As we discussed yesterday (although the original People story was a few weeks old), Ashton Kutcher has some douchey thoughts about Mila Kunis carrying his child. Ashton’s PR team wanted to emphasize – in People Magazine! – that Ashton “understands she’s going through changes and he hasn’t judged her for it.” People Mag has also been reporting that Mila is staying very active throughout her pregnancy, doing yoga and all of that. So is this Radar story such a stretch?
Ashton Kutcher’s control freak ways are driving fiancée Mila Kunis “insane” during her pregnancy with their first child, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned. According to a source, “Ashton has been policing Mila about her pregnancy, diet and workout regime, and sulking when she blows off exercising or juicing with him.”
While Kunis, 30, confirmed her pregnancy on the Ellen DeGeneres Show in May, she and Ashton, 36, have kept her due date under wraps. But the engaged couple is now in conflict over how she takes care of herself during the pregnancy, the source said.
“Ashton has always been weird about Mila’s diet, even before she became pregnant, but now it’s a whole other level of torture for her,” the source revealed to Radar.
Meanwhile, the source said Demi Moore’s ex-husband’s treatment of Kunis is normal – for the former That ‘70s Show co-stars!
“Ashton is really hard on Mila but it’s also because they have known each other since they were kids,” the source added. “So there has always been a weird, and sometimes mean, brother-sister dynamic to their relationship.”
I’m not supposed to wish violence on anyone, so I’ll just say that Ashton needs to chill out. And I hope Mila is telling him to chill out. The idea of a man “policing” a pregnant woman’s diet and exercise is just… gross. It’s horrible. And the worst thing is that I totally believe that he’s like this. I totally believe that he’s like, “Baby, I’m only reminding you to go to the gym because NO FATTIES.”

Do you people NOT see all the pics of him and her together? Do you really think she appears to be someone who’s been taken prisoner by an image-controlling, domineering monster?
I mean…I love Milla but in all these pap photos of her and Ashton she looks…less-than-glamorous. If Ashton is so concerned with her looking hot, I assume he would at least recommend that she take a brush through her hair and maybe put on some concealer.
Sorry, but these two seem completely happy and comfortable with each other. I think he genuinely loves her and DGAF about her weight or what she looks like.
I’m with you. He seems to adore her when she is a mess (which by the way I don’t think is really a mess at all) so I can’t see him being all that nuts about looking good during pregnancy. I wonder though if he is a bit nutty health wise? Like nothing to do with looks, but really wants her as healthy as possible during the pregnancy? Another possibility is that she really wants to stay thin and asked him to help her out and the story was misconstrued.
I think he’s a douche, but I agree. Even before she was pregnant, she’d go around in public with him looking sloppy as hell. Not knocking her because how she chooses to present herself is her business. Just saying that if he was really that concerned about her image, he’d have started “policing” her long before now.

I think he’s probably freaking out about the pregnancy and changes like anyone does. And I think his people used the pregnancy for good PR.

Yes, Mila strikes me as someone who can hold her own also. She’s no fragile flower. Of course. I could be mixing up her real self with the Jackie character she played on That 70s Show… But in interviews, she seems in control.

Also in People article nobody said anything about WEIGHT. Yes, pregnant women do go thru changes: they become whiny, insecure, moody, oft agressive, demanding, clingy, they get tired quickly and can fall asleep in the middle of your telling them something important or funny. it is great to have a partner, who is not judging you for this, but is completely understanding of the changes you go thru. I don’t know why everyone decided it was about weight, it’s such a shallow take on pregnancy and ehat it means for a couple.
I believe it too. He was supposedly really controlling about Britney Murphey’s diet making her feel like crap for eating an Oreo. Ashton likes his ladies tall, blond, and very thin. He seems to have put on some “sympathy” pounds, though.
I don’t believe it. Also of the three Brittany, Demi & Mila the tallest is 5’5″. I’d hardly call that tall & Brittany was dyed blonde. Yeah, I see the pattern.

Yeah, now..the epidural would start in month 2, men would weigh 400 lbs. and sleep 80% of the time, and all fast food restaurants would be open 24/7. Oh, and suddenly, beer would be declared “just dandy” as a pregnancy beverage. Ok, dream over. If any of this is even a liitle true, he better STFU starting now.

Yeah, this one’s hard for me to buy. Ashton making dumb, self-congratulatory remarks about doing the absolute minimum expected from a partner to a pregnant woman? Absolutely, that seems just his style. Ashton actually monitoring someone’s diet? That doesn’t seem like his style and doesn’t really match their public behavior.

She said on “Ellen” or somewhere that I saw, that he stocked their entire extra fridge will all kinds of food for her, in case she got any cravings. She specifically mentioned him running and getting her the most awesome dill pickle ever from the fridge, when she craved one. I think this is just people making up drama because they have no idea what is going on with her pregnancy. Besides, I don’t think she is the type to take any crap from him.

Everyone can hate him and call him names, but he seems to really love Mila, and I think they are happy. As Kitten mentioned above, he certainly doesn’t seem overly concerned with her appearance all of the many times they are seen looking like they just rolled out of bed.
For Mila’s sake, I hope this is false. It’s gross. Just gross.

I’m a little surprised if Mila’s taking this attitude from him because she strikes me as someone who can more than stand up for herself. Though I know even the strongest can be very different in personal relationships.
Like I commented yesterday, no-one has a right to judge the body of a pregnant woman. There is stuff happening there that is so unbelievable (good and bad) and much of it out of your control. So if this is true he needs to take a giant step off.
Mila’s bit on Kimmel’s pre NBA game show was funny. Guys – stop saying “we’re” pregnant. We appreciate the sentiment but ‘you’ are not pregnant.

I think this is probably a speculative story printed by a tabloid after the dumb comments out of his camp to People were made public. I think he’s an idiot, but I don’t think he’s the kind of control freak who’s paying enough attention to police anyone else’s diet or exercise routine.
I think she has carried this pregnancy quite well so far. Her belly has grown but I don’t notice any extreme weight gain on the rest of her body. She is still petite and thin. Her Black Swan days are over, but I see her bouncing right back to being the same weight she was before getting pregnant.
As for Ashton, we knew this about him already. As I said in another post, none of us should be surprise when Ashton is eventually caught with a side piece. If it is true that he is policing Mina’s body weight during pregnancy, his dong will wander post pregnancy as well. Will she even be allowed to have a second baby or will that be too much for him to see her gain more weight and stretch marks? Yeah, he’s tall and attractive in a douchy frat boy way, but Mila could have found a nicer sperm donor.

I think this pregnancy, and their relationship, has been so totally low key and normal that the tabloids can’t handle it and feel the need to ramp up the drama.
I remember the baseball game photos where they both ate everything there was to eat, so I’m guessing he’s not hassling her over a failure to drink enough juice.
Normally celebrity pregnancy brings some goodwill and fluff PR. It seems that these two cannot win for losing. Sure they are not talking about it all the time but their PR does and that seems to be failing. Oy vey.
I think initially all men are so excited for the birth of their child but a few years down the road and the once pretty wife has gained 40 lbs and she has stretch marks and saggy skin…..male menopause sets in and that once so happy couple is headed for divorce: Because he found a younger version of his wife. It is especially hard in Hollywood because gorgeous woman are all around.
