dress, but hate the color. Her face has seemed off to me for awhile now.

Why she on here again? I barely ran over this story on other sites as well. The dress isn’t the worst, but she looks like she’s on something to me.
KB’s dress washes her out. It’s pretty though. I want her and Kristin to switch dresses. It would be much better that way!
I was thinking the same. She’d do better in something a bit less bland, colour-wise. This just fades her out.
How do movies like this get made? It looks awful. This trailer makes me BELIEVE that I could come up with a script today and get a movie made – no actual talent or knowledge required.
And WHY is Jason Biggs? He is repulsive. How does he keep happening (lately)?

she has great style and can wear clothes. i always click on her articles just to see what she is wearing. she usually gets it right.
she doesn’t look as thin here which is nice.
i have never seen her act, and i’m indifferent to her, but i do think she’s very pretty and has great style-she’s got an old hollywood look about her that is refreshing in today’s scene….i’m not saying she’s old hollywod-just that she carries herself with that look; she can be glamorous in a sophisticated manner, and only a few actresses can pull that off these days….
I have coworkers who have great style-both ‘dress up’ and casual.
And they don’t have a stylist or get freebies.
Can she wear clothes well? Yes, usually. But that seems to be about it.
The color washes her out, her hair looks weird, & she looks high. That about sums it up. Krysten looks pretty though, despite the wig.
I hate to admit it but from the waist up, this is looking good. The legs though …. oh God, the legs. Those are not healthy legs. Thank gawd her knees are covered.

I think Bosworth is a total bombshell when she’s got meat on her bones (right now). She’s absolutely lovely. Makes bad fashion choices a lot, but she’s so gorgeous that it doesn’t matter.
I have to admit when I scrolled down I thought the pic of Kristen Ritter was Lily Collins at a glance.
I still can’t believe KBos was once Louis Lane albeit a horrible Lois Lane but still a big role to have. Funny how that movie and the cast just fizzled out.
She should really do television. Nothing wrong with being a TV gal, especially if you’re on a hit show.
She definitely messed with her face (even more). The right side of her mouth has a perma snarl now.
And I have to second (tenth?) the hating her because she’s a famewhore who acts superior to everyone despite her mediocre at best acting skills. Also her interviews. Oh GOD she gives painful interviews. But almost in a train wreak kind of way, but not quite. (Basically she’s your garden variety C-list famewhore.)

I disliked KB way before she dated or I should say used AS for all she could. The girl is a famewhore who cannot act after all this time in this business and when she talks in a interview, I just get so frightened, because she is completely empty up top she is just blank.
A lot of us have said that she has done and keeps doing work to her face and these photos really show it, that is why she looks about 20 years older than she is.
This time KB put some much collegan in her lips that she cannot even close her mouth fully or smile the right way. Also, since she is going bald, she is definitely wearing hair extensions.
She is using so much botox, that in these photos she cannot even move her face.
I was wondering why we weren’t getting those random pap shots of her that we usually get, because she calls them on herself, I guess she thought she would heal up by the time of the premiere, well she was wrong.
The twitter account is the funiest thing I think the web has to offer, for someone who loves to say how much so enjoys her privacy, it really makes it even funnier.
What I am so curious about is how come all of a sudden, the famewhore didn’t pose or was once even spotted near Kat C, the director of the film who KB claimed to be BFF’s with while they were filming; KB hasn’t been seen with Kat C or Cher in months and months, they do not even write about each other as they used too; the only so called relationship we get to laugh about is the one with MP, something happened with KC and Cher.
It goes to show you, she just uses people and when they can’t do anymore for her, it is bye, bye.
