Here are some photos from the 2nd Annual BABY2BABY Gala held Saturday in LA. Baby2Baby supplies “gently used” baby clothes and baby gear to underprivileged women in LA. Both Nicole Richie and Jessica Alba are on the board of the organization and they were both in attendance last night. They got a good turnout too. I have no idea why Jessica Alba chose this hot pink ball gown for an event that really didn’t need it, but here you go. The gown is Reem Acra. It would have been great at the Golden Globes, but not so much here.
Here’s Drew Barrymore in a Tory Birch maternity gown. I get weird vibes from her man Will Kopelmann. Like… Drew seems way more into him than whatever he feels for her. She looks very pretty too.
Malin Akerman’s ensemble is terrible – that dress is so bulgy and unflattering and the shoes are awful.
I think Rebecca Romijn got a haircut. Right? And only Rebecca could make a lipstick red onesie look this fabulous.
Nicole Richie in Alberta Ferretti – is it wrong that I kind of love this? It’s rule-breaking but it works on her and she looks very good here.
Rosie Huntington-Whiteley was there too. Huh. I like her dress, but it’s one of those deals where it only works on a woman with her kind of figure.

A bit much. But the fact that both Jessica’s and Drew’s husbands are wearing tuxedos make me think there was a dress code. But everybody else looks more appropriate.
It is clearly a black tie event considering the men are in tuxedos.
I am not about to side eye anyone who is on the board or in attendance to such a worthwhile event.
I save the snark for celebrities who do little to nothing with the opportunities available to them.

I would say there are many celebrities that contribute to many things on the down low that choose not to be recognized. There are many that dont need to be stroked. Its all good right.
Everyone looks decent-ish. I think Alba’s dress is an overkill for the event, but on its own I straight up ADORE it, AND the styling – esp those sick earrings!

I think everyone looks off for some reason or another. I do like Nicole’s skirt. I couldn’t carry it but I think it is beautiful.

I agree j.eyre – Nicole’s skirt is beautiful. I’d wear it but I don’t like the matchy-matchy blouse. I think a solid color top would look better.
And I’m a sucker for jumpsuits so I’m liking Rebecca’s red number.

I think Jennifer looks really good, rebecca looks awesome (as usual) and so does Nicole – I can’t explain the sudden girl crush I have on her, I used to have an explicable dislike of her but these days, I love pretty much everything she wears and I think she’s cute and funny.
Have you watched her web series, Candidly Nicole? It’s awesome.
Unfortunately, I think you have to be that thin to look that good in the outfit Nicole has on.
My favorite is Nicole Richie’s dress. It’s amazing! I also like Drew’s. Jessica’s is overkill too me not because of the cut, but the color. I think this hot pink suits those with paler skin.
Absolutely horrible fashion choices all around. I get Barrymore is pregnant and in need of being comfortable but that dress would not even be good on a 90yr old. She always dresses like a geriatric prom queen for such a young woman.

Completely agree. That dress is cut wrong for a baby bump. It doesn’t look like a maternity dress so much as just a dress that is too big. She could do better. It’s a shame too because she’s very pretty.
Drew’s dress is horrible. Maybe her husband prefers a demure look?
Jessica’s dress may be too fancy for the event, but the girl looks gorgeous! And I love Nicole Richie’s outfit, however, anyone who weighs more than 90 pounds would not look good in that! Maybe Drew’s hubby is just uncomfortable with displays of affection around the cameras, after all, he isn’t really a celeb!
I LOVE Nicole’s skirt but would of preferred if the top had of been plain white. The detail on the shoulders is too much for me…
These outfits look like they were all invited to completely different events. I don’t necessarily dislike any of the outfits, but it just looks so weird to me to have one person wearing a floor-length gown and someone else is in a one-piece suit.
Oh man Jessica looked so gorgeous. Hands down one of the best looks I have seen on her and there has been many. Nicole looks so chic. Malin looked quite good too.
She isn’t a great actress, but I’ll be damned if Jessica Alba isn’t one of the most beautiful women in the world. Flawless. Her skin is so perfect it practically glows.
