Anna Nicole cared what bloggers said about her

Despite being unable to write down basic numbers (according to a judge who presided over some of her late husband’s estate hearings) Anna Nicole Smith was said to be able to use a computer well enough to Google herself and understand the unflattering results. All the smack people were talking about her online was said to have hurt her feelings and may have contributed to her depression over the loss of her son.

Her bodyguard told the story to the NY Post. He said he tried in vain to save her when she fell unconscious, and performed CPR on her for some time until paramedics arrived. He said his wife, a nurse, was with Anna but was not her personal nurse and was just there to help her out while Howard K Stern was away purchasing a boat.

Once Howard arrived after Anna fell unconscious, her bodyguard “Big Moe” said he was unconsolable. This is consistent with The National Enquirer’s account of events, which says Howard fell down on the floor after Anna left with the paramedics and was sobbing and screaming out her name. They also said that a defibrilator was used on her twice to start her heart before she left the hotel, but that they could not get it beating on its own. Emergency staff also had her hooked up to an IV with drugs, but obviously it was all in vain.

In the interview with the NY Post, Anna’s bodyguard is quoted saying she cared what all the smack-talking bloggers were saying about her:

But, he said, she also cared about what people were saying about her.

“She always had a laptop and she Googled her name, and she would read these articles that spoke badly about her, and she was just, was sad about that,” he told “ET” and “The Insider.”

That’s too bad if she used it as justification to do drugs and harm herself. I was feeling sorry for Anna, but then I saw this video of her last interview and realized how out of her mind she was.

Anna’s bodyguard also says that her daughter, Dannielynn, was back in the Bahamas. Star magazine suggested that she was with Anna when she died and that Howard had her flown back quickly, but the bodyguard’s account contradicts that and says that not being around the infant may have contributed to Anna’s despondence.

Anna’s body has now been embalmed and worked over by postmortem makeup artists. She is said to be as beautiful as she was in life. RIP Anna, you’re getting more media attention and more of a send off than soldiers who died fighting in Iraq.

crap. I feel sorry for her again.

Still glad she is no longer a mother, however. Absolutely brainless from drugs.

Most celebrities would be doing themselves a favor if they avoided blogs completely. I can imagine it would be depressing to say the least,to read such things about yourself. I read where Terri Hatcher also read about herself online…and her friends were going to buy her a child lock system for her computer to stop her. Did I read that here? Blogs are pretty addictive though so maybe it’s really hard for celebrities to stay away from them.

I enjoy reading celebrity blogs but I’m sure glad I’m not famous!!

Celebitchy, this is the understatement of the year!

This woman has gotten more air time then the kids who have died in Iraq.

How articulate of Ashley, so eloquently written. Poor ANS, I doubt she’ll find peace in Bloggerland, but it really is time to let her be folks. I’d hate to think of that poor little girl of hers Googling her mother in time to come, and reading all of this diatribe. How depressing a thought is that?

    Yeah we’ll block her in a bit…

You bring up a good point celebitchy about the lack of attention and praise for the lives of soldiers lost in iraq, as well as the i nnocent iraqi’s. I know this is not a political blog, and the post was about ANS, but it would be cool if all celebrity blog pages of the world could unite to dedicate one day to the lives of our lost solidiers — blog for peace and remembrance day. They deserve the honor and so do their families. It truly would be great for all the entertainment bloggers of us origins to unite and do a whole day of remembrance postings.

Hear, hear, Gavin. Very well put and I completely agree.

Thanks, Celebitchy. BTW, I think you have a crazed…..thing apparently posting here. LOL.

  9. gg says:

Hmmm, seems like this gashley creature is only posting to hawk “her” website. Nice subterfuge, Einstein. except, not.

Glad she’s gone (ANS). An absolute waste of a life.
