I keep forgetting that Brandi Glanville is filming Celebrity Apprentice. Probably because I never watch it. These are some photos of Brandi in NYC yesterday filming – she looks pretty (I think) but a little worn down. Maybe because her face doesn’t look so Botox-crazy? Well, Radar says Brandi is a total mess during filming, so much so that producers had to step in and tell her to take a time-out:
Celebrity Apprentice might need to call in Dr. Drew for Brandi Glanville because RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned that the reality star has been “reprimanded” on set and is turning to booze and Xanax to handle the stress of the show.
Filming Donald Trump‘s hit NBC contest show, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, 41, has been fighting with her co-stars and now is apparently cracking under the pressure of the intense situation.
“Brandi got reprimanded for her behavior,” a source told Radar about her latest antics in New York City. “She was sent to hotel to get herself together.”
Battling with Kate Gosselin in the Big Apple is only part of the problems that are plaguing Glanville as she tries to beat her co-stars in made-for-TV challenges.
“Brandi told Donald she was crumbling under the pressure,” the source told Radar.
Known for her boozy ways on RHOBH, and even having been approached by the ladies on that show to go to rehab to treat her problems, the source said Glanville is not faring well on set.
“Brandi admitted to taking Xanax and alcohol to cope with the high stress of the show. Everyone is noticing Brandi’s problems and how it is affecting filming.”
Is this true or is this some more anti-Brandi propaganda that turns up mysteriously in Radar sometimes? I don’t know. I looked at Brandi’s Twitter to see if she denied this report, and the only suspicious thing I saw was on April 6th (Sunday), Brandi tweeted: “Sooo enjoying my day ‘off’.” Was this a forced “day off” because she was boozing and Xanaxing? Hm.

I didn’t watch RHOBH this season, but I was sick last week, and lying helplessly on the couch when the reunion came on and I watched it as I was too weak to hit the remote. Oh my God, y’all, her face. This is nothing. It looked so old and pulled and immobile. She was crying and the thing was still as a stone with little tears trickling out of her eyes but no change in expression. Sad and a warning to us all.
Was that the show where the host-guy (I forget his mane) flat-out asked her why her cheeks keep getting bigger? I don’t watch the show but I saw a clip and LOL’d.

Her extensions need a good foot cut off. You cab see where her hair ends and then the stick straight extensions … Beth Behrs on 2 Broke Girls went crazy with extensions this year too. Whenever I watch the show I just fixate on where her real hair ends and the barbie hair begins.

I think at this point, Brandi fighting with co-stars and being a mess on set is her prescribed tabloid persona.
And it sells, so whatever the truth, this will always be the default reporting on her.
This is not to defend her, but she has been very upfront about taking anti-depressants long term, and adding booze to the mix when stressed.
Perhaps she should find other ways to cope, but this is now her fixed tabloid image.

I think this probably came from one of Radar’s favorite cuntry sources. Let’s not forget that this is the same show that had Gary Busey and Dennis Rodman as contestants, so I highly doubt that Brandi rises to that level of craziness. Frankly, if I had to be around Kate Gosselein (sp) for long, I’d want to take a drink or three. I’m sure this show is tiring and I’m sure she misses her kids, but the constant trashing of Brandi on Radar is so obvious!!!

I don’t take Radar seriously. No one should. They make up stuff all the time or leave out obvious facts to give a spin to things. And they very obviously print what look like press releases straight from Rimes.

Assuming this show hasn’t jumped the shark, it is an opportunity to reach a broader audience. I admit to watching episodes here and there just to see if the participants’ behavior during the tasks and board room meetings match what I envision.
Kate and Brandi both seem like the types to have anger and/or meltdown issues in this type of competition. I really don’t expect Brandi will make it past a few eliminations, but who knows.
Give this poor woman a break. Yea, she may be a mess but look at what she has to put up with at home; she is doing what she has to do to survive. Leann Crusty Rimes tweets about her kids all day long when she has asked her repeatedly to not do that, knowing her kids are 3000 miles away and Brandi is helpless.. Lets give her a break.

No, that’s not it. It’s that Leann and Eddie blatantly stalk and harass her and spend their lives trying to humiliate and ruin her. You can get over an affair, but having to deal with these two lunatics and entrust her kids to them would push anyone over the edge. You have to be really strong to deal with the relentless crap they push at her for years on end.
In your expert opinion, what exactly is the correct time frame for a person to get over betrayal and losing their family unit? What about someone who has lost a child or family member, like say a grandparent? When those people continue to mourn years later, should we tell them to get over it and move on? When they post photos of their elderly relatives who have died and go on and on about their sadness at losing someone who lived a good long life,like it is the ultimate tragedy, should I sarcastically say that thay are the only person to ever have felt pain after the loss of a loved one, or would it be better to shame them by saying, get over it because lots of people have lost loved ones. I’d love your impute so that I can help my friends and relatives “get over” their pain and “move on” from personal loss, in the appropriate timeframe. Since mental health professionals say that a divorce can be as devastating as a death, I’m sure you’d agree that the same guidelines apply.

I thought the picture from last week of her in the little black leather dress wearing the librarian glasses was quite good. I wasn’t a fan of the leather dress but from the neck up her hair and the glasses were beautiful. And I’m not a Brandi fan, so that’s saying something.

1. What did Mason get into that caused his life threatening allergic reaction? Been waiting for a follow up story that would say more but it’s radio silence on the subject. Was it a food reaction, or did he get into some sort of medication?
2. Does anyone know what happened to Just Say Jenn/Jennifer Gulbrandsen? I used to pop over there every once in awhile to see what her latest Brandi/Leann gossip was and now it is gone. Anyone have the story on that?
Re JSJ- I used to go to that site everyday; the regular comments were priceless. From what I read in early April, it looks like someone was harassing her in a big way, and she said she had to take down the site for the safety of her family. She intimated that she may return someday.
I haven’t checked out her radio show on Live 365 yet, to see if she is still doing her show.

Several months ago, she had some stuff on JSJ that probably was close to the mark about the reality show being a mess and B burning bridges. I still wonder if she had a direct source for those stories last fall, or if one of the tabloids was giving her tidbits they didn’t deem worthy of running at the time. Or maybe she just made a lucky guess or two along the way.
There was some weird stuff that Jenn wrote about a huge fight with her husband. She claimed they had each taken out protection orders against the other and that she was living in her car. Then she took down her blog and committed Twittercide. On Twitter there was a link to a blog documenting Jenn’s different personas and basically accusing her of lying about her past as a journalist and being a grifter. I would have been skeptical except there were a couple of videos that Jenn made in the past that were appalling. I was disappointed because I enjoyed her blog, except when she used it to attack another mother at her child’s school.
Yeah, I got that too from her last post in March. I thought she was accusing her husband of abusing her but wasn’t sure if I was reading in to it. I also wondered if it had anything to do with the classmate’s mother she bad mouthed. Then again, you have to take everything she posted on Just Say Jenn with a grain of salt because you can’t be sure how true it was.
Her cheeks look a little better in that photo, probably because her makeup is softer, but looks better than when her reunion was shot months ago. I was watching the reunion the other night for RHOBH, and her face was really disturbing then. She must have had fresh fillers and botox just for the reunion. Once they showed them arriving before makeup, and her face literally looked bizarre. Then during the reunion all made up, her face just looked overstuffed and like she couldn’t laugh or smile naturally. Andy Cohen said to her, what did you do to your face? Did you put more fillers in? And she lied and said no. But he was just staring at her quizzically, and not like she looked good. It was kind of embarrassing and she said to Kim, feel them. And then he said that she looked different and she said it must be the red lipstick. When he asked the others if they did filler, Kyle said no and that Brandi said, you can tell. That’s pretty rude anyway to say to someone, like they need it.. Kyle should have said, I am afraid I will end up looking like you, like a puffer fish. LOL Then Brandi said she didn’t want to have to get a facelift and is doing everything to look good. She doesn’t get it. She is ruining how pretty she used to be, and she can’t go back to a smaller face because she thinks it shows lines, I guess, or looseness.
I have a serious question. Can someone stop doing fillers (assuming they have gone a bit overboard) and look natural again? If the skin loses elasticity with age, I am assuming it might not be possible due to stretching the skin. Thus, overuse of fillers almost requires continued overuse. It may ‘settle’ to some degree, but it still doesn’t look natural.
No, they cant. You are actually spot on with what happens and why the over use after continued use. The skin does ‘stretch’ over time which is why a lot of them go in long before it all dissolves b/c the face looks even ‘older’ than before they started to use it. I dont think it would be as noticeable if you were only using fillers for small wrinkles and maybe the furrow btwn your brows but once you start plumping your cheeks with it, you’re kind of setting the stage to be a slave to it. Thing is it never looks as good as say the first time its injected. I would imagine BG would look absolutely horrid if she ever left her dissolve b/c she has been using so much for so long that her skin is permanently stretched by it. Only way to fix that is with surgery. sad cycle b/c she is only going to look worse from here.

well, i tried fillers once and loved the results. it was about $500. haven’t had the money to go back for more. lasts about 8-9 months. i’m 38 and my face is not fat at all, and was losing volume. i had some extra money so i decided to try filler. my face doesn’t sag more or anything since it’s worn off, just went back to the way it looked before the fillers. btw, i got so many compliments on how good my skin looked! that’s all i heard after i got the filler. when i go back, i plan on asking the derm if it’s true, what you guys are saying. part of me thinks it’s not true, b/c it didn’t happen to me. i think it’s just plastic surgery urban legend, but i’m gonna ask my derm to make sure when i go again. i think if you don’t go overboard with it, you’ll be fine. obvs, looking at the real housewives, they’ve gone overboard. such a shame, cause my botox and filler looked great, no one even suspected! i just haven’t had the extra money to go back for more.

keep in mind that was your first time, which I said in my post that the 1st time is the best but rarely looks as good as the first time you get it. Also, moderation is the key. Not over doing it or putting so much in that it changes your facial drastically. A lot also depends on the skin’s elasticity, the younger the better. That stuff didnt change for me until after 40, thats really when you dont want to over do it. Ive used filler in my ‘cracks’ and loved it too and $$ is the only thing keeping me from getting more. I just wouldnt want to get into the filling of cheeks b/c you will become a slave to it after awhile.
Cristin, she has used fillers since her late 20s. She looked great the first season of RHOBH and had been using fillers for years. She hit 40 and started overdoing everything. I could see the difference the second season. She kept doing it even though the internet was always commenting how she was looking worse.. She should have stopped then with the excess filler and gone back to how she used to do it more minimally, but she didn’t. Now she’s been overdoing it for two years and apparently thinks she looks better with it no matter what she says. Look at her photos when she was first being photographed a couple of years into the split with Eddie. Her face had her normal high cheek bones but a slimmer face and not the huge cheekbones and fatter face and too much botox that we see now. She will never give up fillers, but she should be giving up overdoing them. I just don’t think she will. It’s like body dysmorphia. They think they look better and get used to what they see and hard to go back, like some people with those big, fake lips. She looked prettier and softer and younger with less filler. She thought more would make her younger and it made her look older actually. Plus she really started overdoing the botox for a while too.
I would love to see her cut her ratty hair into a bob style, and also want to see how long it takes Leann to do the same . Off the subject of this article , has everyone seen the blog detailing all the ways that Leann has SWF-ed Brandi ?

Ive seen that one and another one that has far more. she is just plain scary. Its really scary when you see them all in one spot like that. The most jaw dropping one, even after seeing tons of her copying, is the one where LR is trying to emulate BG when she was modeling on a lounge chair. LR has every.single. detail. down including the way BG was laying her hand. I couldnt believe that one even after seeing all the other. LR is truly certifiable. I actually saw some stuff on another blog that proved LR’s fake twitter accounts and the convos she has with herself thru them. She is so sick Im not even sure I can make fun of her any more. She belongs in a strait jacket. At this point with BG, her dealings with LR and EC are the only things that make me sympathize with her but even that has been fading.

I get that imitation can be irritating, but it isn’t the most hurtful/hateful thing that you can go through after a divorce. How about harassing emails, phone calls and text messages? Dreading the phone ringing because you know it’s going to be the ex calling to cuss you out for something you did/didn’t do. Dreading when you see the ex’s name in your email inbox because you know it’s going to be another email telling you what a bad person you are. Hearing the ding on your phone, knowing it’s going to be a text about something you did “wrong” in regards to the kids. And then being told you can’t block them because of the kids – so you have to put up with the abuse. This has been my experience with divorce. And it didn’t drive me to drink or take pills.
The fact that there is no direct contact between Brandi and her ex makes me think she has it easier in some respects. I would have taken imitation over verbal assault any day.
Im sorry you had/have to go through that 🙁 My ex has no relationship with my children so I will never know that side of it .He had an affair 6 months after our twins were born so I automatically sympathize with Brandi in that respect . No its definitely not an excuse to drink or pop pills , I just imagine going through it publicly would take a huge toll . Dealing with it privately is torture enough !

It’s awful you went through that, but you can’t say what’s going on with Brandi. Leann saying something doesn’t make it true because she has been proven to be a liar over and over and both she and Eddie love to sell stories that make them look sympathetic. I would love to be Brandi’s stylist and revamp her look and while Xanax is not a crime or illegal, she hopefully isn’t drinking with them. I haven’t seen any photos of her looking off, and I live in NYC and see photos in local papers. But I can’t imagine having to go through the affair, be hated by your ex for standing up for yourself, be stalked and harassed by his new piece because she’s jealous, and then have to deal with turning your kids over to these psychos regularly, especially when they were babies.

I can only think of only a few people, other than Brandi, that I find to be so “completely uninteresting” and tiring in just about every way, i.e., Kim K., JLo, Miley Cyrus.
Filming this show has to be exhausting and somewhat boring I would think. Radar Online is not known for their accurate reporting of news so I don’t know why everyone immediately jumps on a negative Brandi story as if it’s gospel. They have always had it in for her as they print the “so happppyyyy Leann and Eddie” stories. I have not seen Brandi mention anything of Leann or Eddie in a while it’s just everybody else continually saying that they wish she would move on. She has moved on as much as she can when having to deal with those two nuts, it’s just that nobody else has. I think that Brandi has probably placed a great deal of stress upon herself trying to create a lifestyle for her kids that is somewhat comparable to what they have at their Dad’s sugar mamas. Their “bogus” bonus mom continually tweets references to her family especially since Brandi has been in New York. I am sure it is hard enough being away from her kids let alone having to tolerate Leann and Eddie rubbing it in her face about “their” family. I say leave the woman alone with all the negativity and be supportive of the fact she is working as hard as she can while she can to make money. Someone please explain extensions to me. We see people who can afford the highest quality and the most skilled people to ‘install’ them, so why do they always look obvious and terrible? I suppose some get away with it, but there are so many bad examples, and this is definitely one. On the filler/botox issue, I’m Brandi’s age and I admit I feel relieved knowing there are things we can do to take care of things our faces are doing that we’re not comfortable with (specifically a groove creeping in from the corner of the right side of my mouth that I can’t bear, whereas the left is perfect still, oddly). Aside from the financial burden of keeping it up for years on end, I’m put off by seeing it overdone so often and am afraid of falling into that trap like so many women do when they start.
