Jennifer’s attitude coincides with that of a lot of up-coming models and actresses on social media, who think that everyone hates them (read is jealous of them) and thus they live with a chip on their shoulder and are quite passive aggressive.

I’ve never liked her personality, kind of off-putting and just unpleasant, so it’s difficult to put that aside and like her for other reasons…..there are plenty of instances where she’s been pushy to others and acted too diva-ish, so I’m just not a fan of that. I also don’t feel she is very talented overall, and there are many people more talented who deserve credit.
This is just like the AnnE thing. We don’t hate you Jennifer. Or at least I don’t. We just criticize and joke about the goofy as* shi* you do. If you’re going to put yourself out there, be an entertainer and be in the public eye, you should expect and be able to handle criticism. I honestly can’t think of one celebrity or entertainer that I “hate”.

Idol did it for me. I didn’t hate her, I just didn’t feel any warmth from her. Probably because she worked so hard. I still liked to watch her in anything and sang her songs! But when I got to know her on Idol I really began to admire and respect her more.

I’m leary of women who think everybody hates them. Why would they think that unless they know they do sh!t that gives reason to hate. I don’t have time to hate on people I don’t even know and there’s good and bad with most all people. JLo has an amazing work ethic. I respect her as a business woman. I don’t think she’s particularly wise when it comes to family, marriage, boyfriends, her kids, etc. and she’s overly hung up on her looks, but that does not quanitify hate. If somebody thinks they’re so hate-worthy, I think it’s time to make some changes b/c it sounds more like self-loathing.
I’ll be lucky if I can look as good as JLO in 10yrs. She seems to be aging in reverse! Add Gwen Stefani to this^

Funny you said that because I have always believed that Kim’s goal was to look like JLO. All that plastic surgery brought her close but K went WAY too far and now just looks like a plastic mannequin.
I completely agree. Especially because it the same expression not found in nature that she does on every carpet. The posing and planning behind it make it way less hot.
She’s gorgeous, but I definately believe she has some issues on an emotional level, the way she goes from guy to guy, husband to husband and can’t seem to be alone.
I think she has the BEST skin on any woman I’ve ever seen. Yes, I really believe she has some issue with being alone. When is she ever single? She has her 2 kids now, and yet she still finds it necessary to always be dating a guy. On a side note, Marc Anthony just got engaged…how many times is this now? The dude can’t be single ever either.
She has dated 1 guy since Marc and that was Casper,she been single for a couple of months , why doesn’t anyone point fingers at her ex Marc who has had 2 relationships since they seperated and now is engaged

I think she’s basically just done some Botox and weight loss, making her cheekbones more prominent, she’s always had a beautiful face. Someone said a bit of a nose tweek, but whatever…she looks gorgeous.

She was adorable on Letterman. She always exudes joy and a great laugh and smile. She looked so beautiful. She is always prettier live than in photographs because she has such an animated face. She and David Letterman were cute together on the show.

I certainly don’t hate the woman, but I also don’t think she is that great a singer or actress. I think she has had good management and career choices that have resulted in the all the fame and attention, not because she is all that talented. I can’t help but doubt that she would have gotten to where she is now if Selena, who was a huge talent among the Latin population, had not been murdered and a movie made of that tragedy. The movie really catapulted Jennifer into stardom, not her talent.
Please realize that she has had loads of work done and does plenty of maintenance to stay that way ! ! Def. A nose job, lots of liposuction, facials every week or so. And not regular people facials either. Special $500 tracie martyn facials, etc. In addition, she is wearing a lot of makeup on her face. Plus plenty of contouring and highlighting. And she’s not a nice person. Maybe that’s why people don’t like her.
My sister-in-law is Puerto Rican, and she looks as amazing as Jen without makeup and the same age. She isn’t as beautiful as Jen, but she has great skin, beautiful, expressive eyes, and good bone structure, no saggy skin.
Not everybody falls apart in their 40s and needs work or fillers or botox or the scalpel. It’s not some over-the-hill age. Many women look great and have great genes. My mother looked
amazing in her 40s.

Jen’s forehead is shiny waxy and doesnt move , the woman is gorgeous but she’s as shiny and botoxed as Nicole Kidman when she first started on her botox ing journey, it’s just that JLO is doing it in moderation but she’s def Botoxed.
Also she did lipo her butt a bit….there were candid photos of her climbing some stair or something about 12 years ago and her butt was huge and , butt ,upper thighs and inner thighs full of cellulite…excercize can do a lot but she’s had a bit of that fat sucked….she is getting work…but it’s Excellent, moderately done work…

Why has she stopped doing films? This is the time she should be pushing to the next level ,some serious work where actresses get crtical acclaim for drama.
The movie she did about the girls being murdered in Mexico couldhave been a really good movie, JLO was OK playing a journalist, but the thing that bothered me in that film was that at one point they referred to her as a blonde NY’ker, they portrayed at times like she was a blond society girl journalist (non latina) coming to upset how they did things in Mexico. ..but then in the next scenes she’d be latin again, relating to the Mexican girls being murdered. The writing was so uneven, her character was a bit confusing. Imo
Also she seemed to want to look perfect blondish bob wig and perfect makeup ,in every scene,even though she was drudging through the streets and sandy wasteland of Mexico at times to search for the mass murderer killer. Her need for perfect makeup and hair in some of the scenes made the role unbelieveable at times. Her attempt at serious drama could have been better in the film , but she wasn’t completely bad,she was just ok in that.
I wish she’d do some more film work though.
She’s doing a serious movie with Viola Davis, that’s a good sign!
