Kendall Jenner looked incredible at the Cannes amFAR gala. Unlike her recent peekaboo disaster dress, Kendall did well in a Calvin Klein gown. This partnership may be mutually beneficial after all. Kendall’s purple dress was one of my favorites of the evening. The top is so simple, almost like a swimsuit. The skirt is full and flouncy. Kendall had a grand time waving her gown around for the cameras. The only problem I have with this look is how her hair looks stringy. She needs to pull it back out of her face.
Harvey Weinstein called Rita Ora “a breathtaking actress,” and here she is wearing Marchesa. Is this dress supposed to look like a rose? So much peplum, so much tacky awfulness. Rita made matters worse by blowing kisses on the grey carpet.
Irina Shayk wore an Atelier Versace gown in emerald-green. This was a daring gown with potential for a wardrobe malfunction, but she has the body to pull off all the sheer paneling. Can you believe Bradley Cooper is dating her?
Michelle Rodriguez has been wearing lots of monochromatic sheath dresses lately, but she went for something different. This shiny Romona Keveza gown is absolutely gorgeous on Michelle. The color looks a little valentine-y, but the dress was perfectly tailored. The Chopard diamond necklace is amazing.
Melissa George wore a flouncy Schiaparelli couture gown made of tulle. I think she was going for drama and ended up with a cutesy dress. The giant bustle was overkill, and the embellishments looked like funfetti.
Mary J. Blige wore an off-white Versace column gown, which was covered in Swarovski crystals. This dress seemed dated, and the bright yellow nails didn’t enhance its appeal.
Izabel Goulart wore a color-blocked, bodycon gown and a statement necklace. She managed to do too much and not enough at the same time.

I thought Kendall’s dress was boring. She has a pretty face but just such a boring body. However, her hair was the worst part of it. I thought Izabel Goulart looked the best, though I have no idea who she is.

@Rachel There is no “va va voom” factor to Kendall. I don’t find her model material just because she’s skinny.
To be fair her face is more boring than her body.
I’m a fan of the lack of “va va voom”. So sick of seeing women’s boobs and arses hanging out of every dress. I like the fact that Kendall looks lean and athletic – not like a blow-up doll like the rest of her family.

Michelle’s dress, WOW! Any girl no matter how tom boyish..would love that dress. Kendall’s dress was meh, nothing spectacular, though I love the skirt.

I love the dress Michelle is wearing, stunning. Kendall has looked better. The ones wearing beautiful dresses with ugly tats – why even bother showing up. The tats cheapen the dresses and ruin everything.

All I EVER “see” in Kendull is her mom Kris Jenner. It’s creepy.
Kendall looks just like her mother! I think she is beautiful. She has a lovely figure for modeling not too curvy, long and lean, nice shoulders. What some are calling her “boring” looks is what she will cash in on. She can model anything from young looks to trendy fashionista to street wear to all out glam. She has that ability to morph her look so she should have a good career if she stays on this track.
I like the Calvin Klein, but wish it was on someone else. I’m so sick of everyone in that family being everywhere all the time.
Michelle’s is classically gorgeous, and I am in love with Mary J’s gown. There’s sort of an art deco feel to the design.

There is a different look to this dress. To me it has style, not just another copy trying to make the same thing look different. I think she looks perfect in it.

Kendall’s hair looks dirty. The color of the dress is nice but she doesn’t carry it well at all. Such a dullard.
I sometimes empathize fashion wise with M.Rod so much. I am so not built for fashion so it’s, “Is this well tailored and not busy? Cool. We’ll do that.” None of these insane risks.
Is it the camera flash, my phone screen or is kendalls top a different color than the bottom? Calvin k. Likes that shade of purple. It looks like the euphoria ads. Overall everyone looked pretty good. Everyone was dressed for the same event. Rarity that.
I think you’re right. This reminds me of the fuchsia and pink dress/choker we saw on someone the other day… can’t remember who it was but the shades looked like an attempted match fail.
I love Kendall’s dress. Rita Ora’s dress is a mess. The green dress is just ugly and trying too hard. The rest of the ladies look nice.

Michelle Rodriguez needs some color on her lips! Mary J does as well. I don’t think she looks dated, she just looks very much like herself. Mary always wears the same type of dresses, kind of like how Sofia Vergara does.

Why Rita Ora insists on being platinum blonde? She doesn’t have the complexion for it. It looks fake and tacky. I don’t like her but I think she would look cuter as a brunette.

Kendall’s dress (and Kendall) doesn’t do much for me. If you have to throw your skirt up in the air to make it move, there’s something off. Or maybe she just annoys me.
My first thought was she’s trying to show what a supermodel she is. That is a move I would expect on the runway.

I like Kendall in color! She often wears black casually but it makes her look like she emulating her boring mom and sisters. She comes into her own in a different color!
Anyone ever notice Bradley Cooper goes for the blond (Renee Zellweger and Suki Waterhouse then Latin or darker skinned Zoey Saldano, this latest model and then back to a blond) he’s 40. Damn. Old man.
That sounds to me like he doesn’t have one type he sticks to like Leo, only blonde tall models. I can’t bash on him for dating tall, thin, petite, curvy (his ex-wife), darker-skinned, fair-skinned, shorter, etc.
I finally realized who Rita Ora reminds me of: Sylvia Miles.

Kendall is so young and yet there is something there that makes her look so old and used. I can’t explain it. The color looks great, the hair looks dirty but cute it that up-do and yet there is just something so off. When she smiles she looks so much better but still not as young as she is and certainly not fresh.

Kendall’s dress reminds me of something a fashionable girl would wear to prom: name brand, show off a lot of skin, actuay pretty ugly.

Gotta admit Irina caught my eye, I think you’re right that the dress is so dramatic that she pulls it off. This isn’t peek-a-boo but very confident and comfortable which translates to how she wears it.

Since when is talent a requirement for Top 40 success? I thought it was actually considered a barrier for entry.
She’s far more talented than about 90% of the pop stars nowadays. She has a truly beautiful voice. The problem is her management. They are trying to sell her as the next Rihanna or something, and it really doesn’t work for her. She’s so generic and such a carbon copy of everything else.
I love what Kendall is wearing, hate to admit it. I feel like that’s what Kim thinks she looks like or wants to because a lot of things she wears would look much better on Kendall.

I think Kendall’s dress is gorgeous and she is really starting to grow on me. I like her personality and think she is the least Kardashian-like in the entire family. I found her to be very sweet and empathetic when I watched their show on Bruce’s transitioning as well. I think Kendall is going to be around for a long time.
I like the Calvin Klein dress, but the top doesn’t have the same hue as the skirt and that bugs me. Hate Kendall’s hairstyle, it does look dirty like another poster mentioned.

Kendall is the by far the most naturally beautiful sister. All of the others have a least 5 or more body/face enhancements with Kim having the most. Maybe Kourtney has less then all.
The hottest women here is Iryna, I hate her dress but she looks so hot!
Overall these dresses all work for me except Rita, just a hot mess!!!
