That’s sooo weird because Beth Stern popped into my head for absolutely no reason other than Howard pulled out of AGT this year other than that I have no basis for thinking of her.
Beth Stern looks nothing like Reese Witherspoon, BUT she is older than Jake, and he does have a tendency to date older women (Witherspoon, Jenny Lewis, etc.).
ETA: he also seems partial to blondes: Witherspoon, Swifty, Kirsten Dunst.

Yeah, I’m kind of set on Jake now, and I can’t really see anyone else. I think it’s people in the Gwyneth Paltrow circle. Tobey Maguire’s wife Jessica is another person that comes to mind, although his description is really actor, not “wealthy celebrity”
I think it’s Georgina Chapman too, who bares a resemblance to Alyssa Miller. Jakey has also been linked to Emily DiDonato and Minka Kelly, who both have similar looks to Georgina. Also, in the blind it states how much he regrets the affair, maybe because Harvey is such a huge power player in the industry it could hurt his career?

I’m fairly certain it’s Idris she’s taking about.
But why would you be certain of that? It says that it’s “been a while since he made a relationship stick.” Idris and his girlfriend Naiyana Garth, with whom he has a toddler, just broke up earlier this year. They were together at least a couple of years. And the rumor is that he cheated on her (and other women) at least once, so I doubt he’s the type to be racked with guilt.
And he’s not really known for being “cute.” And he I doubt he stays too far off the party circuit since he fancies himself a DJ/musician/rapper/producer/video director.

Re: Lainey: surprised no one has mentioned Hiddleston yet. His “circle” seems to be more in London. Speaking of which, he said he was away for four months. Wasn’t he in NYC for a good chunk of that time? Looked through Lainey’s Jake G. archive; she calls him charming, adorable and personable quite a few times so I guess he has a reputation for being like that for press. So that fits the blind. Plus it was reported that his relationship in 2014 ended because he was so busy/dedicated to Southpaw.
@invadertek I see what you mean but I don’t think Hiddles has been in NY much recently (three or so weeks total since the start of the year and that wasn’t a solid three weeks, end of March – end of April). Plus Lainey’s said she heard this gossip a few weeks ago, and that it happened a while ago too. Hiddles hasn’t been in NY much at all in the last two or three years because of work, right? The only times I can think of since 2012 are flying visits whilst promoting Thor 2 and Crimson Peak. I thought the blind referenced someone living and socialising in NY more. And he doesn’t have a backlist of girlfriends that gossips can look through for ‘types’ imo. Not a bad guess, but I don’t think it’s the right one.
