Hayden Panettiere, 25, is expecting her first child with her fiance, boxing great Wladimir Klitschko. She’s due in December, according to the costume designer for her excellent show Nashville, on ABC. Mild spoiler for past episodes of Nashville Hayden’s character, country star Juliette Barnes, is pregnant on the show. Writers created a pregnancy storyline to accommodate for Hayden’s real life pregnancy, and it’s a good thing because you can really see that she’s pregnant, even though they try to avoid full length body shots. It’s clear that Hayden has gained some weight. She doesn’t look big or anything, you can just see the difference in her face. In a new interview with Hello!, Hayden reveals that she’s gained 40 pounds. She also said that she plans to lose it before she walks down the aisle. She’s so cute. Here’s more:
On how much weight she gained
I’m 5 feet, 2 inches and I started out at 106 pounds and guess how much I weight now? Around 145 pounds.‘And the worst part is that my feet are still size five and they’re going, ”What’s going on with all this weight?” They’re about to snap from underneath me with the strain.’
‘I’m still quite muscular, so if you’re running around carrying 40 pounds of extra weight, you’re going to build extra muscle.’
She’s not getting married when she’s pregnant

Well I don’t blame her for not wanting to get married when she’s bigger. I did the same thing, I waited to get married until my baby was a few months old and I was feeling back to myself. At that point I still wasn’t back to my pre-pregnancy weight, but I was close. I gained 50 pounds when I was pregnant, but I’m 5’8″. I still felt huge! I had never been that large in my life, so I can’t imagine that Hayden is very comfortable.
Here’s a photo that Hayden tweeted for Halloween where she’s dressed up as a tiger and wearing a bikini. This is a Mariah Carey level pregnancy move, but it’s Halloween, she’s got great face paint and she used a lot of filters so it’s kind of artistic. Plus she barely tweets. She only tweeted twice in the month of October and once in September. She’s getting ready for that baby. I bet she and Wladimir can’t wait.

She’s so good on Nashville. The writers for that show are terrible but she manages to rise above bad material and make you care for her character.
I agree. She is the best part of that show even though it was supposed to be Connie Britton’s vehicle.
Hayden is the only reason I will occasionally check in to Nashville. I hate Connie Briton’s character, which I didn’t think was possible. But Hayden’s juilette is the only reason to watch Nashville.
@Debbie – I hate her character too. It’s a shame because she is why I originally tuned in, but Rayna is just so blahhhh ya’ll.
I just started it (literally on season 1, episode 2), and I love Hayden’s character in it already.
Juliette is mean sometimes just because she can be, but I can’t help her. Wish she’d rub off on Scarlett a little bit. They are two sides of same coin.
I like Jonathan Jackson who plays Avery, also. I think he’s a good actor.
I love him he is so good. She is really great on Nashville. I wish Nashville writers would get it together sometimes it so good.
I love Jonathan Jackson and Hayden Panetierre so much on that show and I ship their characters so hard. They’re hands down the best part of that show, although Deacon does gives me the feels despite his emotional ineptitude.
She’s an awesome actress & she makes me feel all the feels on that show. I don’t understand how people say she’s not a good actress, I *believe* all the scenes she’s in, I get totally wrapped up in Juliette.

No they don’t look that bad, i think they are cute. Mary Kate Olsen and her man on the other hand totally give that vibe.
I never care about television dramas, but I started watching Nashville and I am addicted to it – trashy goodness! She’s fantastic in the show – acting and singing. I thought it was funny that in the show she’s filming a Patsy Cline movie and that “explains” her weight gain until the truth came out!

I like them together. They must have really awesome sex, I don’t know why that keeps popping into my mind when I see them. It must have something to do with her being so tiny and him being so large. And his fingers… God. He’s hot!
