There must not have been enough bikini-clad residents there willing to swap undies with her because she’s back on the street less than 24 hours after getting in.
A day after entering Promises, a residential rehab facility in Malibu, Britney Spears has checked out of the treatment center, a source confirms to PEOPLE.
“It was against their advice,” says the source. “If she comes back for treatment, Promises will have to assess the situation. Sometimes people come back, but it doesn’t look good.”
Promises is not a locked-down facility, so a patient is able to leave the program if he or she wants to.
Entertainment Tonight and TMZ.com were first to report that Spears had left rehab.
Us Weekly reminds us that Anna Nicole tried to befriend Britney at one point, posting a video message on her website that she thought their babies were due around the same time and asking the then-pregnant Britney if she would like to be friends. Let’s hope Britney keeps it together for the sake of her two children and doesn’t go the Anna Nicole route. She still seems to be firmly on one side of the attention whore/tragedy teetor totter, but her “look at me, I’m flipping out” self-defeating arrogance could quickly turn to tragedy if she doesn’t watch it.

I’m not finding it sad at all. It’s just incredibly self-centered, possibly post partum depression behavior that is gaining speed as she hurtles herself mindlessly into oblivion. I wonder if she is just looking for a place where she can get away from the press? I mean, she wasn’t even in Promises 24 hours before photos of her got out. She may just be trying to find privacy.
It’s a good thing she left Promises. I’ve been there. The place is a fucking joke. To be precise, Promises needs to be investigated for fraud. They are only there to rip off local celebs. Look into the owners, fake names, fake books, fake everything – it’s a con job. The place is a huge fucking scam. I’m glad Brittny left that fancy shit_hole. They are creepy and they are liars. Hopefully she saw this before she paid those bastards their ridiculous fees.
I wonder where is her family now? As a mother I think (I hope) I would be able to do something about it and help my kid. She needs someone to show her love and support, she is so unhappy, lost soul! Sad, very sad.
Regardless of what SHE thinks, she really need help. She need a place when she will be shielded of the outside with some serious therapist inside to tell her some hard truths.

She needs to have a judge order her to successfully complete rehab or her kids will be taken away. Children Protective Services need to be called.
She is in limbo and needs to be harshly jolted out of it. Maybe having her kids taken away temporarily will let her know her actions have REAL consequences and she isn’t going to be sheltered from what other non-celebs would be facing if they did her idiotic actions.
I really couldn’t care less. I don’t want her to commit suicide but I really couldn’t give a toss about this no talent fuck up. Why devote air space to her?

Shaving ones head does not necesarilly mean she’s out of control, more likely, she seems FED UP (no pun intended)with her identity.
She ran away, got married and popped out a couple of spawn to get away from Britney the poppette, now she seems to want to get away from ‘mom Britney’especially since she got nothing but scorn for toting SPF around on her hip ‘country’ style.
