As we discussed last week, Kim Kardashian is the newest cover girl for Elle UK. The multiple covers were revealed last week, and I was sort of amused by how much Photoshop went into making Kim’s legs and thighs look slim for Elle’s “Confidence Issue.” Now Elle UK has released some quotes from the interview – Kim talks about developing early, and how father wrote her a letter when she was 13 years old, and how she had to grow into owning her curvy look. Some highlights:
Developing early: “When I was 13 my father (Robert Kardashian) wrote me a letter. I was unhappy with my body- I developed really early. Every night I would sit in the bath and cry, I prayed my boobs would stop growing. He told me I had a body not many girls have, that later it would lead to attention from men, but that the most important thing was that I was a wonderful girl and I had to understand my self worth.”
Learning to be happy: “It’s taken me a long time to be happy with my body and for my confidence to grow to what it is today. I grew up when the body to have was the tall, slim, supermodel one, like Cindy Crawford’s. No one looked like me. It’s good to break the mould and recreate one. I’m an Armenian girl, I have shape, and it turned out people liked that. That makes me feel good about myself and about other women for being so supportive. I am a confident woman, but I didn’t just arrive confident – it has built over the years and that is a big part of who I am now.”
Being part of the photo-hack: “I feel violated because these are private pictures. I didn’t choose for them to be out there. But I’m also realistic. I’m on covers of magazines practically naked, so I can’t go crazy about it. The only choice I can make is to not let it shake me up. I’m not having that choice taken away from me.”

It’s not really that I have a problem with what Kim says… in theory. But in practice, she’s full of it! She has no idea how to dress for her body (short and curvy) and she consistently tries to pull off looks that ONLY work on Cindy Crawford-type figures. I also have a problem with Kim publicly lying about her size – remember the “Size 4” debacle? As for the other stuff… I hate to admit it, but I really relate to Kim. I know, I know. I developed early too – I was a C-cup by the time I was 15 years old. I hated my developing body too because everything seemed to happen overnight. It sucked. Woe is the curvy girl.

Ok she grew some boobs in her teens which may have “felt” big in her teens but later around 19 thought there’s no harm in augmenting them to attention getting size! Her first husband said he paid for them.

Even though I know she’s made of lies and Juvederm… I do feel her on the boob issue. I was an early developer and have always just had really big breasts for my frame. It was horrifying as a young kid and I remember many nights just like she describes – especially in Middle School. So, bravo to Kim for evoking my empathy… dang it.
See, I think she had breast augmentation done at some point. I think she likely always had large breasts (as old photos of her show), but had them made cosmetically larger at some point. Anyway, I think my point is – yes, she’s full of Juvederm lies LOL.

My friend had the same body as Kim and a huge bust by the time she was 10. She was then molested by some creepy relative and tormented at school by the boys. Being a young girl who develops early must be a nightmare, and it seems nowhere is safe. I was the opposite, barely any bust and that was awful too. I was terribly self-conscious but it was on the other end of the scale…..not a good time.
I don’t think Kim had her breasts augmented. They look very natural and the more weight she gains, the bigger they get. That’s all.
1. In the court papers of her first divorce, she says her first hubby forced her to have breast augmentation.
2. In the ‘bounce’ video with Kanye, you can see the curve of the breast implant on the side of her chest. Breasts that big don’t start at the front of your chest with such a defined curve.
3. There was a picture of her on a RC where she’d strapped those babies UP in an outfit that showed under boob and you could clearly see the scar tissue that is consistent with an incision for breast augmentation, the old school type of incision.
yes, she did Hun–at almost forty years old w/a baby under tow there is NO way possible her cha chas are still sitting up so high and you can even look at her pics over time.

Sure she did. Didn’t we all recently see that little film of Kim at her 8th grade graduation? I didn’t see her being overly developed. And another thing her first husband has said over and over again that he bought her first boob job and that she conned him into paying for the first butt implants as well. I think Kimmode needs to think more carefully before she pops up with some these tall tales. I just can’t take those over filled lips and that silly little pout she uses. Kim Kardashian, setting women back every time she makes another magazine cover… or sex tape…or selfie. This is not just a useless human being. This is a creature that’s brand has a significant damaging impact on society, especially making an impression on how woman should behave and look.
Talking about her boobs and eating a cupcake in her panties are just two ways in which she conspires to destroy us all.

It’s a safe bet to assume that anything statement from a Kardashian is a lie. I’ll never believe that a person who has had multiple surgical and cosmetic interventions is confident and secure in her own skin. I am interested to see the lengths that she’ll go to stay relevant in her forties and later.

At 13, my friends and I all said we wanted boobs. All these years later, I’m still waiting. She must be glad she got them. They’re a part of her life everyday. The sex video, her revealing tops, naked pictures. All that made her a millionaire. If she doesn’t want money made from showing off her body that she didn’t want, you can give me some.

She already admitted to having her mom put her on birth control at 13 because she wanted to have sex. She has also posted pics of herself at 13 in skimpy bikinis. Im not as curvy as her but I developed quite early… my period when I was 10, boobs around the same time etc. At that age you just dont really understand it, you don’t look like your friends, and older men are giving you attention you dont understand. Its horrifying. You learn to hate yourself when you’re still a child. It takes a long time to work that out.
I feel you. I got my period when I was ELEVEN–and I completely freaked out. Then came the boobs. And from talking to some people I went to HS with, APPARENTLY there were a few guys who ‘liked’ me, but thought I was standoffish (I’m very introverted)…because I had like the biggest boobs in our grade. very early on. When I was around that age my brother wrote me a beautiful letter that gave me a lot of insight into male behaviour. I’m sure it was no fun for him to write but it was a wonderful shield of knowledge for many years. It’s not weird to care enough about your young, overly developed daughter, to make sure she understands that not everyone’s intentions are love and sunsets.
I don’t believe she’s especially confident about her body, given how much surgery she’s had. I’m not totally against plastic surgery, but I find it sad when people who are naturally beautiful feel the need to have it.

Did you see the part in the video where her friend says Kim was voted most likely to lie about her ethnicity? How telling was that? She erased the Armenian right off of her face. I loved her original nose, it gave her character. She said her figure is due to her Armenian blood but at the same time she said she didn’t know of any other woman who had her shape at the time…well what about her entire dad’s side of the family? If it’s due to being Armenian wouldn’t her dad’s side all have the same shape or close to it? This girl is beyond full of lies. She forgets there is video proof of everything.

I can actually relate. I am having a breast reduction on Monday. I am 5’3, 145lbs and a 36 DDDD…..They are a pain in the butt. Insurance is covering at 100%.
You’re lucky your insurance is covering it. My youngest had DD’s in fifth grade (they did get larger). In college she decided she wanted a reduction. We had planned it for Christmas break but had to move it up because when the policy’s anniversary date came up (Nov. 1). The insurance would no longer cover any of it. Also a certain amount of tissue had to removed in order for the insurance to cover it. Good luck. My daughter has never regretted it. My other two daughters would love to have reductions also.
