These are photos of Ben Affleck, 42, taking his daughters Violet and Seraphina out to karate class and shopping for Valentine’s presents. Violet is holding a fuzzy red pillow which The Daily Mail claims is for her mother, Jennifer Garner. Cute! I also like how the girls are in karate. My son used to take karate and it teaches kids discipline, self esteem and of course self defense.
Affleck looks super buff and you know that he’s trying to show it off in that tight shirt. He’s also much more clean cut than we’re used to seeing him. His hair is short and he’s not sporting any of the facial scruff that he usually has. I like this look on him, he looks much younger when he’s clean-shaven like this.
He is of course in shape for his role as Batman in Batman vs. Superman: Dawn of Justice, out in 2016. Affleck won’t be able to slack on his fitness or diet routine anytime soon. There are two sequels coming out in which he’ll reprise his role, The Justice League Part 1 in 2017 and Justice League Part 2 in 2019. I wonder if he ever thinks of all the years he’ll tied up in this franchise and questions whether he’s up to the challenge. I bet that Damon’s re-commitment to Bourne helped convince Affleck that he could also do an action franchise. Those two are close and live right down the street from each other. Damon used to say, years ago, that he was getting too old for Bourne, but he’s got a new film coming out in 2016 too.
Affleck was just announced as one of the presenters at the Oscars on February 22. I hope that his wife, Jennifer Garner, comes too and I hope they pose together on the red carpet, but that’s probably a pipe dream.

Yes, the kids…girls…are very cute. Speaking of girls, what is up with his chest??? Objectively, he looks buff and filled out, but his chest isn’t necessary broad or filled-out. The T-shirt makes him look moob-ish. I wouldn’t kick him out of bed, but does the chest look odd to anyone else or am I just being way too observant?

Yikes. I would get so nervous about having to keep the same weight and muscle size/shape for well over a year or two especially if it was outside of my bodies norm. And he looks so much better with some scruff for sure. Ben is a cutie.

On a different note, say what you want about Ben I still adore him and his baby gap T-Shirt. Still not sold on him as Batman though.
I might be wrong, but I think the law prohibits the paparazzi from taking photos of the kids in a “harassing manner” or something like that, doesn’t ban all photos completely. They aren’t allowed to get in their face, yell stuff at them, block sidewalks, etc. These might have been taken from more of a distance, or by someone just taking photos and that’s it. Unfortunately the one kid at least seems aware of it.
And many publications, etc., signed on not to publish children’s faces. That was another big plus that Jen talked about the other day.

He deserves to be a super-hero!” As opposed to, “Womanizing, fat, boozer mistreats long-suffering wife and is horribly miscast as a superhero.” Does he look any less grumpy and ornery? LOL

He always has this entitled frat boy look to me, but he makes really cute children.
Actually, he grew up in a very socially conscious household. His mother, Chris, had been one of the original freedom riders who went into the Deep South during the 1960s to fight for civil rights HIs mother was a teacher and raised her children to be interested in world events, current events, etc. His dad, an intellectual, was a drunk and left the home early on.

When they were young teens, they would go to movies and come out and he said Ben would want to dissect everything about the movie, how it was made, etc., and they would sit and have these pow-wows critiquing how it was done, what was great about it. Matt called them business lunches when they were teens, LOL You can see why they made it. They were both very focused at a young age regarding movies.
Ben said in an interview he is very cognizant of how he wants to raise his children because of how he and his brother were raised. Matt’s mother is a professor and very involved in poverty issues, where at times she would go off and volunteer and live in proverty stricken areas and bring her kids, and it also shaped his views and giving back and how to raise his children. I don’t think you will ever see Ben’s or Matt’s kids entitled spoiled brats.

He’s on some type of steroid. You can see his nipples are protruding. You often see that when they’re using steroids that contain estrogen. He should be taking estrogen blockers or AIs to avoid getting swollen nipples during the cycle.

It’s very common with body builders who cycle using steroids and don’t use the inhibitors. It usually goes away between 3-5 months but sometimes surgery is needed.
I have two friends that juiced back in the day and they still have issues with their pecs. So viva the Benboobage!

The testosterone breas down to estrogen basically and that’s why typically at the end of a steroid cycle bodybuilders use “PCT” (post-cylce treatment) to not get so called “bitch tits”, puffy nips or gynecomastia.
Medication can often be drugs that are used to treat breast cancer, such as Tamoxifen and the like.
