I love it too. I would totally wear that, minus the hat. I can’t handle head accessories for some reason, sensitive noggin. I think it was all of the sequin headbands I was forced to wear as a child in 80s dance recitals.

I know. I watched a victoria’s secret commercial with another, blonde, blue eyed, bronzed babe in it. no wonder the stupid hoes I work with shoot for this look. society tells you this is the ideal of beauty and beauty is all that matters, beauty and sex. blond and white is just one form of beauty, not the only beauty. it comes in all shapes, sizes, genders and races.
No doubt society installs specific, ridiculous beauty standards on women. But just because a woman has green/blue eyes (like myself) and dyed blonde hair (like myself) does not make them a “ho”‘nor a slave to these standards. The majority of my friends are brunette, some redheads, and they spend just as much time at the salon as me. I have a big enough problem with someone pointing to a group of women as “hoes” while preaching feminist ideologies, but to do so for their hair or eye color is rly uncool.
Man, it’s tough for us. I have green eyes , white skin and dark, curly hair. Guess what people tell me to do? Dye and straight my hair, so I’d look “perfect”.
It’s a good outfit, and Cara seems more at home in it than others, but she also doesn’t make it look like anything special, and she isn’t showing anyone why she’s one of the models of the moment wearing it. I feel like I could see someone wear it walking down the street and manage to bring more personality and flair to it than Cara’s doing here, which isn’t what you want to be saying about an in-demand model. She should elevate the outfit. She doesn’t. It’s boring.
