when she won the oscar, she was going on and on about being the first african american woman bla bla bla…she looked much more black at that point in her career.
Halle Berry is a chick trying to win a beauty pageant, even at this stage in her life. She was a contestant in miss america or some such..i think she won at one point.
that’s pretty lame already.
she looks very pretty in the picture shown with this article…but she does nothing for me. i guess she got a lace front weave from the guys in india who supply beyonce with long hair.

Wow.. folks make it seem like it’s any of our business to know that she’s had these struggles. The fact that this woman was so devastated by incidents in her life that she tried to kill herself twice is not gossip.. it’s a travesty. So what if she’s back pedalling a bit. In her mind, as she has moved on, this is old news.. and the fact that someone brought it to the forefront as a way of selling magazines does suck. Such a personal thing shouldn’t be flaunted around IMO.
Is anyone really shocked H_Berry resorts to tales to sell her movie? She’s in her element playing the wronged one always.Parade were right to bat her phoney backside down.
She made D_Justice look like the mafia with cry for me stories.Now Benet has become the new mafia.
Halle Berry is a beautiful woman and I see no basis for anybody saying she is just trying to get attention. I’m just very glad she is better.
And I wish to hell and back I looked that good in a pair of hiphugger leather jeans, have mercy!
I think Halle was just trying to take some control over the interview content back. Clearly, what she said was just a part of a longer interview, and Parade chose to highlight it, wrongly in my opinion. She has been open about her issues for years, and I think it’s always good to know that everyone has problems.
I feel sorry for Halle Berry. Hubby one was abusive,then she had a thief for a boyfie who stole all her jewels, then she had Bennet the slut now she has a toy boy. Who can blame her for wanting to end it all? But she should give George Clooney a go.

Several of those guys abused her.
Once again Busy, I think you need to revisit that.
She’s only been married twice.
I don’t think David or Eric abused her.
Emotionally that’s up for debate and the doctors.
Sounds like she is just trying to promote her movie here.
She doesn’t look bad in it, and Bruce doesn’t need to do this sort of thing.
She does need help if she tried to kill herself over these sorts of things.
Perhaps if she had been with an abuser for years I could see this. But finding out about Eric…She seems as if her self worth is through a man.
Funny you never hear about any of these stars going to get help after they try to kill themselves.
