He looks absolutely awful, I mean, he’s never been that good looking but he looks drunk and smelly in both these photos. He’s really gotten worse with age.

I worried about David’s sobriety when he had Coco, so I’m even more worried now. Hope he gets clean!

He looks terrible, I know he struggles with addiction and hope he sobers up before the baby comes. I like David Arquette and I don’t know why, he seems kind of vulnerable. Hope he is ok and gives sobriety another chance.
Christina McLarty used to be on the news here in LA doing the entertainment segments. She stood out because she was so terrible, she’d have to look at her notes every two seconds for basic information. Like “I’m here at…(looks down) the Staples Center where…(looks down) Britney Spears is performing”. It really surprised me when she was upgraded to whatever entertainment show she is now on.
Thought it was creepy when she married the Girls Gone Wild guy. Think it is creepy that she is with Arquette when he is clearly unwell.

hmm, she is about her loot–from Girls Gone Wild to him BUT I hope he can find some happiness and peace.
David doesn’t seem like he’s in a good place right now. I hope he’s doing OK and gets healthier for the baby.
So not fair to the child to bring him/her into an alcoholic situation – they can be terrifying to grow up with. Having a child is a good reason to quit – for good. A child’s happiness is more important than booze.
What responsible adult gets involved with a person (David) who has not only admitted that he is an alcoholic but is the happiest when he drinks and is not going to stop drinking?
Knowing all this and she gets pregnant with this happy lush, sorry but not happy for this expectant mother and father because this unborn child is going to have a hellish childhood with the fears that come with seeing your parent drunk, acting like a loon, then they the child has to parent or be the adult in the relationship.
As for those who think having this child will sober him up he has Coco and started to drink again so I highly doubt this baby will be his waking up and not drinking come to the lord experience.
Also feel bad for the kid of Heather Locklear and Ritchie Sambora(?) who knows that both of her parents has issues with drinking……….
The same woman who chose to be with Joe Francis. Maybe she’s a very nice person, but you have to wonder. Hard to see him going from Courteney to her.
