Here are photos of Katie Holmes at New York fashion week. She was attending the Donna Karan show. As you can see, Katie was not dressed in her usual attire of randomly coordinated separates paired with a fug bootie. She seems a little bit uncomfortable, right? Her hair looks great, but she’s posing like the leaning tower of Holmes.
Stand up straight, Katie. You’re no longer married to a man with a Napoleon complex!
(That was a low blow, I admit, but it wasn’t directed towards Holmes.)
Katie’s been all over the place at New York fashion week. I don’t know what’s going on with her Holmes & Yang label. We covered her Spring 2013 ready-to-wear line, and then she and Jeanne Yang put together a Spring 2014 ready-to-wear line too. That’s the last trace I can find of the label, but I could be missing something.
The point here is that Katie did not attend the Donna Karan show in a designer capacity. Holmes was a spectator, and she had a grand time sitting next to her new bestie, Rita Ora.

Don’t be fooled. This unexpected display of friendship is a mere distraction. Katie doesn’t want us to remember the persistent rumors of her repeated hookups with Jamie Foxx. Likewise, he is pretending to host bikini competitions. Don’t worry, I’m keeping the faith for this coupledom to eventually go public.

I agree about Chrissy, it’s the shape of her face or mouth, how she holds her head? It’s something? Katie looks uncomfortable in nearly everything she wears? Wonder if Tom made her feel insecure? It would explain a lot about her.
I can’t knock her looks, but she is on my bad side ever since she made an idiot of herself with Eric Ripert on his PBS show. She was trying so hard to be all sexxxy for him and you could just feel him cringing.
If you feel drawn to her but yet feel as if you cant put your finger on something ,its because the ugly on the inside outshines the outer. If you only judge her off of pictures, you most likely come to that conclusion. When you happen to see videos or tweets, it all becomes clear. She is without a doubt in love with herself. She truly believes she’s so funny, cute, interesting, random, silly, adorable, sexy, different, different, and different, lol. I often wonder if John Legend is actually gay. I might sound very invested but I have to admit I don’t have a twitter, nor do I really watch interviews, red carpets etc. I happened to have spent most of my life observing and analyzing everything and everyone!! Self taught psychocolgist over here! Just kidding.
I know! I don’t get her either. She is attractive enough but nothing spectacular and not unique enough looking to draw any real attention, IMO.
I cannot believe you failed to mention the dimension-warping hideousness of Hugh Jackman’s wife’s shoes! Are they really brogues with a pointed platform sole?!!

She always wears these types of platform shoes. I don’t know why. Are they even comfortable? She must like the way they feel because they aren’t fashionable. She has to be one of the luckiest women in the world. I believe that Hugh is straight, loves his wife very much, and doesn’t seem to pressure her into looking more fashionable or like a typical Hollywood starlet or trophy wife.
She always wears shoes like this. I don’t understand why she doesn’t wear flats instead. I can get over it though, because they both seem so super nice 😉

Yep open toed shoes with stockings. Just about ready to break my computer screen. Biggest no no in life.
Her shoes look like they might be by Vivienne Westwood, who uses (iconicized?) the “rocking horse” platform sole. She must like the height they give her. I don’t mind them, and platforms are far more comfortable than the 6inch spiked heel nonsense that so many teeter down the red carpet wearing. Plus, if they are Westwoods, props for shopping a designer who of late has been a voice of ethical shopping practices and environmental protection.

Katie’s hair looks better at this length, but she just can’t be bothered to pull herself together to look polished. I like the outfit in theory (without the jacket), but in other pics you can see that it does really odd things to her chest. Her clothes just never seem to fit correctly, or to flatter.
I know. She has an odd shape, no idea how to dress herself to her best advantage and she has very sketchy taste. I rarely like anything she wears. She needs a stylist who understands body type dressing. Or she should be on “What Not to Wear.” (Is that still on?)
And can I just say: the ridiculousness of dressing like this in NYC where it is FREEZING!!! What ever happened to dressing for the weather?
I love seeing pictures of Katie Holmes since she escaped Tommy girl…towards the end of their relationship, she truly had a “prisoner of war” look…now, she looks so relaxed and happy!
I really want Katie and Jamie to be dating. It’s so random but I kind of love the idea of it.

Wow, I must say, Rita looks absolutely FABULOUS here! Great hair, awesome red lip, stunning dress (that this natural D-cup gal could never, ever pull off or would even want to try 😄), awesome shoes, nice subtle jewelry and adorable red pedi. Way to go girl!
*I’ve never ever paid attention to who Rita Ora is until I saw an E fashion week interview with her yesterday. The reporter asked if she was still with her boyfriend Calvin Harris and her-seemingly totally honest-response with a laugh was: “You know, I’ve been wondering that myself!” as she walked away. Ha ha. Now THAT’s how you handle the press people 🙂 Think I might be a new fan…
how teeny tiny is hugh jackman’s adorable wife deb? i know she always wears those shoes but for the first time i googled how tall hugh is – i thought he was a hollywood shorty. he’s 6’2″! and he’s still inches taller than her in those huge platforms!

Yes, I’m sure she wears those ugly platform shoes to look taller, but she could break out a cute heel now and again. On the plus side, she definitely rocks that haircut. Good cut and color.

She did something. I had to do a double take, because I don’t think she looks totally like herself. I’ve been trying to figure out what’s wrong with her face. Maybe she got some fillers in, but I’m glad I’m not the only one who noticed something is definitely off with her face.
I have noticed in recent years she doesn’t move the left side of her face (the right side as we see it in pictures above). She only smiles with the left side of her mouth. I wonder if this was health related, or a consequence of some kind of facial tweeking. The right side of her face NEVER smiles.
I like the hair and makeup but not the outfit.
I love the side eye given by the man behind Katie. If the bubble pop up on top of his head, it would read, “guurrll, quit side slouching and daaang that granny panties is hideous!!”
I’m probably not getting the right period but Katies outfit looks…renaissance…medieval…that one with long, full skirts and a fitted bodice type thing. Anywho, she looks really nice. Can the woman in pic #2 please dye her eyebrows (pet peeve of mine, blonde hair with dark eyebrows look daft).
