Wendi Deng, 47, is apparently getting ‘serious’ with Pres. Vladimir Putin

wenn22461451

When Rupert Murdoch married Wendi Deng in 1999, it was controversial. Murdoch was then a spry 68-year-old and Wendi was 31. At the time, it was his third marriage and her second. Deng has always been accused of trading in lovers and husbands for more money and power, and many side-eyed the fact that Deng had been the “homewrecker” two times in a row, breaking up her first husband’s marriage and then being the “other woman” in Murdoch’s second marriage. When the Deng-Murdoch marriage fell apart back in 2014, there were once again widespread rumors that Deng had already moved on to another more powerful lover, this time the very married Tony Blair. I don’t know what happened between Deng and Blair, but if it was ever something, it’s probably over now. Because Wendi Deng is reportedly dating… Vladimir Putin.

How’s this for a new couple alert? The rumor circulating around the corridors of power — from Washington, D.C., to Europe and Asia — is that Vladimir Putin and Wendi Deng, Rupert Murdoch’s ex-wife, are dating. Reports of the pair have been floating around for years, ever since their respective divorces in 2014 and 2013. One insider close to the powerful leader tells Us Weekly the relationship is “serious.”

The controversial Russian president, 63, was previously married to Lyudmila Putina for 30 years, with whom he shares daughters Maria, 30, and Yekaterina, 29. The Kremlin confirmed their divorce in April 2014. The politician rarely discusses his children, but during an annual news conference in December 2015, he boasted about his daughters to thousands of reporters, before shutting down more personal questions.

“They studied only at Russian universities. I am proud of them. They continue to study and work. My daughters speak three European languages fluently. One of them can even speak one or two Oriental languages. They are making their first steps and are successful,” he told the crowd during the rare moment, before stating: “I never discuss questions related to my family. They are not involved in business or politics. They are not pushing for this.”

Following Lyudmila and Putin’s split, the president was rumored to be dating Russian gymnast Alina Kabaeva. Putin was often featured in European gossip sites after Kabaeva stepped out in early 2015 looking “fuller,” igniting pregnancy rumors. Swiss newspaper Bild then reported that Putin had missed appearances because he had traveled to Switzerland to be by Kabaeva’s side, where she allegedly gave birth to their child at a Swiss hospital in March 2015. The Kremlin has repeatedly denied the rumors.

Deng has yet to be spotted looking romantic with the Russian leader, but was seen boarding her pal Roman Abramovich’s yacht in St. Bart’s on Monday, March 28. Abramovich also happens to be friends with Putin. (According to the Daily Mail, the billionaire Chelsea Football Club owner reportedly gifted the president with a $35 million yacht in January.)

[From Us Weekly]

There’s no shadiness like Russian shadiness, my God. Putin received a “gift” of a $35 million yacht from Roman Abramovich? Yikes. And I still believe that Putin was dealing with that gymnast, Alina Kabaeva. In fact, that’s why the news surprised me so much – I was sure that if we ever heard anything else about Putin’s personal life, it was going to be that he married his young gymnast. As for the Deng-Putin power couple… I suspect they’ve both met their match. And it will either be perfect or it will be an utter disaster, nothing in between. I also suspect the timing of this confirmation is more about Wendi trying to stick it to her ex, Rupert Murdoch, for marrying Jerry Hall so quickly.

This chick represents the worst of all humanity and womanhood. Sets everything back–men, women, children, microorganisms–to the Stone Age.

    • detritus says:

She’s pretty awful, right? I was reading on another board that she may have be physically abusing Murdoch? I haven’t looked in to it yet though, so no idea how substantiated it is, but holy crap this women has nothing redeeming.

When I can put aside their combined evil, I enjoy them together. In a sort of movie villain way. Like Dr Evil and Frau.

    • Jegede says:

      It’s odd how she’s celebrated.

      Her history is just…………

      • Bridget says:

Is she celebrated? I’ve never heard anything particularly nice about her.

      • it's like you know says:

Lainey from LaineyGossip seems to hold her in high regard.

I think she’s pretty awful, though.

      • Bridget says:

        Lainey definitely doesn’t.

      • LAK says:

Lainey holds her in high regard not necessarily because she esteems her, but because she has game.

Sometimes, people like that are admirable for their complete lack of scruples and the fact that this very obvious fact doesn’t hold them back in any way.

It’s qualities they possess that the rest of human kind either does not or is too moral to exploit.

And it’s incredulous that despite repeated exposure and derision, they still get away with it.

See also her admiration for Blake Lively who she acknowledges as having no discernable talent except the ability to position herself in advantageous ways which have reaped extraordinary rewards.

      • TheCassinator says:

Her story line sounds straight out of House of Cards!

      • Bridget says:

Actually, you know who was friends with Wendi for a long time? Nicole Kidman.

      • me and moi says:

Kidman is close with Murdoch so why wouldn’t she be close to his wife?

      • Bridget says:

Because both Murdoch and Deng are awful people?

      • me and moi says:

Well then, I doubt Nicole is much better. He does always jump to her defense quite quickly. Posted in the wrong spot first!

      • Fiorella says:

Lainey talks about her rationally, and the way Lainey talks about anything insults are very veiled or implied or balanced with something kind of nice. Even when she talks about jt she’ll add that he’s talented

    • Ravensdaughter says:

Who else would sleep with Vlad? (Ewwwww…)

    • Anne tommy says:

Yuck. She has seriously bad taste in men. Who’s next- Robert Mugabe?

      • Stella Alpina says:

Looks and physical attraction don’t play into this for Wendi. It’s money, power, and prestige she’s after. If the man has all three, he’s in her sights. Ex-wife an elderly billionaire mogul to an affair with a prominent British politician to a relationship with a dwarf who rules a country: she’s a very determined gold digger.

      • crtb says:

Bad taste? No, she likes very rich and powerful men. I would love to know what they see in her.

      • Michelle says:

@crtb— Exactly. These men can get almost any woman they choose because they are so rich and powerful. What is it about HER that Is so attractive?

    • mee says:

they completely deserve each other. She’s an awful human being and he’s not any better.

on a purely superficial note, she’s not attractive at all, but i’ve heard that what she lacks in looks she makes up for with confidence and flirting hard.

    • Alice too says:

I don’t believe this at all. Russian elections are coming up and I think we’re going to be seeing a whole bunch of vague smear articles in the press about Vlad in the Western press over the next few months.

    • ann charlotte Barnes says:

I agree. She is a bitch.

    • TOPgirl says:

I think Kim Kardatrashian already took that trophy home.

    • Wood Dragon says:

In a word, she’s AMORAL. And I’m beginning to suspect she’s a sociopath.

  2. Sixer says:

It is the 1st of April after all!

It would be wonderful if this were true, but sadly it probably isn’t. Wendi once attacked an anti-Murdoch protestor who custard-pied ol’ Rupe when he had to give evidence in the House of Commons. Best. Thing. Ever. As Pinky says, she is an awful, awful woman, but comedy gold.

She could effect detente between the west and Russia with a water blaster or somesuch!

    • BearcatLawyer says:

Although…another long-circulating rumor is that Wendi is a Chinese spy. I believe a British journalist even printed it ages ago and was – oddly – not sued for libel. So perhaps this relationship is meant to affect detente in the worst ways.

On another note her first marriage is how she got her green card. The Wall Street Journal published an extensive profile of Wendi and obtained evidence that she committed marriage fraud. I wish the government would denaturalize and deport her from the US, but given the burden of proof and her money, this is unlikely to happen.

      • Naya says:

I’ve read too many Le Carrie books but I absolutely think she could be an agent. I’m not sure for which country though. Can you imagine what it takes to run through corridors of this kind of power?

In my mind, she has a very powerful godfather who ushers her in to these circles and keeps vouching for her. Meanwhile whatever agency she really works for gives her access to all kinds of psych profiles and past histories of these guys which she then puts in play, to get them interested. Maybe she even reveals that she is an agent but then plays at being a double agent, sharing past secrets to win their trust. If she is a spy, I can see why she would appeal to an ex KGB man like Putin. She is not just an equal in some ways, she reminds him of the days of his youth. I need a Wendi Deng movie.

      • Magnoliarose says:

I can believe she’s an agent. Mata Hari Shanghai style. The article in VF was great.

    • Esmom says:

The pie incident is the main thing I remember about her.

She really gets around, doesn’t she?

      • blue banana says:

4 (known of) people by 47 is getting around? wow, i’m a flat out whore i guess. Never knew that.

    • Sixer says:

      Esmom – she does!

Bearcat – ooh, I didn’t know that rumour. I put Wendi into my category of pretend human beings. Best ignored where possible and if you can’t ignore her, the only thing left is to make her into a joke. Too much knowledge of Wendi could make me suicidal, I fear!

    • Bridget says:

Word about this started circulating yesterday. Don’t know if it’s true, but I don’t think it’s an April fools Day Joke

  3. mytake says:

Politics and ego and sociopathic tendencies aside — Vlad Putin is kinda sexy.

  4. Talie says:

Well…she’s one step away from marrying Satan.

  5. Amelia says:

    Run, gurl. RUN.

I know she’s awful in so many ways, but nobody should have to deal with that puffed up, egomaniacal, compensating-for-something, half-naked horseback-riding madman.

  6. Crocuta says:

    April Fools?

Her character aside, she is gorgeous to look at. Stunning, even.

    • Lama Bean says:

      That’s my guess!

    • vilebody says:

I was about to say that I love her blue cut-out dress. Agree with all the above statements that she’s horrible-borderline-evil, but gosh darn it she has great fashion.

    • Timbuktu says:

Really? I was just staring at her photo thinking that she was just so uneventful-looking, I don’t see what all these men see in her.

      • Magnoliarose says:

Me neither but I suspect she’s got some mad skillz in the boudoir.

      • OhDear says:

It’s probably similar to Cleopatra – might not be the most beautiful, but very intelligent, witty, charming and bold.

      • Crocuta says:

I actually think her face is very pretty. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, I guess. 🙂

  7. NewWester says:

Lindsey Lohan must be jealous, she is only dating the son of a Russian billionaire. Wendi is dating the President of Russia

  8. vauvert says:

Terrifying idea, fortunately I don’t believe it’s true. He’s a psychopath with nuclear power, she’s a power hungry b*tch with zero scruples. I do not want to imagine the evil those two could concoct together.
But he does not seem to go for women with a brain and/or initiative, and she is the ultimate scheming, shrewd, upwardly mobile embodiment of a female Machiavelli. Not his type at all. As for the article, it sounds like the only “proof” is that she is on the yacht of a common friend. That’s a bit reaching….

  9. PHD Gossip says:

I like the idea of Donald Trump and Wendi Deng.

    • Lizzie McGuire says:

Wendi would never date Trump, he’s too poor. She’s setting her eyes on more money & power which President Putin has. If this is true, it could be the greatest love story of all times or the end of the world as we know it.

    • Aley says:

I like the idea of Wendi Deng and Arnold Schwarzenegger.

  10. Josefina says:

Good that dress in the last pic is so tacky.

  11. missmerry says:

with all the power she’s been in bed with, imagine how much top secret, governmental and international information she knows?

  12. Artemis says:

Deng is horrible but…I so want somebody to write a biography about her so I can study that -ish forwards and backwards and forwards again! She is definitely not boring and there are so many evil men out there, a woman can be evil too. It’s rare to see a female example of such evilness and who is more interesting than the evil partners she dates. It needs to a case study or a biography, I don’t care. I will read it.

    • HK9 says:

While it’s not a biography, I think Vanity Fair has a good article on her.

      • Beckysuz says:

I just read that VF article last night( Lainey linked it yesterday) and it was a good read. So scandalous! I highly recommend. I had no idea how shady this woman was and is. She has just used everyone as a stepping stone to get money and power. Total gold digger. Obviously a smart one, but still.

      • Artemis says:

Read it of course 😉 and yup it’s great. She’s such an awful human being but she’s leading such an interesting life and people are crazy about her. It’s total madness!

  13. OhDear says:

She’s a terrible human being, but…though I’ll never celebrate her, I can’t hate on her. She has mad gold-digging skills! Except for the first husband, it’s not as if the men in these relationships don’t know what’s up. She’s not preying on people who are in a vulnerable state and she doesn’t pretend to be sweetness and light.

    • Artemis says:

Yup. The first family wasn’t that well off although they sponsored her coming to the US. The mind boggles why that wife didn’t put a stop to it when Wendi literally ignored her and clearly focused on her husband the first time they met! Deng could have been stopped if that wife was a bit assertive as anybody with a brain could’ve predicted Deng’s intentions with the husband.

Deng is very aggressive and confident in her intentions, it’s not like people don’t see her coming, there’s no sheepclothing or masks with this one so I think people are just resentful that they’ll never have those skills and personality to get ahead in life. Deng comes from a very poor background and she turned out to be an extreme survivalist.

      • BearcatLawyer says:

Wendi Deng does not come from a poor background. Both of her parents are college educated engineers. They had a car and driver when she was growing up in China and were one of the first families to have a colour TV. It was her parents’ loyalty to the Communist regime that put her in contact with her first husband when he and his family relocated to China for his job. She then apparently ingratiated herself with his wife by asking her for English lessons and eventually for help in attending college in the U.S. She may not have been as aggressive and confident back then as she is now, but she was smart enough to play to win, even if it meant destroying her first husband’s family.

      • Artemis says:

        Umm;

Wendi’s father was the manager of Xuzhou’s engineering factory, earning 300 yuan ($50 today) a month. “Her family was relatively better off than the rest of us,” says Li Hong admiringly. “They lived in an apartment unit in a building, about 500 square feet, three bedrooms, very stingy.” I had stood outside that housing complex, a clothesline-crisscrossed building just off a main thoroughfare, where Wendi lived with her parents, two older sisters, a younger brother, and an ancient auntie. Still a hovel, in Wendi’s time it had no hot water. “I grew up so poor in China that one day I aspired to have meat regularly,” she would later say. “She tells you about growing up in total squalor,” says a friend. “She had the hand-me-downs, and the parents focused on the boy.” Wendi told British Vogue, “My parents were so tough. In the summer when everyone else was on vacation I had to study the whole textbook for next year so I would be ahead in class. . . . It had to be 120 per cent.”

Her parents wanted her to become a doctor so she could take care of them. Not exactly a parent’s wish if they are so well off. Deng did a lot of menial jobs and shared a bunk bed with a friend in the sports dormitory as she couldn’t join her parents yet at one point. That’s not exactly the image of being well-off in Western standards.

I know plenty of well-educated people who would make loads of money in the UK or the US but due to living in countries like Slovenia or Poland, make very little. Why do you think Deng’s peers admired her in that Vanity Fair piece? Why do some young people want to move to the US? Because they think there is more there to fulfill their ambitions.

When she was introduced to the Cherrys, she reportedly rushed right past Joyce to her husband.

That’s pretty confident to me 🙂
The ex-wife of Deng’s first husband also said she was ‘determined’. And Deng also gave herself 120% in academia and sports, this was not some wallflower or pushover. Nothing suggest that she was started as a shy girl who transformed herself into an evil mastermind. She was learning English well before she met the Cherry’s because she know it was going to be an asset as some point.

      • BearcatLawyer says:

By Western standards, yes, Wendi grew up poor. By Chinese standards at the time – especially during the 1970s and 1980s – Wendi and her family were ridiculously well off compared to much of the population of China. They were also well connected and loyal enough to the regime that she was able to interact with foreigners and be permitted to exit the country to study abroad in the U.S. More critically, in Chinese culture it is usually sons who take care of their parents in old age. There is an even an old Chinese adage about daughters being drains on the family because they will eventually marry into other families and help take care of their in-laws instead of their biological parents. Wendi’s parents likely wanted her to become a doctor because it would guarantee her some degree of prestige and more professional and personal opportunities as China opened up more to the world in the 1980s, which would in turn only benefit her parents’ standing with the Party and within their social stratum.

Since I am an immigration lawyer in real life, I am not surprised at all that her descriptions of her childhood in post-Cultural Revolution China and her drive to get to (and succeed in the U.S.) would generate some degree of admiration among her peers. I also feel that once she arrived in the U.S. and realized that the lifestyle her family enjoyed in China was considered tragically squalid or impoverished by Americans, she definitely played up her hard knock origins and omitted mentioning how much worse off the bulk of the Chinese people were during those days.

I also believe that she did not transform herself into the person she is today solely due to her or her parents’ ambition or because she had some deep desire from childhood to defect and enjoy a better life in the West. Growing up in communist China, Wendi almost certainly realized that she was quite privileged. Being selected to attend a sports academy – especially in those days – was a huge deal as it could potentially result in being allowed to travel to overseas competitions and improve the general living standards for one’s family. She pushed herself to achieve as much as possible because she saw how successful people were treated by the regime and knew being a star in something could make her life and her family’s life much easier in China. As a result, she simply would not have wanted to do or say anything that could have caused the government to question her loyalty or bring suspicion down upon her parents or siblings. Regardless, she was groomed from childhood to drink the regime’s Kool-Aid, and it would not shock me in the least if she was also recruited as a spy, even as a teenager.

    • Lizzie McGuire says:

The Vanity Fair article about her was something else. I mean it was really good & I was so intrigued by this woman. Not saying she’s doing something good but it takes a cold hearted b-tch to do what she does. I agree that the men know what they are doing, they’re also to blame for the cheating. It’s just she keeps pulling the same stunt over & over, & it works! It’s documented of what she does & men keep falling for it, she’s that good & now Putin. If this is true I think Putin knows of her intentions, either he is impressed by her or has fallen in love already. Time will tell if this is really happening or do we need to hide in bunkers when these two have a fight.

    • LAK says:

I don’t consider her exploits with hubby no 1 as a failure. She needed to start somewhere, and she had to get out of China.

She got him to sponsor her visa AND to pay for her education at a prestigious school.

      1st step on the road…….

      • BearcatLawyer says:

Her exploits with husband number 1 worked out well for her, not so great for everyone else. And from what he has publicly said, it appears that she committed some degree of marriage fraud to get a green card through him. It is highly unlikely that DOJ will move to denaturalize and deport her though for two reasons: 1) marriage fraud cases based solely on one’s behaviour or perceptions about how the parties really felt about each other are extremely difficult to prove up in court; and 2) she is wealthy and high profile enough to wage a long court battle that DOJ has little chance of ultimately winning. Well played, Wendi, well played.

Also, technically the schools she attended in the U.S. before she got her green card sponsored Wendi for student visas. The student visa “sponsorship” provided by the Cherrys was financial only, and how much money they actually expended on her (before she married Mr. Cherry) is unclear. The Chinese government may very well have paid some or all of her tuition, books, fees, travel expenses to/from China, and medical insurance while the Cherrys primarily provided room, board, and transportation within the U.S. Cal State-Northridge or private organizations may have awarded her scholarships or grants too since she would not have been eligible for federal student loans or grant programs as a noncitizen. I am also pretty sure that she did not pay anything close to the rack rate while an MBA student at Yale, but by then she may have had a nest egg from her divorce and working in the U.S. to finance her studies there.

I also question whether she HAD to leave China. As I wrote upthread, by Chinese standards of the time Wendi led a pretty good life. I suspect that there were many other reasons why she was permitted to attend university in the U.S. that also explain why she is the person she is today and why she may be dangerously liaising with Vlad now.

      • LAK says:

I don’t dispute what you are saying @bearcatlawyer, and appreciate the background you’ve added.

However, previous commentor said that Wendi couldn’t have been a gold digger in the beginning since her first mark aka hubby#1 was small fry and wasn’t a world dominating bemoth.

My comment was to point out that gold digging has to start somewhere, and rarely starts big. Hubby #1 may feel emotionally cheated, but she had a plan from the beginning, irrespective of what the chinese authorities had in mind for her, or even complimenting chinese authorities’ plans for her.

BTW, regarding your work as an immigration lawyer, as you know i come from an immigrant community myself, and every time someone has to attend a meeting with the home office, they are advised to make their personal letter/story as tragic as possible. The truth is rarely investigated. So i believe your Wendi story of her playing up her beginnings, because that is standard advice if you wish to get past the immigration authorities, and to receive certain services. It’s terrible, but western people don’t appear to accept that immigrants are as normal as they are, so the more tragic the tale of origins, the better.

  14. Misere says:

Read the Vanity Fair article about her. The worst of the “Shanghai girls.” Basically a ho, IMO. But men are stupid so they get what they buy.

    • MousyB says:

That was one of the most intriguing articles ive ever read! I was hoping someone would mention it in this thread!

  15. Moon says:

Wendi Deng is a real life lady Macbeth….

  16. Adrien says:

I fear for Putin’s life. He should hide his polonium stash. Hehe. Such power evil couple.

  17. TotallyBiased says:

You mean this ISN’T an April Fool’s headline?

  18. Squiggisbig says:

No way this doesn’t end with someone ingesting polonium

  19. Esther says:

she is taking the “i am into bad boys” to a whole new level.

  20. Odesa says:

I don’t buy it! I think Putin is very ethnocentric and racist. I can’t imagine him with someone who wasn’t Russian.

    • Timbuktu says:

You nailed it (are you from Odessa?) :-), I was coming here to say the same thing. Putin is working very hard to make Russia very nationalist. There’s no way he’s hooking up with a non-Caucasian woman, at least, he’d NEVER admit to it or let it get serious.

  21. Scal says:

Didn’t the gymnast just have Putin’s baby last year around this time? He seems like the type to trade her in after that.

    Ugh. Putin is just gross.

  22. me says:

Is this an April Fool’s story?

  23. kitty orchid says:

As far as I’m concerned, Wendi Deng and Vladimir Putin are both sociopaths. Talk about a match made in hell!

  24. jammypants says:

Vanessa and Wilson Fisk (DareDevil) realness right here.

  25. ms. deng’s body is RIGHT….. get it PUTIN… you shadedog you!

  26. ohmahgoodness says:

Forgive me, but have you seen pictures of Alina Kabaeva lately? She’s not the plucky, fresh-faced thing she used to be. Russian women do not age well. I say this as a 30-something woman of Russian heritage. When we hit 30- the babushka bomb goes off.

I think Putin isn’t as seriously involved with Alina anymore. I’m also pretty sure he’s the father of her child, who looks just like Putin’s daughter, Katerina.

    • Eden75 says:

This is sadly true. I grew up in a Russian town and most of the girls I knew as kids did not age well at all. They are still pretty but look about 15 years older than they are. It also seems that they get, well, round too. One is a triathlete and still is a bigger girl. I’m not being rude, it’s just an observed fact, even by them.

I don’t know what it is, but you are very correct about the babushka bomb.

    • teacakes says:

I just googled Alina Kabaeva, and her younger self looks like the spitting image of Kate Upton, only with a little more expression.

    • Victoria says:

I saw her in person at last year’s R. Gymnastics world championships in Stuttgart, she’s an icon of the sport and she attends big competitions, she really looked amazing.

      • ohmahgoodness says:

Alina looks great in those pictures and is still a nice looking woman. But her looks have changed a lot in the past few years. Her eyes look tired, face is rounder with a double chin, the unibrow is coming in stronger, and the weight gain hasn’t been flattering on her box body. Again, as a woman of Russian heritage, I see this happen a lot with my family members- once we get into our 30s, our looks seem to spiral down fast. It’s probably emphasized by the fact that so many of us, like Alina, were considered beautiful in our teens and 20s.

Wendi, on the other hand, looks amazing and better than ever. Body be banging and face is well rested. Whatever work she’s had done is superb.

  27. That’s a dopey looking picture of Putin in the yellow chair.

  28. Penelope says:

She’s something else, and not in a good way.

  29. DeadlyKitten says:

Women playing men at their own game. Well I never.

  30. Susannah says:

If this is true, hopefully Murdoch will get custody of their two daughters since Putin’s the only person in the world worse than Rupert Murdoch and then Jerry Hall can raise them, she’s the best chance those girls have!

She’d better not cheat on him like she did her ex husband or she’ll get the polonium tea the way others have who have displeased him.

    • teacakes says:

the polonium tea story was INSANE, my eyes were practically bugging out of my head through that entire article in the Guardian.

  32. magnolia says:

My brother in law (who is British) dated her a long time ago, before she married Rupert. He calls her Bendy Wendi.

  33. Jamie says:

Lol 😂I can’t believe anyone believes this story. When would they have ever met? He never really leaves Russia. And like Odessa said, he would only be interested in his own nationality. They don’t even have language in common.
And sorry to say this but wendi deng? I doubt very much he would even know who she is.
The story is obviously made up.

  34. Aley says:

Actually this joke has been circulating on the Chinese internet since the day of the Murdoch divorce, but it’s only a joke. And I agree that Putin will never marry a foreigner.

I’d rather see a Wendi Deng + Arnold Schwarzenegger story. 🙂 They live in the same country, both have cross-cultural and athletic background (and cheating records), and made L. A. their first stop in the U.S.. They both are extroverts, look good for their ages, and love the movie industry and spotlight.

    True Lies 2! Anyone?

  35. justwastingtime says:

Listen to the Frontline documentary on Putin if you get the chance… it’s available online. I hardly ever use the word evil, but in this case… it applies. Just the thought of touching him makes my skin crawl.

  36. Bread and Circuses says:

    Well. Ahem.

I like that pretty blue and gold dress very much.

  37. sauvage says:

If this is not an April Fools’ Joke, then it just fits with what I thought her being married to a man like Rupert Murdoch said about her character. (I didn’t know anything about her, but now I’ll have to check out the VF articles!)

I also lost all the love I had had for Jerry Hall until now. Choosing someone as vile, as evil! as Rupert Murdoch for your partner – yeah, says a lot about you. True colours, and all that.

  38. Cupcake says:

April fool’s joke aside, she is GORGEOUS for 47! I’d love to look like her now and I’m much younger.

  39. chelsea says:

    I’m not a bit surprised.

  40. Gg says:

All I can glean is that she’s probably hooking up with that guy who owns the yacht. Wendi is friends with his wife and from the VF article she seems to infiltrate couples through the wife then seduces the man.

  41. Crumpet says:

Every time I look at a picture of him, this is all I can see.

  42. TOPgirl says:

Ya know what….she do what she gotta do to survive….She’s had a taste of the good stuff and would like to remain there. Watch any show with House Wives who marry rich and powerful men…they never go back down a tier or two..NEVER! They stay up there and continue on that road to other rich and powerful men. I give this lady props!

  43. Mika says:

Sorry but she is unattractive. She must be really skilled in bed because she is not facially cute!

    • lisa says:

ita, which makes me think she is skilled like no one else

      she could teach a seminar
