We had some requests for MOAR Jennifer Aniston stuff, so here you go. The Aniston vs. ScarJo post yesterday was one of our biggest for the Oscar coverage, so I guess you guys still want to talk about it? Sure. As I said yesterday, I actually liked Aniston’s Versace dress. It was a relief to see her in something lighter, less prom-y and less “The Widow Pitt.” Was the dress super-flattering? Eh. But I was also thankful that her boobs weren’t falling out of her dress, you know?
Anyway, the above Instagram is from Vanity Fair – Mark Seliger took exclusive portraits of people partying at the VF Oscar party. I enjoy the fact that whenever Aniston is being photographed by a professional, her go-to move is to play with her hair. Classic Aniston! The VF portrait wasn’t JustJen’s only social media appearance at the Oscars. Jennifer Lopez was also posting photos all night, and she took a selfie with JustJen in the background. It’s pretty cute:
What else? Let’s see… my body language analysis of Justin and Jennifer says that Jennifer is still very into him. Justin feels… I’m not sure. I couldn’t swear to it, but in some of the photos from the VF party especially, it looked like Justin was slightly embarrassed or just not that into Jennifer. Maybe I’m reading too much into it. But Jen did seem “extra” affectionate, like she was overcompensating.
And lastly, Reese Witherspoon goosed Jennifer on the Oscars red carpet.

Other celebrities seem to really like Jennifer. I guess it’s the goddess circle thing or whatever it’s called?
Well all of them are with the same pr agency CAA and represented by Huvane as Jennifer.
I genuinly have never ever seen Jennifer with someone not from that agency or even seen her with anyone from a different race. (Not saying she is racist or anything – just pointing out that I have never seen her hang out with anyone from different race).
Emma Stone is repped by WME (I think) and Selena Gomez (Hispanic heritage) left CAA and is also with WME. Both young ladies who absolutely do not need or benefit from a friendship/closeness with Aniston yet seem to adore her anyway.
And celebrity friendship usually extends to the odd photo-op and namedrop here and there, not full-on vacations every year with the same couples. If they’re truly cool people, they would not hang out with Aniston purely for PR. That doesn’t seem like their MO.
I guess it’s just too hard to accept they have friends that are likeable whereas it’s easy to accept that Handler is a friend because she’s horrible (nevermind that Handler seems to have a circle of friends that include Bullock, McCartney, Taylor-Wood and Stefani, likeable people who never get called out for their relationship with Handler).
Aniston has a lot of industry friends, that much is obvious.
Just because celebrities take pictures together at functions doesn’t make them friends. It’s mostly a matter of asking ‘Hey I liked your movie/song. Do you want to take a picture?’ Sean Young had tens of pictures with many A-list celebrities at the 2012 Oscars.
Selena and Aniston have the same manager.
I find it odd that since Jen is friends with all these powerful A listers and Oscar winners like Reese, Sandra,Clooney,Hanks, she has yet to do a film with any of these people.
Well now that she is #1 Snubbed ( almost Oscar nominee) I am sure that will change.
As for her being loved up at the Oscars I’m reminded of similar pics at the 2009 Oscars with John Mayer.People Magazine- John and Jen Still in Love at the Oscars.
Taylor wood is not friends with Chelsea. Sam said she is close friends with Angelina.
I stopped watching Sandra and Charlize movies after they became friends with Chelsea. They have adopted black sons and yet BFF with a known racist.
As someone mentioned Selena and Jennifer shares the same manager.
I take pictures with people working in the same company as me – that doesn’t mean I am friends with all of them.

Yes, both Gwen and Sam are AJ’s friends and yet they have no problems with a girl’s night (not a casual run-in, this was obviously planned and they had no issue with making it public!) with a woman that openly said racial remarks about Jolie’s children. What awesome friends indeed…If you know anything about Paltrow (who started sharing the picture), then you know she doesn’t run around with a random group of women, these women are TIGHT. Her groups are TIGHT.
I don’t know if Stone or Gomez are friends with her, but what I do know based on the pictures that anybody can find, is that celebs like to get chummy with her and have clearly established a relationship where jumping into somebody arms on the red carpet is acceptable. Or hugging everytime you see each other. I think it would look more awkward if they didn’t establish this before.

Second, how would being in a film with her friends say anything about their friendship? I think what you do OUTSIDE of work, counts for more when you talk about friendships don’t you think? If anything, that would justify some people’s reasoning that it’s all business, all CAA friendships. All these people have decent careers so why would one hang on to the other for jobs? They’re doing fine.
How is she ignored exactly? I agree. I was underwhelmed by the dress in stills but thought it was pretty spectacular live, in movement with the light hitting it.

As for their extra “loved-up-ness”, she does seem more handsy. I think she was just happy to be there because there was an air of “legitimacy” with her “#1 snubbed” status. She just seems really giddy and happy in all of the candid pics I’ve seen.

I wonder if the photographers tell the couples to hug each other. I watched something on Youtube with Aaron Taylor Johnson and Sam Taylor Johnson where they were at some kind of red carpet-thingy and I noticed the photographers would ask them if they could look at each other and do certain couple-ty poses. After seeing that, I figured it’s hard to tell what’s going on with anybody in the red carpet if they’re being directed to pose a certain way.
On another note, J-Lo seems kind of human lately. Its weird bur nice?
I’ve seen video footage of red carpets, and photographs are often yelling out instructions – look this way, turn around, stand with so and so, etc. Between the shouting and the camera flashes, I’d run away!
She’s hands on with every man on the red carpet, and sometimes women. I find it too “teen insecure” like so many things about her, but given the consistency, I think she’s just a physically clingy person. The whole analysis of their relationship seems weird. The pic is nice but for her playing with her hair – that just ruins it.
Jennifer definitely seemed happy and genuinely having a great time at the Oscars. Some of the photos of her with Justin did seem like he wasn’t as into it as she is. I’m wondering if it’s just because he’s not really into the award pageantry but does it to make Jennifer happy. If that’s the case I can’t fault him for wanting to make his lady happy like any good boyfriend/fiance would do.
i think the way she was clutching onto justin showed that she looked a bit drunk or too relaxed. and he was trying to make sure she didnt trip or fall over.

that was my guess – she really wanted to show that she was a good sport about not being nominated. She never strikes me as fun, more as immature and neurotic. I think she has nice comedic chops, I just find her cringe-worthy off the screen.
She had every reason to be happy, same as Justin. Neither of them belonged there and wouldn’t have been if it wasn’t because Brad & Angie have kept them relevant.

No, they’re not ‘loved up’. Justin looked desperately depressed most of the time, and Jennifer was tryin hard to ‘make nice and happy’ when he finally smiled it looked forced. They were real at one time, but its over.

I know this isn’t a popular opinion on here, but I do think they’re still together.
I think she’s a touchy-feely and he’s not. however, he DID have his hand on her butt in one of the other pictures, which is often noted when other couples do it, so yeah…I’m going with “still together, never getting hitched”.
I think they’re still together too. They look like they’re having fun.
I like the dress – she’s put on a bit of weight, and it becomes her.
Please remember these people are actors… not necessarily good actors, but people who pretend for a living. Hugs and smiles and declarations of “my favorite couple” mean nothing when the cameras are on. She’s obviously enjoying the attention (what a shock!) while he looks very awkward and out of place. Many, many comments on other sites describing how their PDA seemed contrived. My hunch – and that’s all it is – they’ll announce a break up before summer.
Your hunch is my hunch. I don’t side-eye long engagements for regular folk, but people with their kind of money can make it happen any time, any place with all the wedding-planning help their hearts desire. There’s a reason they’re not down the aisle yet.
I think at one time they were a real couple; I don’t think they are anymore, but they wanted to be together for awards season.

I don’t know about these two – but I have only ever seen them do PDAs infront of the media. That always seems fake and done multiple times with Jennifer and her current partner.
Without the camera on them on any awards shows – I have never seen them being affectionate,holding hands or even smiling at one another. There are several of pictures of other couples who are not touchy on the redcarpet infront of the paps but when they think that the camera is not on them – they show their love. That’s when I believe a couple is truly in love.
Not once have I seen Jennifer and Justin like that. And Jennifer is the master of PR – she looked like this with Brad before announcing their separation, with John M before breaking up with him within days etc it’s like a pattern with her.
I think Jennifer wanted to be the most talked about and she succeeded. There are like 10 articles on Dailymail about Jennifer this Jennifer that and maybe 1 or 2 about the actual nominees and winners.
PS: Jennifer seemed drunk or high as usual and she also disappeared to a toilet stall with a female and was away for a long time. Wonder what they were doing…

Personally, I don’t think Jennifer wants to get married…I’m sure she sees just how many marriages go the distance, and I think the thought of having to give someone half of her money, in the event of a divorce if it doesn’t work out, keeps her from walking down that aisle…can’t say I blame her!

Yes, it has. She has a very irritating voice, I’m glad someone else noticed it.
Yeah, she has this annoying high pitched voice. I’m not sure if she is drunk but she seems to slur all the time when she talks. She also talks like she doesn’t open her mouth and eating her words. I’m not sure but in that Ryan interview, it’s like she so acting it out.
By the way, I don’t really what people likes in her, she is so plain looking and sounds really dumb.
