As you can see from this Instagram and her excessive use of hashtags, LeAnn Rimes was recently in Texas for her “tour.” Yes, LeAnn still “tours,” even though her fanbase has dwindled down to barely nothing. I would love to see the cost-benefit analysis of LeAnn’s tours, because I suspect that any money she makes from touring and live performances at this point is negligible. But she was in Texas late last week and she did a show at Billy Bob’s Texas, “the world’s largest honky tonk.” A local songwriter/country musician/radio personality named Bill Mack came out to wish her well. Billy Mack knows country music. He’s seen country artists come and go. And he was not impressed with LeAnn. Incidentally, Mack wrote “Blue,” LeAnn’s biggest single. First, Mack tweeted this:

She NEVER has had a tour life. Real singers tour for months at a time and never see their homes. Her so called slow fan base drive a few hundred miles for her tour. 15 dollar tickets and cheap china crap she sells is all she has ever had. Also, she has NO kids.

As a classically-trained singer, I can tell you that I most certainly am a musician, and, frankly, a much stronger one than many instrumentalists I know. I realize @claire isn’t meaning to be snide (well, except to LeAnn, of course), but that is such an old, tired cliche. Sorry if it makes me a little grumpy.

Billys holds almost 7 thousand people, she couldn’t sell or give away 2500 tickets. I read where Eddie’s gf are sending her a message on social media. Leann can lie stomp, throw a tantrum, but she never was a country star. She was a one hit wonder with Blue which already had been recorded and now sings cover songs which she wrecks. She’s a casino gig singer, 10 dollar, full buffet, 2 free drink ticket.

The showroom capacity I read where concerts are performed is 1,900. So if it’s true Leann sold 1,200 tickets, it’s not great, but it’s decent. I thought LeAnn was down to like 600 tickets sold shows. Twelve hundred isn’t horrible considering she’s been a has-been for years now.

I guess she has never heard the expressions “Don’t bite the hand that feeds you” and “Don’t burn bridges you can’t afford to loose” because this woman only has a handful of hangers on in her corner, and she pays them to be her friends. No one wants to see LeeAnn Rimes sing, act or do anything for that matter. We would like for her to go away for A VERY LONG TIME and then come back sane. Does she not get that she’s a country artist? My dad grew up in Texas and dude, country is king where he’s from. And country music is still, unlike some other genres, about radio and making connections and especially fan events. Diva behavior is less tolerated there then probably anywhere else in the industry. It’s whole premise is based around the “down home” image. LeAnn at this point has lost the semblance of anything remotely resembling “country” so why does she persist in it? Just go back to LA and stay there!
I think country is the only place where she can make even a few pennies. Shockingly, no one really is clamoring to book an egotistical minimally talented has-been.
Hold up now. Has-been? definitely. Egotistical? And then some. But she’s not minimally talented. Too bad her emotional instability has long since overshadowed her talent.
She can sing but it’s not as good as it was. Granted, I’ve never liked the froggy tones of her voice but it’s gotten worse, and, after all that criticism she got for years that she didn’t feel the music or seem to relate to it, she decided apparently that tons of unnecessary runs conveyed emotion. So now she’s extra froggy, does too many runs and is completely unintelligible. You cannot understand a single lyric and she mispronounces the hell out of words. It’s just bad. On top of that, her sound is super dated. She’s just not a ‘talent’ that has a place anywhere these days. Those run-down casinos are exactly where she should be.
She IS minimally talented. Compared to the current auto-tuned pop singers, yes she possesses great talent. However, take a show such as The Voice. There are so many unique, flawless, voices out there, waiting to be discovered. LeAnn is no longer a child prodigy with a golden voice, she’s an adult with a great voice, which is (allegedly) being ruined by too much tequila and screeching at her philandering hubs. In addition to Her voice issues, all the surgery/injections around the mouth and her big fake teeth have made it very difficult to even understand what she’s singing. Even those were born with the gift of a beautiful voice have to nuture it and take care of it or else they lose it (ex. Whitney and Mariah).

Leann had talent, but it was always raw, you can tell she doesn’t practise or train her voice like most singers to get the best from it. You can barely understand a word she sings and makes poor choices when covering other artists. She needs a good vocal coach, a work ethic and the ability to accept advice and criticism to bring out the voice we all know she has within her. Personally I would go right back to basics and start touring small bars, built up a good routine, get some practise and discipline and rebuild her fanbase, it may take a couple of years but she might pull it off. Unfortunately she wont take on board anything I or any of the other commentators have said.

Eddie best friend Dave even got one of my cousin’s friends pregnant, she found out he had a wife and 2 sons at home even though he said he was single, he then said he would ditch his wife to start again with my cousin’s friend but she didn’t want anything to do with his sleazy ass…….as I said so much more that could be said but I’ll leave it there. So I’m guessing karma is real you treat people like shit are hateful and vindictive and it sure as hell will come to bite you in the ass! Ain’t karma just a wonderful thing lol! Meh. I went and read it. I don’t really believe it. LeAnn has people as certifiable as her, actually worse because they think they are normal, yet stalk her incessantly on her twitter feed to the point of being bizarre, which says more about them than her. Some version of this story has been passed around for years. Nothing has ever come of it. There are people that live to ruin her life on twitter on even innocuous tweets.
I think LeAnn is nuts and has her own mental issues, but that doesn’t mean all those trolls are any better. So this poster on that facebook page about her insider knowledge might be a troll, or maybe not and is telling the truth. Who knows? But I take it with a grain of salt.

Because you would have to really know the details about Eddie’s friend Dave Fradin, about his wife Lizy and their two sons only through personal knowledge or by being a longtime follower of this whole Eddie cheating story, to know about their relationship and then you would have to do some real digging on social media to understand who Liz is and look up her IG account to know they have two boys. Then you’d have to really want to stick it to Eddie and Dave to make the whole Dave wants to leave his wife and kids thing up. So yes, I believe it. And finally, if you read Amy’s latest follow up post on Billy Mack’s site you will see that she gets very detailed about Dave’s new little baby girl, and how the mother is not hiding the fact that Dave is the baby daddy.

The story was that Mack Sr saved the song Blue for decades (he thought Patsy Cline might record it). Actually, several not so well known singers covered it before the young yodeler. Yet that song’s marketing helped generate a lot of attention.
The only thing that really matters is that song is what made her, and it was beyond rude of the “mega star” to not take two minutes to say hello to the man who wrote the song,

He seems to be a well known person in country music and was a good friend of Merle Haggard’s, so it seems he’s been an important part of introducing her to other country musicians and helped make her a star.
Yes, from what I recall reading at the time, her father tried to get her career going in Texas and surrounding areas. However, Mack heard her at a sporting event and the wheels started turning. His connection was he catalyst.

When a story finally leaks with irrefutable (pics) of Eddie cheating on her she will have no real friends left. What a shameful thing to do to someone who gave you your big break. If I had to pick-I’d much rather hang with Kim K than LR.
I think LeAnn is a certifiable nutjob. But having said that, maybe this guy in the past said some things not so nice about her. and so she didn’t feel the need to meet him at the show when he showed up. Then his son decided to make her pay for it.
I think “certifiable nutjob” says it all. This is the same woman who knowingly had an affair with a married man and broke up a family, and then had the nerve to portray herself as the victim. She has criticized country music, and thinks no one noticed. She’s squandered opportunities that other, probably better singers, would have loved to have had. What is happening to her, is of her own doing and far from what she deserves.
I recall one print interview with the older guy sometime during the affair fallout. He seemed relatively mild in his remarks (sounded like a grandfather type figure), yet he did say he thought something changed when she went to LA.

I peeked at her Instagram. A comment that caught my eye was a woman gushing about how Leann is an inspiration and role model to women everywhere. It’s so fascinating to me how there can be such a gap in knowledge about her. How some people just see the bull$hit quotes and lies on Instagram and think she’s just the most amazing, kind, loving thoughtful person. Then there’s those who know her, like industry people she’s burned or, the people who actually have seen all that she’s done these last several years and are aware of how manipulative, delusional, narcissistic and evils she is.
It’s no wonder she’s taken to Instagram more. She’s found a following of dim-witted losers to eat up her every plagiarized word, and, she can delete comments that call her out on her lies. It’s a funny little facade she’s got going on over there. I see right now she’s using someone’s illness again for her own benefit, to advance the narrative that her lack of boundaries with her stepsons is fine. I don’t think there’s any hope for her to ever be a decent person.

They typically post on social media sites and gossip blogs gushing about how beautiful and talented Leann is, and fighting with anyone who disagrees, like the Smiley family, who she then sued. You can usually tell when it’s Leann because of the bad grammar and excessive use of punctuation and emojis. LIke Eddie’s Instagram account, she’s soo gushing about herself, she gives herself away. The latest example of this stuff is on the IMDB chat boards under Leann and Eddie’s names, she’s on there gushing about how they are the greatest romantic couple ever and posting nasty replies to years’ old comments congratulating Eddie and Brandi on the birth of Mason. She’s psycho.
I just looked at LeAnn’s then Brandi’s, I noticed how she’s using someone else’s illness to get attention and sympathy for herself, it’s sick. I also noticed how Brandi posted a TBT from her wedding and labeled it “white party”, so LeAnn of course posted a flashback Friday picture the next damn day of her singing at the white party, it always surprises me how much she still stalks Brandi, it’s not normal and I think she’ll come completely unhinged any day.
I can’t believe Eddie lets his children be around that kind of instability, this woman is scarily obsessed with their mother and he probably encourages it! What a terrible father.

She’s been exposed as the owner of an Eddie Cibrian fan account on IG. Someone picked up on how odd it was that photos had #hubby as a hashtag. Why would a random fan do that? Hubby is LeAnn’s favourite label for Edna. They called her out and she scrubbed the comment and removed the hashtag, but she outed herself, yet again. If she put the time and effort into her career that she does in stalking Brandi and maintaining her facade of a life, she’d be in a much better place. Being disrespectful to the man who gave you your big break is idiotic. Especially when you are currently playing low rent casinos and churning out garbage like Today is Christmas. Jingle jangle didn’t exactly catch on.

The Eddie Cibrian IG account was pure comedy gold. It’s like when she ran Eddie’s twitter account and tweeted things like “going to go to Home Depot and walk around holding hands”. It was so ridiculous and obvious it wasn’t him. She sure has a lot of time on her hands. If Eddie was all over her, like she pretends, she wouldn’t have time to run so many fake accounts.
Yes, the Eddie IG account was a thing of wonder. So many good laughs at LeAnn’s expense!

I remember seeing a tabloid with LR not too long before her affair with Eddie broke. It was Leann with Dean basically making out in public & I thought it was odd bc she was acting like a lusty teenager and she’d been married for a while to him–PLUS I hadn’t seen her in tabloid pics before. Now I realize she staged all of that and it was just to get Eddie’s attention. The level of crazy that she had at those moments with Dean still continue.
She also got in trouble on Twitter last week with another D.J.: RadioJBWebb and musician: TheRevJerr for ripping off their “Under the Influence ” cover songs concert idea and it’s title and poster style for her Texas concerts.

Did she play more than an hour? I saw a few times people commenting she only played an hour at shows this year. Concerts are supposed to be 90 minutes at a minimum to be called a true concert and worth paying money for.
One of the funnier things Leann has done on social media lately was try to explain why Ed isn’t working when she was asked what does Ed do. OMG apparently, there’s hardly anything being filmed in LA these days, and Ed just cannot travel for work because of his boys. My question is how did he travel for work before she came along?? They met and fornicated while filming in Canada after all. Lots of parents have to travel for work. He can travel with her on her “tour” as well. She just doesn’t want him traveling around without her, ~allegedly~ That’s what happen when you hook up with a married man, you never have complete trust.
Yep, she knows she married a serial cheater and now has to live with the consequences. Her excuses for him are laughable.
I was a stay at home mom until my kids were school aged and then I went back to work. Ed isn’t out of work because he is some great dad. His kids are at school all day and he has them 1/2 the time. He is out of work because he is lazy and LeAnn is terrified to let him out of her sight.
All ballony, he doesn’t work to pay minimum child support $1k per month which in LA is poverty. Leaky doesn’t want him to work because of his affairs. The children are either with KiKi, his parents or various maids so he is not working because he wants to be a full time dad but because he is still very Bitter that B kicked him out and wants to screw her over financially. He actually said she should get a job in MacDonalds. What a champ.

Eddie was telling his friends (and it got back to Brandi) that he was purposely not working in order to have his child support payments to Brandi lowered, in order to punish her for divorcing him. He was proud of this and there was a gossip rumor on one of these posts about how he and Mario Lopez were griping about ex wives etc in a bar and tried to pull a nearby Mel Gibson into the conversation and he criticized them telling them to have more respect for the mothers of their children.
If she had any brains and wasn’t so arrogant she would have wrote songs about all the good bad and ugly and could have saved herself with her fans, the music industry and financially. She’s too busy telling everyone how “happy” she is to realize she’s a flippin idiot.
There is an utterly strange video of Leann on Instagram showing her singing (or in this case screaming crying warbling) Beyoncé’s Crazy in Love very slowly at the concert. It would make every dog on the planet howl in misery if they heard it. I know I winced in pain hearing it. …and don’t get me started on what she was wearing.
What I sincerely don’t understand, is the people ( there’s not a lot of them, but srill) complimenting that performance. She’s so hard to understand and kind of looks like she’s having spasms while she sings. She can hit high notes, but has to really steain to do so. Her shows are so short, probably in part because her voice can’t hold out longer. When she was younger, her voice was so much better and I don’t remember her being hard to undestand. She’s only 33. What will she sound like in 10 years? She’s bragged about never having taken a voice lesson and she should stop. Vocal coaching preserves a singer’s voice and helps with things like pitch and enunciation. Most professional singers have one.
While I am not a singer, I spoke to the music teacher at school, and she stated that people often do not use their diaphragm properly when they sing, hence the screaming and less than stellar voice quality. I think Leann does this. She overcompensates which comes out as irritating instead of soulful. I listen to gospel or soul singers who really put in effort and wail on top of their lungs, but you feel the music instead of feeling like gagging.
Personally I would LOVE for someone to play the snippet for Beyoncé on live TV and watch her give a not so nice reaction to it. I’d be sick to my stomach hearing Leann’s rendition if I was her.
What I simply cannot understand is why…why, why why would Leann slow that song down? What in the h*** was she trying to prove singing it THAT way? It sucked from here to high heaven.

Because she thinks she’s better than them. She has done that a lot. Taken a huge hit and tried to put a new spin on it and it just comes out terrible, but in all her interviews, she’ll brag on herself how she’s giving fresh takes to these songs. As if! She’s not creative. She’s just a cover singer. That’s mostly all she’s ever been. And she needs to realize that creative people made those songs hits. There’s nothing she can do to improve them!
It makes me cringe to remember how badly she butchered Adele a couple years back.
When she was younger her singing was effortless, stunning vocals. Her vocals are much diminished these days, which is odd, since the girl really doesn’t tour much. She sings just enough each year to keep her voice in shape, not strain or hurt it, like long tours. Yet her vocals are a shadow of what they once were.

I never really paid attention to LeAnn until recent years when her nastiness/nuttiness became so evident. After watching that youtube clip it is so striking that she really tossed a promising career away for a serial cheating gigalo. No wonder she is on a constant campaign to convince the world that their love is like no other. Sad stuff right there.

The man who wrote Blue is this guy’s father. Mr. Mack Sr gave an interview in 2012 when Leann went into Tweehab. It was unflattering, but nothing was untrue and he said good things, too. Basically it said she had changed and he hoped she’d find her way, or something like that. YOu can google it.
Anyway, I can see why she would not want to embrace him after that, HOWEVER..this guy (Mr. Mack Sr.) is a big name and it would have done her a world of good to have him give her some POSITIVE press as a reversal this time.
