Peaches Geldof, the recently-separated daughter of philanthropist Bob Geldof and the late Paula Yates, appears in new ads for Ultimo lingerie. The 20 year-old is seen in a diner setting with smeared caked-on eye makeup and white stacked heels as she models the printed bras and panties, her many tattoos visible:
Peaches, the It girl who has tried her hand at designing clothes and being a magazine columnist, is believed to have signed a six-figure sum.
‘Dad hasn’t seen the pictures yet,’ says Peaches. ‘But I’m not worried about his reaction because I’m a 20-year-old woman not a 13-year-old girl. I’m glad I can earn money like this.’
The company’s boss Michelle Mone is believed to have quickly snapped up the socialite after seeing topless beach pictures of her in the News Of the World.
She said: ‘Peaches was the perfect choice for this campaign. She’s young, edgy with lashings of style.’
Peaches added: ‘I’d rather young girls were looking at a normal body like mine rather than an anorexic model.’

I’ve read interviews with Peaches and she seems like a twit to me, but she does have a great body and it’s nice to see a woman in underwear ads with some natural curves. Maybe she has a future in modeling. She’s certainly not known for saying or writing anything worthwhile, so perhaps it’s best if she sticks to looking cute. If Peaches wasn’t semi-famous there’s no way she would be getting six figure modeling deals, though.
Urgh, this girl is such a moron.
That aside, coming from someone with lots of piercings and tattoos, it’s nice to see someone with body art modelling for something that isn’t exlusively fetish-based.
But she’s not pretty. I thought models were supposed to be attractive. I wouldn’t go so far as to call her ugly, but she is certainly very plain-faced, and her body is certainly nothing special. Those images certainly don’t inspire me to buy their products.

I think she does look very pretty, and healthy as well – although God knows how much airbrushing went into that.
But in my opinion, she looks attractive and sexual in a very positive way, happy to be there and in control of the way she’s being presented.
I like this range a lot, very pretty. And yeah, she’s a twit but at least here, she’s not trying to be a journalist or a DJ so big improvement all round.

barneslr Forget about it- have you seen half the runway models as of late? I look at some and think to myself ‘this girl can actually say she’s a model’ in disbelief. Face is barely part of the package anymore, unless you’re in the gisele-agyness-karolina-adriana-alessandra ranks.

OK so yeah I’m mean, but as someone else said I thought models were supposed t be either pretty or disctintive (like shaved head/pierced and tattooed). She is neither, but she’s signing 3 figure deals. Paris, I think you have found your competition.
I actually think she is very pretty, and I love a few of her tattoos. Plus I have to give her props for being confident enough to strip down to her bra and panties and have pictures taken, especially since some people have this mindset that if you can’t see ribs then you are obese.

I will say this, though–it is nice to see someone that is not anorexic in an ad. I don’t care for her, and don’t think she’s attractive personally, but yay to whoever hired her in spite of her not being 30 pounds underweight.
