Remember that episode of Seinfeld where Jerry can’t get the residual stink of some guy’s B.O. out of his car? Imagine having to go to work every day and smell that. Apparently, that’s what the cast of the new 90210 show on the WB is dealing with, thanks to their stinky co-star, AnnaLynne McCord.
AnnaLynne McCord is basking in the sweet smell of success over her breakout role in “90210” – but her body odor is causing quite a stink among the show’s cast and crew!
The 21-year-old sexpot plays the role of spoiled rich Beverly Hills High student Naomi Clark on the CW’s popular teen drama, but there’s nothing sexy about the way she smells, say sources.
“AnnaLynne is easy on the eyes, but tough on the nose!” a set insider divulged. “She actually brags about not using deodorant and insists she doesn’t need it – as if having body odor is below her. But the truth is, AnnaLynne reeks!”
The problem has gotten so bad that the cast and crew have nicknamed her “AnnaLynne McStinky,” says the insider. And because no one is willing to step up and give AnnaLynne the bad B.O. news to her face, they’re trying to devise ways to get the message across.
“A few people have made light-hearted jokes about body odor in her presence, and someone else actually tossed deodorant in a bag she carries when she wasn’t looking, but poor AnnaLynne hasn’t gotten the message,” said the insider.
AnnaLynne even “smelled funky” when she showed up for the show’s first season wrap party at the West Hollywood nightspot Coco de Ville on March 21, the source revealed.
“The irony is she is one of the hottest stars on TV right now – but she needs to address her body odor issue.”

Damn! That’s embarrassing. I can understand it happening once in a while – it happens to all of us sometimes. Hormones, working out, or skipping a shower one day are all culprits. But all the time? And at work? To the point that someone snitches to a gossip rag? That’s pretty gross. And also hilarious. I am one of those people who has no problem telling someone when they stink. Or when they have something hanging out of their nose, or when their fly is down. I consider it a public duty to tell people these things. I would hope that if I was walking around offending everyone’s sense of smell, they would do me the same courtesy!

At least it is not Victoria’s Secret perfume. I’d rather smell BO anyday than that wretched scent that so many wear these days. Anti-perspirant has aluminum in it which can cause breast cancer; that said, Ms Mccord could go to a health food store and get natural deodorant if her co-workers are so offended. But they probably stink of Victorias secret anyways…
usually this blog is one i consider to be more intelligent than many of the other celeb focused websites, but this one is really missing the mark. this story should be about how her co-workers are total assholes! who would want to work with people like that? I’d rather work with someone who is kind of stinky rather than some jerks to snicker like children behind her back.

had a co worker like that, after HR told her, her supervisor told her, then I even played like “ummm what did they want to meet about?” then I agreed with what they told her she denied it and swore she did not smell it.
I think its horrible, to HAVE to smell another person consistently, I know accidents can happen etc.
My co worker lit up the whole elevator w/her winter coat on..people would spray after she left their work area.
She was a sweet girl, but she never got it or was not taught proper hygiene.
Trust me, its no picnic-for people that have to smell the person–and its a lawsuit waiting to happen.
looking at her makes my crotch itch- she looks like she would have some RABID sabre-toothed crotch-crickets. She looks filthy and greasy, the way Madonna did back in her Like a Virgin days. I bet Madonna reeked then, too. Also, I think Bret Michaels looks like he’d smell like cat food, aquanet, and ho stench.
I’ve looked at some photos of her and she is very unusual-looking. Though not classically beautiful, she is striking. Since I’d never watch 90210, I don’t know if she can act, but she really does look interesting and it would be great if she could act.

I am sorry to report that she really isn’t the best actress though. I watch the show and although she has gotten better (less forced and OTT) she still subscribes to the ‘flare your nostrils and pout to indicate being upset’ school of acting. The other one (Shenae Grimes) is even worse. Every week she screws her face up and whines about something – it’s entertaining though.
