I’m shocked! One of the Jonas Brothers got a girl pregnant! There was some genuine p in the v action too. My goodness, what a scene that must have been. All joking aside, the soon-to-be-daddy is Kevin Jonas, the married one, and his wife is the one who is pregnant. Despite the fact that it’s widely believed that Danielle and Kevin don’t even sleep in the same room (his “snoring” apparently), Kevin finally knocked up his wife of three-and-a-half years:
Kevin and Danielle Jonas are about to become parents! E! News confirms that Dani is pregnant with their first child.
“I was overjoyed,” Kevin revealed exclusively to E! News’ Giuliana Rancic via Skype upon learning about his wife’s pregnancy. “It’s been the most exciting thing in my life so far.”
He added, “I’m excited and I’m nervous.”
The eldest member of the Jonas Brothers took the plunge at 22 years old and married love Danielle Deleasa in December 2009 at snow-covered Oheka Castle in New York’s Long Island.
The former hairdresser from New Jersey donned a Vera Wang gown and clutched an impressive bouquet by Pedestal Florists as she walked down the aisle at the French-château-themed space. Meanwhile, Kevin’s brothers, Joe and Nick, served as the best men.
Following their nuptials, the newlyweds honeymooned in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.
The young couple met in 2007 while on vacation in the Bahamas with their respective families.
Kevin popped the question in July with a custom-made sparkler from Jacob and Co. In 2012, Kevin and Danielle became the stars of their own reality series, Married to Jonas, on E!
The show gave fans an insider look at the duo’s life as husband and wife, along with following Jonas’ recording efforts as he and his brothers prepared to release their newest group album.
Throughout the show, the couple couldn’t escape the talk of babies. Kevin made it clear how excited he was to welcome a little Jonas into the mix, while Danielle wanted to make sure the timing was just right. And it appears that now is the perfect time to start their next chapter as parents. Congratulations!
Congrats to them. I had to look up their current ages – Kevin is 25 years old right now and Danielle is…? I guess she’s 25 or 26 too? They’re close in ages. So, it’s not like procreating was a rush considering their ages, but I guess people were starting to wonder if a Jonas Brother was actually capable of getting down and dirty with a lady. So, here’s your JoBro PROOF. A baby. And if I’m doling out advice, I kind of think you shouldn’t let the Jonas Mom anywhere near that baby – The Jonas Brothers’ mother is famously kind of… “off”. I feel kinda bad for this guy. He’s the only one I believe was a virgin ’til marriage, which is why he got married so young. And now his brothers do whatever the hell they want and he got screwed over for following the “rules”. Danielle just seems like those TV Housewives in training. She doesn’t seem very nice, and the rumors about how she demanded her own tv show confirm it.
I like Kevin. And Nick. Joe is the one I just can’t deal with.
I’ve actually met her a few times around Jersey (before and after she got married) and she’s actually a really nice girl. Like, genuinely nice and wants you to like her.
I dont know, I’ve watched their show a few times & she has terrible anxiety. I can’t see someone who suffers constant panic attack demanding their own show.
She’s actually stated many times in interviews & on their show she struggles being a Jonas brothers wife. Too much attention & pressure.

I think that rumor was started as a blind that was “revealed” on CDAN, or else it was just the popular guess. It kind of makes me sick to see it when people perpetuate that pig’s lies. If you watch this girl for ten minutes you would realize she couldn’t demand anything if her life depended on it, and if it’s all an act then she’s the next Streep.

In one episode of this sh*t there was a scene where “spiritual advisor” came and said that “it’s time to procreate” (something along those lines:P). in front of all the family! creepy and disgusting. I know that it is staged crap but still I find it pukable.
That was his parents doing and I thought that was so creepy and strange.
I saw part of an episode once where his parents came over for dinner and the young wife just seemed so nervous.
Like, she was trying so hard to please and the mother-in-law took advantage of the wife’s insecurity and was not being very complimentary about the food. I changed the channel pretty quickly, it wasn’t enjoyable to watch this random person getting bullied by her mother-in-law.
That is, weirdly enough, the only slice of their show I ever saw as well, and I had the same reaction. I wrecked a fresh manicure grabbing at the remote to turn it off.

I think she might actually be on Xanax. I only watched a few episodes but I think she has bad anxiety. I saw the one where they were in Italy and unless she’s an incredible actor, she truly does need meds. I think it was one of the things they discussed when deciding whether or not to have children.
I tried to pretend it was not so; but my gay radar went up when I watched Kevin on that show with Danielle. Guess I was wrong.

Danielle is the most heavily medicated housewife I have ever watched on TV. She always looks like she is about to pass out at any minute.
I only ever watched the first episode and figured Kevin was the sacrifice in the family. I thought oh they need more fame so let’s make the ugly one get married and then I discovered he was the oldest so I guess I was wrong. I do like Danielle’s father though.

I agree with your sentiment but apparantley, they are very functional. I thought Tiger Woods married Elin so he could present the perfect family front and get lots of endorsements that way. I don’t think it would have worked if he had stayed single and was known to be dating all those gross prostitute hags that he prefers.
Her plastic surgery is very odd. Especially the nose. Her whole face looks soooo “done” and also overly made-up. Sad when women that young do this.
Let’s recap. First off, I don’t believe for one second she got pregnant via anything other than IVF. Second, I also don’t believe he or Joe are straight at all – not even bi. Joe apparently can’t accept his homosexuality so he does mounds of drugs and alcohol to block it out. Third, while I do believe Nick is straight, the fact that he dates women more than 15 years older than him (and has since he was 16 which is gross on its own) it’s obvious he has serious “mommy” issues.
Lastly, I’m appalled I know any of their names at all.
I think they all have mommy issues. I don’t know that I’d say any of them are gay. I think it’s more that they’re fearful of women after having to deal with their mother.

If Kevin is gay or not is none of my business. But I really like him because I remember seeing an episode where he talked to his mom to treat his wife better (something like that). That woman is so critical, I am surprised these kids have normal relationships. Also, he always tries to balance work and his private life.

Ohh, I hope she’s in therapy. I saw just one episode and she was horking down pills in the midst of a panic attack, which she has all the time. It was the theme of the show, other than her tension with his mom. Not good to give meds like that to baby, though. The whole thing made me uncomfortable and I had to switch to Four Weddings (it was like 7 am on a Sunday).
Other than that, I know nothing about them. I didn’t even know which one he was, or all of their names. That said, these comments about them are fascinating, and I’ll be checking back later to see the rest.
There are approved meds for pregnant women. It’s actually a sort of unsafe time to go completely off meds, especially all at once. With the hormones going nuts, keeping stability elsewhere is very important.
No, I’m not talking about Prozac or Zoloft. I can tell you with some certainty that the meds she appeared to need are not approved for pregnancy. That said, she could have been acting or playing it up, but she mentioned she has attacks every day and was popping pills about it. That kind of thing will cause pill addiction in its own right, especially in a fetus.
People have indicated she was waiting for the right time to conceive, which I assume was to taper off the Xanax/Valium/attack abortive she was on. In that case, she would need therapy to help her through the pregnancy so she could prevent most of the attacks and deal with the ones she has better.
Also, nothing has been proven to be safe during pregnancy, with few exceptions, and it’s incredibly easy to poison a <5lb fetus. Medication approved by the FDA does not automatically make it safe for everybody.
@Nerd Alert Hopefully she was in therapy well before she had to taper off the meds! If her anxiety was as bad as people are saying, and she was taking medication for panic attacks, she should definitely have been seeing a therapist on a regular basis. But I agree she probably needs pretty intensive therapy now that she (most likely) can’t take the medication anymore.

I caught this show a couple of times and noticed that this poor girl had such severe anxiety and she constantly seemed in a Xanax or Klonopin haze. Her mother-in-law was like a full on dragon lady..I was surprised at how overly critical she was because I always thought she would be this sweet stereotypical mother of four boys. The husband (Kevin) always seemed shrill and annoying like the type that would be more into planning the wedding details than the bride. I gave it a pass.

Aw, I’m so happy for them. I really liked the show and her and him. It’s kind of nice to see a guy on tour marry just an average girl that he loves. She’s cute, but not gorgeous. She has a nice figure, not stunning. She didn’t even get a nose job. She admits how much it hurts all the online comments of why would he marry her and dissing her looks and personality. She suffers severe anxiety issues and they are a nice couple. I realized how many train wreck reality shows I watch and how sad it was that this seemed different because they aren’t trying to impress everyone with all their labels, their money, blah, blah, and they probably have a lot of money. And I love her father.
I have to admit this is actually one of the few reality shows I will watch (besides the Voice). I love her family! Kevin and Dani and both really grown on me. He seems to really need the support and love of her family too. It really is kind of sad how little emotional support he seems to get from his side of the family (if 1/8th of this is true). Yeah, he’s probably gay but I’m not sure he knows it yet. She always seems very unnatural when he tries to kiss her on the mouth. Weird? I’ll still watch though.
