Selena Gomez already scored points at the Teen Choice Awards by not arriving with Justin Bieber on her arm. Of course, Biebs (who won three awards) made his presence known on Twitter. He reminded the world that this is his fourth consecutive year scooping things up at the TCAs and that he’s on a “break” right now, which is just fine with the rest of us.
As for Selena herself, she wore a beautiful jade green Cushnie et Ochs dress with double-thigh splits. The fabric of this dress is just gorgeous, and Selena looks good here. Simple and sexy but still classy. Somehow, the amount of leg she’s showing doesn’t seem like overkill at all. Also, her hair looked sleek and sophisticated — she’s one of the few that can pull off a strong center part and flat-ironing to the max.
Demi Lovato went against the grain with black leather pants and a black blazer that was paired with a sheer white tee. Honestly, I can appreciate this look except for the hair, which changes the whole ensemble and makes it seem like she’s imitating Ke$ha.
Brittany Snow played it completely safe ih an Easter-grass green dress with sheer arms and floral embellishment. This dress would have been appropriate for a springtime wedding, no?
Speaking of nuptuals, I’m pretty sure J-Woww thought she was attending her own wedding with cranky Rodge last night. You know this is just like something she’ll wear whilst walking down the aisle clutching a bouquet of pink roses. Rack out? Check. Mullet dress? Check. Sequins everwhere? Check. Something nice: her hair looks decent.

I have an issue with Selena’s dress’s length. I would’ve liked it better if it went down to the floor. With this length, it looks like she’s wrapped in banana leave. I also don’t like the tailoring.

J-Woww looks awful. I can’t stand that whole New Jersey jet black hair, orange skin, heavy black eyeliner, long, french manicured acrylic nails, fake-boobed, cheap polyester lookin’ clothing look. Why is it that every woman I’ve seen or met that is from New Jersey or an NYC borough looks ridden hard and put away wet? Do y’all not have eye cream up there?

Selena is gorgeous, even as a child she was. It is sort-of unfortunate that the baby-face never left her. But, that could be to her advantage once she hits her 30s/40s.
There’s nothing wrong in theory with Demi’s outfit, but I really dislike it and I can’t say why. The tailoring, maybe?

Selena knows about simple and elegant and does it really well. I think two slits were a bit too much, but the length and everything else is gorgeous.
I can’t stand the bleach blonde hair and black-too obvious-roots. Demi can do so much better in the hair and makeup department. She looks CAKED and she’s so naturally pretty.
